If you are going for beautiful Caribbean water, this is NOT the place to stay. It’s right off of a canal and the water is dirty and gross. No snorkeling because you can’t see anything. Ships coming in and out of the canal all day so stirs up everything in the water.
The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. We had adjoining rooms. Housekeeping kept them very clean.
Service at buffet was impeccable. Alfredo was our favorite waiter and took great care of us. He was personable. Called us his familia. Always knew what we wanted to drink. Rest of the staff at the hotel were nice also. Out of all the all-inclusive my husband and I have stayed at, this one by far had the best food.
We did travel for New Year’s Eve and they had singing and LOUD music till 3am. I just felt that was entirely too long. People are traveling with small children or older folks that are not up partying that late. It was so loud you could not sleep.
Would not stay here again only because of the beach. It’s small, dirty, roped off, and NOT at all like the beaches on their pics on the website.

I have been to this location 3 times and joined the rewards program on my most recent visit because it won't be my last time. I love everything about this place. The service is the best you can find anywhere. Between my first visit andy second, it was 2 years and two of the waitresses and one bartender remembered us. They hug us when we are leaving and are very welcoming when we come back. It is a level of service you don't get many places unless you go multiple times a week for a long period of time. I would recommend to anyone.

This resort is perfect if you want to avoid the spring break-types and rowdy crowd but still want something exciting to do every night.
The staff could not have been friendlier, and they reached out at every opportunity to be helpful, even with off-property excursions.
I was super impressed with how good the food was since they have such large quantities to prepare. It was a bit of a hassle having to make reservations at two of the restaurants, but it was totally worth it.
There is an angel who hangs around in the lobby named Sandra who always knew when we needed another coffee or marg, and she always had a smile!

Everything has been great in the resort. The service is outstanding, especially Paulina, she is awesome, so friendly and enthusiastic, always very polite and service fully. My only complaint is that the laundromat was out of service, forcing you to pay for their laundry services which are quite more expensive than using the machines yourself. Other than that service people are amazing and the place is in great shape.

We originally came here for a relaxing vacation after a busy time leading up to the vacation, and wanted to spend new years at a nice resort in Mexico. This was NOT what we expected. All FOUR OF US got food poisoning. We spent the new year and days after throwing up and having stomach issues (to put it lightly). The staff also were not helpful and also the beach is terrible it’s right by a dock with boats coming in and out and it’s disgusting. Find another place. Trust me.
