We stayed here for 9 nights, as there was mixed reviews wasn't sure what to Expect. This was 100% the right choice the apartment we stayed in was plenty big enough for 4 of us. The rooms are cleaned every day. Our son has addition needs and he loved every moment, the staff are amazing always something going on. Pool are great there is plenty on sun beds. All different types of food through out the day. Sometimes wasn't to our liking but we still ate.
Can't wait to come back next year.

Great hotel, yes you get what you pay for. The food was good, never had issues with choice. Drinks were always very well measured. Always had a sun bed. Rooms was tidy and clean and air con worked.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Animacion team were lovely. Ignore the bad reviews.

Great place for the kids with the pools and water slides. Our room was a little dated but clean and aircon was a blessing! Restaurants were nice with a good selection but the queues were long to get a table and then to get food. Entertainment was hit and miss some nights better than others.

Came here for a week with family, there were 10 of us altogether (7 adults and 3 children).
Overall we had a brilliant holiday, the water parks and pools are perfect.
Although some reviews say lots of queues for bars and restaurants, they tend to go down very quickly and we didn’t have an issue with this at all. There were also no issues with getting sunbeds in the morning, not sure if this is due to it being the last week of the school holidays though - beds were still free at 9am and water park wasn’t too busy either. The children’s entertainment on the night isn’t just for children either and to be honest it was a bit naff (very busy too). You also have to pay to use bouncy castles for the kids..
No issues with food, there was plenty of selection. There is one restaurant that has themed nights but this wasn’t explained to us until we asked roughly halfway through our holiday. The Italian restaurant was our favourite! The pool bar restaurant always had plenty of food throughout the day too.
Pool, shop and entertainment staff are nice and friendly. Majority of the bar/restaurant staff seemed a bit rude/miserable and did make us feel a bit of an inconvenience.
The hotel is overall very clean!
We booked a photoshoot one night which was lovely and photos came out amazing. Our photographer was called Andrei and he was such a good laugh. However, we went to look at the photos the next day and we were quoted €11 per photo, digital or printed and we had 76 photos in total.. so just bear this in mind if you decide to book one (VERY expensive). You do have the option the next day to purchase as many photos as you wish, if any!
If you do decide to go down to the beach, it’s roughly a 19 min walk which really isn’t too bad if you can’t get on the shuttle bus - there isn’t much entertainment going on nearby the beach. One place I 100% recommend to go if you head down this way is The King’s Head.. brilliant atmosphere, karaoke, good food and just good vibes!
Overall, a brilliant holiday with the family ☺️

Good hotel. Food was very good apart from the soup's on offer. 3 restaurant's to choose from. Family orientated entertainment, great waterpark onsite. Free bus to the beach area.
