From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and lush green landscapes. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The variety and quality of food offered at the restaurants were outstanding. The facilities were top-notch! The hotel’s location was also ideal, offering both relaxation and access to nearby attractions. Overall, I had an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway. It truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best resorts in the region.

I had an amazing stay at Blue Domes! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were always attentive to my needs. The room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially the pools and the restaurants, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety. I was truly impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Blue Domes exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos island. I can't wait to return!

The hotel has an amazing, quite exotic location I would describe it. The beach area is simply enjoyable. The food is tasty and this is quite an important topic. Rooms are spacious. Personnel is very hospitable and whenever you have a request they try to solve it asap! For a relaxing and with worries vacation book this hotel.

Our time here was lovely! The staff were incredible. The restaurants were a great variety including Japanese and Mediterranean. George treated us so well from the Med restaurant and welcomed us with a lovely smile. The entertainment was incredible and there was a great party vibe. The rooms were good and we had a sea view which was breath taking to wake up to each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

What an experience!!!!! Fantastic hotel, the pools, the rooms the views 10/10 class. Amazing! But what really made the experience for us was the dedication and attentiveness of the team. The buffet was so well run, chefs were out front constantly walking around and checking the buffet to make it presentable or restock it with fresh items. Waiters were doing the same. It was such an overwhelming level of care and attention which really made the experience for us. The chefs were friendly and guest focused, I asked them loads of questions and they were happy to help. The waiters and managers were on the ball ensuring the standards were up to scratch. Daily debriefs were done and everyone carried around note books to make notes. I’ve never seen this level to care before. Maria by the pool was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were on point and her tequila sunrises even better! She was so attentive and had learnt our drinks order quickly and would come over regularly to ask! She made our stay!

Fantastic stay with wonderful staff. Special mentions: Natasha (Assistant Food and Beverage Manager) was amazing at the wine tasting and educating us on wine every night after. Brilliant. And George at the Med restaurant…what a great host…attentive, charming and gave us a warm welcome and farewell. Sophia at the Fresco bar and all the staff in the snack bar beneath. Thank you! We’ll be back!

I have been to summer palace 4 times over the years. My first time was back in 2005 and I can honestly it was as beautiful then as it is now. the staff are fantastic. the lads on the Nisyros bar are attentive and efficient. the front desk staff are amazing. I could not fault a single thing. we were upgraded during our stay to a junior suite. the staff apologised for the room not having a good view. we hadn't booked a sea view initially so this was not a problem for us. our whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to revisit.

Very enjoyable stay. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well positioned close to one of the pools. The grounds of the hotel were attractive and well maintained and there was lots of space for guests around the two pools. The nearby beach was also pleasant and the beautiful sunsets were a highlight each evening. There was plenty of choice of food and drink at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was always good. Car hire is the best way to explore other beaches and resorts on the island as the location is a bit removed from the main tourist areas. Excellent value for money.

Love this hotel! The closest town is within easy walking distance and from there it's easy to get to other towns on the island. We had a beachfront apartment which had stunning views across the sea. It was set a little away from main hotel next to the beach bar. We were all inclusive guests. The package is great, we didn't want for anything during our stay. The buffet has a varied selection so there is always something to cater for whatever you might fancy The staff were so nice, thank you so much to Nikos who really went above and beyond. A real credit to the hotel :)

I'm going to give a more balanced review than many here. Kouros Palace is neither 5* nor 1*. I came here with the expectation of the hotel not being 5 *, more like a low 4 *. But sadly, even then my expectations were too high. The good: Great pool areas. 4 *. Great beach with beach bar. 4 *. The service is good. 4 *. The bad: The rooms are somewhat dated and in need of renovation. Also they have some very strange design decisions (like having a window in the door to the hallway which is always lit, therefore it's impossible to get the room as dark as I would've wanted, why?). 2,5 *. The ugly: The food. It's.. not good. The a la carte was decent. Great view and decent food. 3,5 *. The buffet is bad. And that's when I try to rate it from a 3-4* expectation. If I expect 5*, it's absolutely terrible. 2 *. Overall: A debatable 2 *, mostly because of the food.

We got robbed on the last day of our stay. A gold necklace and a gold pendant went missing after the room was cleaned by the staff. Both items were lying on the shelf seperately (not attached to each other), with other non-gold jewellery. It’s very suspicious that the only 2 gold items were missing. We checked the whole room, in the bed, in the sheets, clothes, under the bed etc. We immediately reported it to the reception but they did not care and had no interest in helping us. They didn’t even ask how it look like, when did it happen etc. They said that it probably got folded with the sheets. Not sure how that is possible since the jewellery was not lying on the bed and the only 2 gold items were suddenly missing (all other jewellery was untouched). The lady at the reception said they can check the laundry room in the morning even though we told them that we are leaving in the middle of the night for our flight back home. They told us they will e-mail us in the morning once they check but we haven’t heard back. They also refused to call the police. Is this how a 5-star hotel should be treating their guests? Based on the law the hotel is responsible for items left in the room but they don’t seem to care. The jewellery was obviously worth a lot of money but it had more of a sentimental value as this was given to me by my grandma 20 years ago. Don’t recommend staying there if you don’t want to get robbed.

Fantastic resort, set in a beautiful location. We are a family of 3 (12 year old son) who stayed at the Kouros Palace last 2 weeks of August. We stayed in a Beach front deluxe room with the most amazing view, waking up every morning and opening the curtains was a joy. Staff were really friendly and restaurants and bars were great. Housekeeping was brilliant, with an in-depth clean each day This hotel is very remote but there is bus to Kos Town daily and the option to hire bikes and scooters which we did on a few occasions . Thanks to all at the kouros Palace for a fantastic holiday.

Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. Would like to say a special thank you to Anthony the reception manager, Thomas in guest relations, Georgia who arranged our late check out and Florin the waiter in the adult pool area. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

We stayed as a family of four in June 2024. Loved: The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and the gardens are immaculate. We stayed deluxe and it was never an issue to get a sun bed. The staff go out their way to help you - one evening our waiter went to a different restaurant just to get a bottle of the wine I liked. Booking the Tesla was really easy. We also took the pedlo out to the island which was a hit with the kids. Didn't love so much: We booked a pool view room with private garden. What we got was a pool view room but only if you walked right to the end of the garden and looked to the left. Appreciate it's a minor point - we just expected to be able to see the pool from the room. Restaurants were hit and miss. Some of the evening meals were fabulous, others were quite disappointing. We also found the buffet to be akin to any other all inclusive, rather than a step up. The sunset cruise. Not sure why they call it 'sunset' as you can't see the sun - it's on the other side of the mountain! It was also very windy and overcrowded. We did laugh though. When leaving, we didn't get our deluxe gift. We also noted that when we arrived, the children's welcome pack wasn't in the room. Just felt like a lack of attention to detail. Considering what we paid, I'm not sure we would return.

A truly 5* experience. The resort and everything about it is superb. World-class dining, with world-class service to match, it oozes sophistication. Our first Ikos visit, but it won't be the last, simply superb.

The booking for Ikos Aria went very smooth and this was already our first experience of the outstanding customer service that Ikos provides. A week before our arrival, I sent an e-mail to the resort with some practical questions and within only a few minutes I received a clear and friendly reply from Christina D, who even took care of some things pro-actively. We were lucky to being able to meet her during our stay. She and her team also take care of the Ikos Whatsapp group, which is a very handy tool for restaurant bookings etc. Also here very quick replies and outstanding service Upon arrival at the airport we were awaited by our driver with a personalized sign. The drive from the airport to the resort was very comfortable and didn’t take long. Arriving at the resort, we were welcomed in a very professional and friendly way by Stamena (reception desk) who provided us with all information we needed regarding the resort, restaurants, our room, the car rental and interesting places to see, the shuttle to Kos, etc….. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were kindly invited to already go the buffet and come back after our lunch to pick up the key to our room. Our room was beautiful, well located and had an amazing view. We had a fixed cleaning lady called Tzouli, who was always very friendly and did a great job. On her day off the room was clean as well, but she took cleaning to a next level. The location of the resort is great, the rock that is lighted at night is really spectacular. The public areas (eg lobby, ..) were very clean and had very nice furniture. The outdoor teras was very spacious, very beautiful and the view from there spectacular. The service at the pool was great. Towels were provided for and before we even could sit down, Spyros or Souleiman already brought us cans of still and sparkling water . During the day they came around regularly asking if we needed anything (without it being annoying) and in the morning we got some snack (usually some fresh fruit : very nice) During our stay we had meals in every restaurant and were never disappointed. Not only the food was excellent, also the wines were delicious and the staff being so friendly, professional and caring. Also their knowledge about wines and their recommendations (depending on what we ate) were always the perfect pairing. The buffet restaurant (Flavors) had a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and diner. We however preferred to have our meals at the other restaurants. Our favourites. Breakfast at the cosy Kos restaurant, were Athanasia, Yiannis, Sofia and Paula were our regular (fantastic waiters). We also enjoyed our diners at Kos and again not only for the food but also for the great service. Lunch at Fresco, where Veronica was welcoming us and Yiota, Marielou , Dimitris , Jurgen were serving us and Alex was always making excellent recommendations regarding the wines. Georgios, being responsible for both Fresco and Oliva did a great job too. Making sure all customers were well served and helped out where needed, still with full respect towards his team. Our favourites for dinner Provence : beautiful setting, very nice food and also here excellent service. Ana was a great host and together with her colleagues/ team they added great value . Kos : as earlier mentioned in the breakfast part. Oliva : where Alexios was our waiter with excellent wine recommendations We also enjoyed the shuttle service to Kos and the offered Tesla car rental. Although we usually go to adults only resorts, the presence of children didn’t bother us at all. The way Ikos provides for areas with kids and without in a natural way, is very good. Check out went very smoothly and we were even offered some extra water to take along for the ride to the airport. They really think of everything. We will be back next year

A perfect holiday resort. The accommodation, pools, scenery, delightful sun loungers by the sea, and the friendly approach of the entire service team made our stay truly enjoyable. Catching the last warm days of October allowed us to take a pleasant break from London's gray weather. My only critique would be regarding the food. Although the kitchen staff's cooking skills are quite competent, the quality of the ingredients used doesn't quite match the impressive service of this resort. I also suggest regularly checking the functionality of the gym equipment. However, don't let these pieces of feedback deter you from visiting this place, as the tranquility it offers is enough to make you forget about any average dining experience.

Simply stunning Hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is modern well equipped with a spacious walk in shower. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. The food was very nice. Well laid out. The staff are very friendly . Especially the reception team they couldn’t do enough for you. The bar staff make you feel welcome and always had a smile on their face. The management had organised a lovely fruit platter and a bottle of fizz for the room. I also received a lovely gift from the management team. The pools are amazing the view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. They are lots of places to sit and take in the views. Sunbeds , squishy seating, and cabana’s . The pool towels are outside near the bar which is a great idea! Amazing location. Would definitely stay again

Had a great, very relaxing holiday. As many people have mentioned the infinity pool makes the hotel, it is stunning together with the view from our room, could never get tired of it. I would probably agree that the hotel doesn't meet the standards of other 5* hotels I've stayed in but in my opinion the pool/view more than compensates. Found staff & food all to be great, particularly enjoyed the food & service in the Soya restaurant. Not a fan of the gym booking system, would have liked to have a couple of sessions but when on holiday like to go when I feel like it not stick to regimented time booked a day or 2 in advance. Overall though a great holiday!

Rooms were clean and well serviced. Nice to have complimentary water in rooms and throughout the hotel. Food was delicious and well presented.Was not so impressed with Mediterranean and Asian restaurants on site. The infinity pool was amazing and lovely for an early morning swim.The sea was great abundance of fish and octupus, so snorkels and beach shoes a must!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons, and it certainly did not live up to its 5-star rating. Small Room & Poor Balcony Design: The room was far too small, and the balconies were positioned uncomfortably close, separated only by a thin partition. This resulted in noise and cigarette smoke entering our room, which made the stay unpleasant. Constant Noise from the Street: Our room was located directly above a busy area where buses, shuttles, taxis, and even garbage trucks were constantly coming and going. The noise made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Unfriendly Staff: The hotel staff lacked friendliness, especially at the reception. We never received a smile or welcoming attitude, which left us feeling unvalued as guests. Poor Restaurant Experience: The main restaurant, where both breakfast and dinner were served, did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere resembled a cafeteria, and the service was highly unprofessional. The waitstaff were more focused on flirting with tourists than taking orders, which was appalling. They were also rude and disrespectful. Despite these issues, I must commend the kitchen staff, as the food itself was quite good. Overpowering Food Smells: Every time we visited the restaurant, we left smelling like food, and the cooking odors from the kitchen spread throughout the hotel, filling the hallways and even our room. This was incredibly unpleasant and should be addressed. Parking Issues: There were not enough parking spots on the hotel premises, and we were asked to leave our car on the side of a mountain road outside the hotel. This is unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Difficult Beach Access: While the hotel's beach and sea were beautiful, getting there was a major challenge. The hotel is located high up on a mountain, and there was no stair-free path to take our stroller down to the beach. This made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy the beach, and we ended up using other beaches in the area instead. Very Windy Location: Due to the hotel's location, it was extremely windy throughout our stay. This may be something to keep in mind for those sensitive to wind. Overall, our experience was far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

Step by step honest review on our 7 day stay in a Bungalow at The Sovereign Beach Hotel Reception staff, absolutely lovely, approachable and very helpful ( hope you find your Snow ❄️ Holiday and enjoy your visit home to see your Mam and your trip to Italy) Bar Staff, not the happiest but kept us topped up with Tequila in our Margaritas so can't really complain 😁 Restaurant staff are outstanding at there jobs and so polite, service with a smile. In my opinion the food is fantastic, with a tremendous choice for all. The chefs are all really nice and friendly and chatty as well, so it's a pleasure to eat in the restaurant. The Bungalow was quite basic for the extra money we paid and the swim up pool was like ice, so did not use it. The sun had gone by 11am but the hotel can't control the weather. Cleaned daily if needed. Shower is located to far along the wall, so the whole floor gets wet, so could be moved to help this issue. I would probably not pay the extra to stay in the Bungalow as if was not luxury but most of our days were spent at the beach. Location 10/10. Private beach 10/10. Pool area 10/10. Staff 1000/10 So overall... Hotel fabulous,Location fantastic, Staff amazing, Food delicious, Cocktails 😁, Beach superb and will definitely be back. Thank you all for Making our Anniversary a special one ❤️

This is not a massive hotel, and in some ways that is in its favour. As they make you feel at home, a real guest not just passing through. The standard of service is wonderful with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Our room had been modernised and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor room with a hot tub on the verandah, amazing sunbeds and a comfy set of chairs..more than you could need. Food was good and plentiful, did repeat a little the second week but we just went for another option. Don't expect modern or flash from this hotel. But do expect a warm welcome, comfort and total relaxation

Outstanding visit yet again. 2nd time visiting this year and can not praise the fantastic service enough! The Swim up room was a different one this time, but it didn't disappoint. Very clean place. The only downside was on some of the occasions when eating in the restaurant. The food was cold, but loads of options to change to something else. We have already booked two visits for 2025.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely due to its beautiful setting and the good location near Kardamena (15-minute walk). Regarding dining, we liked the delicious fresh fruit and the incredibly helpful and proactive staff, especially maitre Tania. However, the food selection often lacked vegan options, and some effort was required to compose a proper meal. It could be improved by listing allergens next to dish names and including more plant-based proteins. We booked a room with a sea view and it turned out to be a beautiful view on the nearby mountain which looked different every day! However, room noise was a bit of an issue due to poor door isolation. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we appreciated the team's efforts and enjoyed the animations. It is also worth mentioning that the reception staff are open to guest feedback, which might be promising concerning the remarks we had :) Additionally, we would like to thank the animation team, especially Ines, Steev, Beatriz and Ali, who kept us entertained with a variety of activities and maintained great positive energy. We really enjoyed daily stretching, aquagym, ping pong, and boccia, as well as the variety show in the evening. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend staying at Sovereign.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Our trip to the hotel was lovely, all the staff are so welcoming and attentive. Cleaning staff kept up to providing us with fresh towels and drinks in the mini bar. Great variety of food each night with four themed nights but the buffet every night gives you good choice. The beach is clean and waiters are there to serve you with drinks at your leisure.

First of all we had a private pool and all of the pools are a clear blue colour, the pools are very clean. They do food pretty much 24-7 do you don't need to worry about missing food too much. There is a kids pool with slides a general swimming pool and if you have a one a small private pool, it is very cold and there is a button at the back for bubbles but it doesn't warm up the pool. Everything looks really pretty and it has amazing vegetation. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to stay in kos!

The pool was pristine with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on. Just steps away was the hotel’s private beach, with crystal-clear waters (and a few rocks) - truly a slice of paradise. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The main restaurant offered a mouthwatering selection of gourmet dishes, all beautifully presented and rich with flavor. Each meal felt like a culinary adventure, with local and international delicacies that were a treat to the senses. Breakfast was an absolute feast. The buffet was incredible, offering everything from fresh pastries and tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets and coffee specialties. The variety and quality were outstanding, catering to every palate and dietary preference. In every aspect, this hotel embodies luxury and relaxation. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying world-class cuisine, or taking in the breathtaking beach views, it’s an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

A stunning hotel with a high level of service and a beautifully designed area. There are large pools as well as many smaller ones throughout the property. Direct access to the sea makes it even more special. The spacious grounds are decorated with breathtaking landscape design. The staff is incredibly attentive, always smiling, and they go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The restaurants are amazing, offering a varied and delicious menu. There is also entertainment for both adults and children. An oasis on the island of Kos.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful; staff in the restaurants remembered the drinks order and room number each evening. Food was top quality and slightly different each evening. No problems with sunbeds at any time during the day, and the “drinks delivered to sunbed” app was great. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. This is a huge complex, but the staff (especially those delivering drinks to the pool all day) were amazing. There is the largest pool I think I’ve ever seen, and it never felt crowded. Great variety of entertainment too. Bus stop is outside the hotel, and they running fairly frequently to Kos Town. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Astir Odysseus Hotel on Kos was absolutely fantastic. The entire resort was spotless, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We truly felt at home. A special mention goes to Anita, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive and fulfilled every wish before we even had to ask. Theodore was another highlight—always friendly, helpful, and in a great mood. Every morning, he pressed fresh juice for me in no time. Both of them provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable. The activities offered were top-notch, from sports to engaging evening entertainment programs. The animators did a great job, and Kevin stood out with his cool dance moves and lovely singing voice, which added so much energy to the performances. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to cater to every taste. Every meal was a delight. We also loved the size of the hotel complex, which was very spacious and featured three pools accessible to all guests. This was fantastic, as it meant there was always plenty of space to relax. Additionally, there was hardly any “sunbed reserving,” so we could easily find free loungers after breakfast and enjoy a stress-free day by the pool or beach. The only minor downside was the location, which we already knew about beforehand. While it’s just a 20-minute bus ride to downtown Kos, there isn’t much immediately around the hotel except for a small mini-market. However, having direct access to the beach was a big plus that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Astir Odysseus and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, activity-filled vacation with outstanding service!

This was a very last-minute booking due to finding out, on arrival to Kos, that our intended resort booking had gone bust. We were greeted by very kind and attentive staff. The rooms are well laid-out and comfortable and are thoroughly cleaned and re-stocked every day. The pools are excellent and never felt over- crowded and the pool-side drinks service was a wonderful touch. Pools were just a shade too deep at 1.3m for our two kids (aged 6 and 8) but it didn’t hinder their enjoyment. The real standout of this resort though was the food. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all exceptional. We could not have asked for a wider range of well-prepared dishes to try. Even fussy kids were delighted.

Good little place - not 5 ⭐, nice entertainment. Good location and decent food. All inclusive is ok. Beds poor, two singles together and cheap mattresses,. Room by the pool with entertainment - hard to get a quite nights sleep before 12pm. Good service and friendly staff - decent gym and pools.

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The food is varied and good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The entertainment is particularly great. Whether by the pool or in the evening. Always fun. The hotel beach is very rocky and not recommended, but a hundred meters away is a very nice sandy beach with boat rentals and jet skis. The path up to the restaurants and reception is really steep and strenuous. But you can call a golf cart to take you up. Another positive thing to mention is that there is a very large selection of all-inclusive drinks and only branded drinks are served and not cheap booze.

A fantastic week at the Grand Blue Hotel. The photos on the website really don’t do it justice! If you have mobility difficulties I would definitely think about where you would like your room and it is quite a ‘hilly’ resort. However there are buggy’s that taxi you around the resort. The entertainment pool was a favourite of ours and it had a brilliant atmosphere. My partner particularly liked the water polo! The beach is a little small but in a short walk you can reach parts of the sea that are perfect for snorkelling. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest town where you will find bars and restaurants. This was very handy if we weren’t fussed on the evening buffet but on the whole the food had something for everyone. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel and we will definitely be back!

Alright Hotel, but not a 5 star one. Large and comfy rooms, 3 Pools, all of whom were full by 11AM, 3 restaurants and a bar. Our Room (Number 118) was far up the hill, which meant we had to order a cart to get down to the beach and back to our room, which in the first few days did not work, until we complained to the reception. The restaurant was relatively close though, with only a slight inclination upwards. The beach is rocky and almost always full, so make sure to reserve a sunbed in the morning. A few hundred meters or so down the road there’s a sandy beach, which you have to pay for. The food at the two main Restaurants was alright, though nothing out of the ordinary. The drinks at the bar, which are included in the all inclusive package are definitely a highlight of this hotel. There’s an à la carte restaurant, which you have to reserve a spot at and the food there was definitely one of the best things about the hotel. The staff are friendly and talkative, and seem to really care about the customer experience. Overall the hotel would make a nice 4 star hotel, but I think lacks qualities that a 5 star hotel should have.

Definitely not a 4 plus, or 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Lovely location near to the beautiful town but the food left quite a bit to be desired. The staff do their best and are very nice but there seems to be a management issue whereby quite often certain choice of food missing for periods of time, cutlery missing etc. Room was a decent size with great view but cleaning was sporadic and not great.

We were on holiday for two weeks at the end of September. It was magical ,special and luxurious . Food was amazing all staff were friendly and professional especially our housekeeper room with a view to Turkey was great . We spent most of our time on beach as we love snorkeling . But pools looked amazing . We loved it so much we are hoping to come back 2025. So look forward to entertainment it was fabulous x I can't find anything negative . Well done . We travel a lot but this is definitely in our top 3 .. can't wait to come back ,😁😁😁😁

The food was nice, some of the staff here are lovely and are a credit to the hotel, however we did experience quite alot of issues here which didn't make it worth the money we spent. There was constant electrical faults In our room wires actually sparking in the night. Our shower didn't have any hot water for the first day and the rest of the time it was on and off. The staff by the swim up pool were handing out snacks to all the couples so my partner went and asked as we were all inclusive. They told us they were out and we needed to go to the other side of the resort but kept serving the other guests. We felt we were treated differently here. It's a shame because the facilities are excellent and everything was so clean.

Fabulous from start to finish ! We had a suite with THE MOST AMAZING views! East side so you can watch the sun rise. Plenty of choice at the buffet and staff very attentive and polite . The guest relations lady even sorted a cake and put up our decorations for a friends special birthday . Entertainment good too ! Particularly liked the belly dancing as it was very creative . Defo going back ✈️🥂pools brilliant too !

Currently here now. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff at the adult pools are really nice and helpful, unlike the pool by the Italian restaurant, none of them should be in hospitality, which is why we moved to the other end of the resort. One exception to the last comment, Maria, very lovely. The so called all inclusive, well not so all inclusive! Having to pay for things such as burger and chips, pizza and sandwiches isn't all inclusive. There's a different menu if you book with a travel agent than that published on the hotel website. So, don't confuse the menus if you look on tbe hotel website, as you won't be getting that choice! The food, well if you want it hot, best ask for something cooked fresh of the hotplate! Still no update on my many complaints. Watch this space.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Our room was not cleaned properly for the duration of our stay, the floor was dirty, even after we asked for it to be cleaned. The toilet was leaking in the bathroom. We asked for a late checkout as we didn't fly until very late on the night and were informed we couldn't have one as they needed the room for an early check in and we should have asked for one when we checked in (they never said) so we needed to pack up our stuff within 10 minutes. Grounds are nice enough but unless you are at the pool before 8:45 no chance of getting a sunbed, there are too little for the amount of people staying here. Would not come again.

It's an unfair comparison but I had visited ikos only weeks earlier which is simply outstanding. This has a different price point and once you accept that you can accept its offering is not the same. That said whilst the rooms are tired and in need of an upgrade this is a great reasonably priced hotel and excellent for families. Biggest problem was cold sea water pools and for this reason alone I suspect we wouldn't return

Beautiful resort so clean and all staff are very helpful. Only one downside is the beach along this part of Kos is pebbles. But as for the hotel wow. Not a great deal of things going on like some places so it's nice and relaxing if that's what you're after. Definately recommend this hotel.

I spent over a lot of money on a family holiday and was very disappointed with our experience. The queues for meals, especially breakfast, were absurd—almost like a scrum just to get food. By the time we returned to our table, the food was often cold. Some days, we decided to skip breakfast altogether. The coffee served was lukewarm most mornings. Our family room felt tired and outdated. Initially, there was a third bed that was too small, but it took a couple of days for them to address this issue. The drinks package was advertised as including branded options, but we only started receiving those after raising our concerns. Entertainment was limited to just an hour, and there was little atmosphere afterward. The waitstaff at the pool bar seemed disinterested; I had to ask multiple times for a drink one evening, despite it not being busy. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the continued serving of foie gras, which I believe is an outdated and unethical practice. Be cautious of the photographer who may approach you, as they try to sell you a package of 12 photos for €130. Lastly, trying to relax by the pool was nearly impossible due to the noise from lawnmowers and strimmers. Overall, I would not recommend this resort. If you can, invest extra and opt for an Ikos resort, as we did last year. This place does not live up to its four-star rating!

We stayed here on an all inclusive basis and had a really good holiday. The food is abundant, with a large variety of choice. It is freshly cooked and well prepared. Everyone will find something they like. You could use the buffet all holiday without getting bored. The bookable restaurants are only worth doing if you are on all inclusive as the menu prices are steep for what you get and not value for money if paying direct. We found the staff here to be friendly, polite and always wanting to make your stay as good as possible. We had an issue with one of our rooms initially which was sorted to our satisfaction with a minimum of fuss. This hotel and its grounds are immaculately clean and well cared for. Virtually everywhere you go is spotless. It makes the environment very relaxing. The water feature around the outside dining area has a nice aesthetic too. The private beach is a bit grey and pebbly but the view across the water to Turkey is nice if a little hazy. This beach faces east so it is better for morning sun bathing. The sun loungers in the beach area are not as comfy as those around the pools. The pool bar is well placed and has an extensive drinks menu. The 1930s bar near reception is a quieter place to spend the evening with cocktails outside in comfortable seats. For me it is not 5* though as there are some annoying niggles which they should sort out. It is basically down to a lack of staff. Most annoying of all is getting to the Lagoon restaurant to find that there are no tables available. This is not because they are full but because there are lots of tables that have been vacated and not cleaned and reset. They need to get on top of this because it is a real negative. In addition, there is never enough staff at the pool bar resulting in long waits in the sun for drinks. This could easily be rectified with a couple of extra bar staff. Overall, though, we had a really good holiday. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the staffing caveats above.

We arrived back home after a week at the Kipriotis Panorama, Kos. We had a super time - the hotel is lovely and clean - including the pool and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, it had a fabulous view of the sea and mountains from the room balcony - the bed was comfortable, the cleaners were there every day. The staff worked really hard and long hours but they were ALWAYS polite, happy, smiling and cheerful - bar staff, pool staff, reception staff, cleaners, waiters, shop assistant - everyone was so lovely. The food was so delicious, it was hot, fresh, varied, plentiful - absolutely no complaints at all. The restaurant had a wonderful outside seating area with lovely views (see photo 2) Photo 1 shows the view from the reception area. On our last day the checkout was at 11am which was great and we were also able to book a slot to have a shower in a room before we left. We couldn't fault the holiday at all. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make our holiday a wonderful experience.

We got back last night after a 7 night stay. We would highly recommend this hotel, the place itself is clean and beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was out of this world for an all inclusive so much to choose from. The setting was again beautiful. Pools and entertainment brilliant. We had the best week here. After reading some of the bad comments I was shocked, rooms are a little dated but we spent very little time in there, and we slept well, it was clean and beds made up every morning, along with fresh towels given. The bar staff were so nice, worked hard and we were never left waiting. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to them all for making our stay so wonderful.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning adding to our comfort. Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests. However, vegetarian and gluten-free options were available. The ultra all-inclusive package provided a good selection of drinks, although they weren't particularly “fancy.” Attractions and Entertainment: The hotel has three pools of varying depths, including one for children, and a lifeguard on duty for safety. While there were no dedicated activities for kids, the animation team organized games and entertainment for adults, providing enjoyable diversions. For those who wish to visit the nearby Aqualand, there is a convenient passage directly from the hotel’s fifth floor. Rental Services and Surroundings: There are car rental services nearby (just 300 meters from the hotel), making it easy to organize self-guided trips. We recommend visiting the nearby town of Kos, located 5 km away, where you can enjoy numerous attractions, such as island cruises. However, it's worth noting that the immediate area around the hotel doesn't offer many additional tourist activities, and while the beach is decent, it’s not particularly picturesque. Service: The hotel staff were helpful and responded promptly to guest needs, though minor communication issues between staff members were occasionally noticeable. Nevertheless, they always managed to resolve any issues efficiently. Atmosphere and Aesthetics: The hotel, though showing some signs of age, maintains a pleasant atmosphere and aesthetic aligned with a five-star standard. The decor and comfortable amenities left a positive impression on us and our children, though the loungers by the pool could have been a bit more comfortable. Impressions of the Stay: From the photos, it’s clear that the hotel provides ideal conditions for relaxation, both by the pool and on the comfortable loungers. Our children enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was a major highlight for our family. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Kipriotis Panorama & Suites. It's an ideal place for a family holiday, offering many amenities and activities that allow for both relaxation and active leisure.

A large hotel immaculately clean marble floors and excellent staff in every department. Especially Zanita, in the bar. They all work very hard. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice plenty of space. The whole place is fantastic. The only down side is the Ala carte restaurant. It is very poor in quality food and service. We had one meal there, the potatoes with our main dish arrived cold, and after we had finished. To be honest I have eaten at far better road side burger vans

For a so say 5*hotel, this place is misleadingly sold. The hotel is in disrepair. The swimming pool is surrounded by crap old sunbeds that fall to bits. The actual pool surrounds are cracked, making it unsafe, the sunbed areas are always dirty with litter all around. The hotel itself employs rude local staff that you can see really don't want to be there. The food is sub standard and repetitive cold and tasteless. The bars run out of most drinks everyday and evening. The best thing about the place is the day you leave. Never again!

Got back from a wonderful family holiday on Tuesday! Gaia Palace Hotel really made our Summer! The rooms were lovely and the cleaners did a brilliant job of maintaining them. The hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL - so much greenery and so well kept. Everything on site is an easy walking distance and there are multiple pools (which were a hit). The location is peaceful and quiet, as is the overall atmosphere. Every member of staff across the hotel were great especially the restaurant and bar staff (a special shoutout to the guy overseeing the daytime buffets - I didn't catch his name - who was always ready with a hello and a smile and super efficient with restocking). The food was delicious and there's SO much choice. The beach is just a short walk too and a great way to spend the day and watch the sunrise. All round perfect week away and a little bit disappointed to be home so soon. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely family holiday at this resort. Very spacious rooms and grounds. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect retreat. All staff friendly and helpful. Food very nice and not repetitive. We stayed in a large family room consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and big balcony overlooking a decent sized pool for our accommodation block. There are 3 such pools separate to the huge main pool. 10 min walk to a great beach. Animation team work hard to entertain kids and adults. 2 weekly quizzes plus a great singer/guitarist duo once a week. Would definitely return.

Very decent hotel and facilities. What makes this stand out is the staff, they are all very friendly, welcoming and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. We had a medical emergency which is everyone's worst nightmare when over seas and they supported throughout. Very much appreciated and will be remembered. The food is lovely with a modest selection and we ate well at every meal but the ONLY issue we had was that the drinks were very watered down, so much so that it no longer resembled the drink it was supposed to be, this is for soft and alcoholic drinks which is a pity as that took the cherry off the cake. I really feel bad to write this review as I do think this is a great hotel with truly fantastic staff but management's decision to dilute the drinks undermines all of the hard work the staff on the floor do and takes away the perks of having an all inclusive holiday. It's a real shame.

The Gaia Palace is a lovely hotel one of three sister hotels in the same area, although we only went into the grounds of the other two, the Palace appeared to be the best, the grounds at the Palace are very nice and well kept. The public areas of the hotel are kept very clean. As we stayed towards the end of the season, the staff had really started to reduce, leaving two young people covering reception, they did not have a day off in the 10 days we were there, even though they were working long hours they they stayed really friendly and always helpful. All staff were polite. There is a bus from the hotel at 9.30 into Kos town each morning except Sunday. This is a good fly and flop hotel as long as you can put up with the food and drink. There is a car hire company in the hotel Reception area, although the young lady here was lovely and very helpful, you will find it is cheaper to book with the same company on line, we save €75 one a three day rental, we picked the car up from the office 5 minutes walk away and then left the keys with the hotel reception when we had finished with it. The hotel deserves 5 star review but due to the disappointing food and drink we had to only give it three.

Once again Gaia palace did not fail to deliver another perfect holiday. The hotel is so clean and well looked after. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and the food is delicious. But above all the best thing about this hotel is the the staff and how much they care for the guests and each other. They are the friendliest most wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are the reason we return year after year along with many of our friends we have met here who return year after year and agree it is the best place to stay in Kos if not the world! The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. As a vegan, I was particularly delighted with the variety of vegan options available. It was clear they put thought into their offerings, and I truly appreciated it. The food overall was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. We arrived late and as always with late arrivals we didn't get the room we booked. Of course the staff was very friendly explaining that nothing can be done until the next day, but the hotel is 90% booked and it doesn't look good. The room we were put in looks like a kindergarden playground. A very low round bed with a soft mattress and hard pillows. On the terrace instead of two sunbeds only one double sunbed, very useful if one wants to stay in the sun and the other in the shadow. A very disappointing begin for a few relaxing days.

Go to Kos island and stay at this hotel. You will love it! It s a bit far from the city but this is a good thing - you can rent a scooter or a bike directly from the hotel - they are super friendly and will help you. As for the food and service - the hotel s restaurants are incredible. You must choose half board when booking - the menu from the evening is at least fine dinning - actually is like a tasting menu every evening - you can t go wrong - the food is very tasty and the service is top! The Manager of the restaurants is always there keeping an close eye on the room, always smiling and speaking with everybody. The pool service 100% - prices normal and all the drinks and cocktails are top. I was not expecting this level of quality but you must consider this hotel.

Great and relaxing stay. Really excellent hotel, room ample and stylish, relatively minimalistic but very comfortable and nothing lacking. True 5* service, everyone was friendly, proactive and with very good attitude. Enjoyed both beach and pool facilities, both with sufficient beds even if hotel was sold out. Good food and drinks, wine choice. Plenty of parking. Quiet location. Encountered no issues at all, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Boutique, only 54 rooms of top quality, a team of super great staff with attention to detail. The pool area is just incredible, superb location with private beach across the road. Just amazing.

We were excited to stay here given the glowing reviews so firstly I’ll list the good. On arrival you couldn’t ask for a warmer welcome, the hotel is beautifully decorated and has an abundance of stylish furniture, pretty pool area and all you’d expect from a well run hotel. Breakfast was served from 7:30 - 10.30am with a really good selection, I had smoked salmon and eggs most mornings. All the food we had was lovely, especially the tuna poke bowl & Chicken club sandwich served with VERY good chips. Pool & sunbed area was beautiful, with huge double beds that were extremely comfortable to lie on. Hotel staff would often come around the pool area offer guests a small gift like an ice cream or fruity shot. We stayed in room 102 with a small pool in the patio area. Our first nights stay didn’t come without issues, pillows supplied were all huge, I’ve never understood why a hotel wouldn’t ‘as standard’ give one big pillow and one flatter one. Secondly our mattress was so soft we were falling into it and off the sides. Given that the bed is probably the most important element we were very uncomfortable - even after a topper was installed. We spoke to a few other guests whom all felt the same. Although we realise this is down to personal preference. The biggest issue we found was the lack of a shuttle bus. There is a huge shortage of taxis on the island, any other good establishments we’ve stayed at have offered a free shuttle service to the nearby bars and restaurants, even if it’s only one an hour. The windy 20/30 minute walk down is very baron so offering guests the option to book a place in a small minibus that went from say 6pm and stopped at 10pm would be the icing on the cake as they seem to have every other avenue covered. Staff are BRILLIANT! Hotel is IMMACULATE and the food we tried was EXCELLENT….. :)

The ‘hardware’ is at a 5 star level, but the personal touch in the service is what makes Lango truly exceptional. We especially loved the restaurant staff and their introduction to Greek wines. The reception team was always cheerful and helpful in finding great restaurants and places to see. We would love to come back!

She is a credit to the team and Lango hotel. Our room was fantastic, spacious and clean, breakfast was great, a huge variety of food to choose from, room service was brilliant too, they would always go above and beyond to cater for us. Anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway then this is definitely the place. Location of the hotel is spot on, they have there own beach across the road and it’s amazing. My wife and I will definitely be returning. We had an amazing time!
