Most of the staff is amazing while being very attentive. We had one hostess who was always rude and unaccommodating everytime we went to eat because we had a large group. She didn't want to put tables together for 8 people even though it was done for us by every other person without issue.
The staff at the lobby are a mixed bag. Some very easy to deal with while others very difficult. In my personal opinion this hotel is very mid for an all inclusive even though it does check off many boxes. I won't be going back or referring this place to anyone. There are so many beautiful hotels to stay at some for around the same price and some for a little bit more. I believe you get what you pay for so spend the little bit extra for the extra benefits.

Honesty one of my best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service of every worker, from the bartenders to the cleaners, were amazing. Always having a smile and being kind and polite and willing to do the most so that I enjoyed my stay. I especially enjoyed all the events that they had every night and Paulina was an amazing hostess and organizer. She always got everyone hyped up and into a good mood.

Had a lot of fun at this resort. The pool was great and had a nice temperature. The rooms were very clean and the entertainment staff were super fun. The shows at night were absolutely amazing as well and everyone had great energy. One of the workers named Paulina was very nice and interacted very nicely with my family and I. She took my sister, my cousins and I on a kayak tour which was a lot of fun.

Everything has been great in the resort. The service is outstanding, especially Paulina, she is awesome, so friendly and enthusiastic, always very polite and service fully. My only complaint is that the laundromat was out of service, forcing you to pay for their laundry services which are quite more expensive than using the machines yourself. Other than that service people are amazing and the place is in great shape.

Our flight was cancelled and the airline placed us at this hotel prior to boarding another flight. The only shining light was a super attentive/sweet server at the restaurant and the bell hop after a very long day. The check in process was slow and unfriendly, the keys to the room did not work (even after multiple trips to the front desk-the bellhop was very helpful), the room was extremely basic with sheets that slid off bed when you moved), and the food was not edible. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom and even the shower gel had a strange smell. My fiance had a glass of water and he was up sick during the few hours we had to sleep. We’ve been in Mexico (at a different resort without any issues drinking water. They filtered theirs).
Though it was dark the entire time there, the pool seemed fine and there was music/DJ in the lobby. Seemed to be a party vibe.
Needless to say, find yourself another place. I suppose there’s a Reason this hotel had enough rooms available for a plane full of people for a flight cancellation
