Great Stay in a Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful time at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun! The location couldn’t be better — right on a beautiful stretch of beach with amazing ocean views from our room. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was truly relaxing.
The staff were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay special. Tony@Mexican linda restaurant was superb. Grace took us for kayak tour, she was awesome too. Brandon is the life of this resort, he is just too sweet and has an amazing smile. Magic show / live music/ classes were all interesting!!
There were plenty of fun activities throughout the day, from beach games to live entertainment in the evenings, so there was always something to do. The food was decent overall — not exceptional, but good enough with a nice variety to choose from.
Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the beach, and soak up Cancun’s beauty. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing all-inclusive vacation with great service and unbeatable views!

We actually booked another hotel, and it was so bad when we arrived needed to find something quick and booked this online 20 min upon arrival.
Honestly from what we found at first - this hotel felt PERFECT. Food is great, not like Michelin but solid Vegas buffet style which is great again in comparison what we had at first. Rooms are clean, room service changed bedding and towels every morning , has spa options for extra
Drinks served as much as you want , quiet at night . honestly I think one of the best options around here, literally saved our vacation

I just had one of the best dining experiences thanks to the incredible service from the waitstaff Guadalupe,Maria,Ruben and Veronica. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and friendly energy that set the tone for the entire evening.
Our waiters were attentive without being overbearing—checking in at just the right times, offering helpful recommendations, and making sure our glasses were never empty. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made the entire experience feel smooth and effortless.
What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism. You could tell they truly cared about making our night special, and it wasn’t just us—I watched them treat every table with the same kindness and attention.
It’s rare to come across service that feels both polished and personal, but that’s exactly what we received. Great food is always a plus, but great service is what makes you want to come back.

Monica, Antonio, and Emanuel were absolutely wonderful! They made the tequila tasting fun and interactive. They were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. My friend and I spoke limited Spanish and were able to translate into English so we could participate in the event. I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.

Hands down the worst experience of my life. The property is mid exterior wise. Rooms are dated and need some help. I have a missing deadbolt on mine. Food is atrocious. I would rather eat nothing than eat there. So so so so bad. We found strings in our food at the Italian place. For an all inclusive, we have been told no, at least ten times. Wine is not included in all inclusive packages. They sell resort passes and let people walk in off the street for the day and all of them are drunk, disgusting and look homeless. Two people work the pool so there is no waiter service. They want to sell you stuff constantly and the entertainment is 1/10. So bad. They do not have room service but a snack bar on the second floor where food sits out all day long for everyone to graze on. It’s putrid. Dirty used band aids at the pool. Speaking of the pool, guests are allowed to do whatever they want. Such as bringing their own speakers to blast their music, with zero regards to guests. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer. This is not it. 1/10 do not recommend.
