Making this post during our holiday to mention the animation team, I will update for the hotel once finished. I must say we have been to a few hotels over the years and can honestly say that here the animation team has gone above and beyond. There are activities going on all the time (something for everyone from morning to evening)and they are always welcoming. They really do put their all into it and you can feel it. Special mention to Dan who I have spoken to a few times and have given a real 5 star service can't fault anything. The team is great with the kids and adults. Update: The hotel The hotel is great for us and we will definitely be coming again. The food is always great and something for everyone. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. There is a diverse language group here and I never felt that I could not ask a question. The hotel is a short 15-20min walk to the town across the beach path from there you have all the town and harbour activities and there is a shopping centre next door also for all the bits you could need. They have a heated pool which was a big plus. This is a must try hotel.

The hotel is wonderful and in a great location. This is our fourth visit. All staff work so hard in all roles from cleaning rooms to bar staff and even the lifeguards! The animation team are excellent. They deserve 5* alone. Especially this trip in September 2024 the team are incredible. The shows they put on are the best they have ever been and they must put a lot of hard work into them. They always want to include you but do not pressure if you don’t fancy it. They are always happy and helpful and very funny. I have never seen any of the animation team without a smile on their faces. Pepe is perfect ♥️♥️

The hotel was very easy to reach. The personnel have been great and always available. The room was awesome and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing. The pools were pleasant and well taken care of. I very much recommend it.

Well sat waiting for the plane home. The hotel was amazing, we had a upgrade for free, this was a familymoon, and they was amazing at the holiday... food was amazing and there's stuff for everyone... the pool was clean and all staff greeted u with good morning, by far the best hotel here.... by far better then the hotel we had in February, and we will be back to this hotel.

We have just arrived home. I loved staying at the Elba Carlota. We always got a Sun bed. The kids pool was child friendly in regard to access. The food in the buffet area was vey enjoyable. I have to also say that the mini club and Francesca were amazing with my grandson who is Autistic. She managed to help keep him engaged and it offered a safe place for him to play opening up areas that would normally be stressful for him. Thank you for our lovely holiday 👍
