From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. We had a beautiful view and incredibly comfortable bedding, which made it hard to leave the room!
The all-inclusive experience was truly top-notch. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding—from gourmet dinners to fresh breakfast buffets and tasty snacks throughout the day. The drink selection was excellent, and the bartenders were friendly and talented.
There was always something to do, whether relaxing by the pool, joining fun daily activities, or enjoying the entertainment at night. and there were plenty of loungers and shaded areas available.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every team member was professional, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and fun-filled vacation. We’re already planning our next visit!

A very pleasant stay in a well-maintained hotel with friendly service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a solid selection. With a few small refinements, the experience could be even better – but overall, a well-rounded impression. We felt comfortable and would happily return.

🌞 I spend my summer vacation with my kids at Steigenberger Aqua Magic — and this isn’t our first time. We’ve been coming here as a family since 2018, and honestly, it gets better every single year!
✅ The reception team was excellent — fast check-in, smooth process, and all staff members were professional, well-trained, and welcoming.
🔒 The lost & found service is outstanding. Nothing ever goes missing, and the team handles everything with honesty and care. You can really feel that your comfort and happiness matter to them.
🥤 The lobby bar staff are full of energy and always ready to serve with a smile. Quick, efficient, and super friendly!
🧹 Housekeeping was generally good. The room was cleaned and organized every day, but I’d suggest improving the bed sheet changing frequency, as they weren’t changed during our stay. Still, everything else was very clean and tidy.
🏖️ Poolside service was amazing — helpful, polite, and always available when needed.
🎉 The animation team brought such a positive vibe to the whole hotel. Energetic, friendly, and always keeping the guests entertained.

I'm still here as I write this review. Decided to book this hotel as it had a lot of very good reviews and not so many but very discouraging bad reviews too. I'm happy I went ahead to book....expansive and spotless hotel, which has a lot of amenities. Arrived late, and the staff at the reception was super kind by upgrading me to a massive room that could accommodate a family of 4 with stunning pool views despite the fact that I was a solo traveller. Was told I could have late dinner, which was from 10 pm till midnight. Food and drink is literally served 24 hours a day at this resort, and the staff are what makes this place lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The guy who helped with my luggage was very kind, showing me where to go for late dinner. The bar and restaurant staff are always very polite with a smile. Entertainment night that had the saxophonist was lovely...staff around the resort take pride in making sure the place is spotless and guests are happy. Food and drinks were very good despite some not so good reviews I had read, and I can be a fussy eater. The resort caters to all types of travellers and is close to town. I'm happy I came here as I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. Highly recommended 👌🏾
