Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. Would like to say a special thank you to Anthony the reception manager, Thomas in guest relations, Georgia who arranged our late check out and Florin the waiter in the adult pool area. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

Loved:
The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and the gardens are immaculate. We stayed deluxe and it was never an issue to get a sun bed.
The staff go out their way to help you - one evening our waiter went to a different restaurant just to get a bottle of the wine I liked.
Booking the Tesla was really easy. We also took the pedlo out to the island which was a hit with the kids.
Didn't love so much:
We booked a pool view room with private garden. What we got was a pool view room but only if you walked right to the end of the garden and looked to the left. Appreciate it's a minor point - we just expected to be able to see the pool from the room.
Restaurants were hit and miss. Some of the evening meals were fabulous, others were quite disappointing. We also found the buffet to be akin to any other all inclusive, rather than a step up.
The sunset cruise. Not sure why they call it 'sunset' as you can't see the sun - it's on the other side of the mountain! It was also very windy and overcrowded. We did laugh though.
When leaving, we didn't get our deluxe gift. We also noted that when we arrived, the children's welcome pack wasn't in the room. Just felt like a lack of attention to detail.
Considering what we paid, I'm not sure we would return.

A truly 5* experience. The resort and everything about it is superb. World-class dining, with world-class service to match, it oozes sophistication. Our first Ikos visit, but it won't be the last, simply superb.

Luxurious resort for family holiday. Staff were exceptional and genuine. Casey and Zuzi in particular were welcoming and made our kids feel comfortable and confident. True all inclusive. You’ll be happy with your choice. We will return.

The booking for Ikos Aria went very smooth and this was already our first experience of the outstanding customer service that Ikos provides. A week before our arrival, I sent an e-mail to the resort with some practical questions and within only a few minutes I received a clear and friendly reply from Christina D, who even took care of some things pro-actively. We were lucky to being able to meet her during our stay. She and her team also take care of the Ikos Whatsapp group, which is a very handy tool for restaurant bookings etc. Also here very quick replies and outstanding service
Upon arrival at the airport we were awaited by our driver with a personalized sign. The drive from the airport to the resort was very comfortable and didn’t take long. Arriving at the resort, we were welcomed in a very professional and friendly way by Stamena (reception desk) who provided us with all information we needed regarding the resort, restaurants, our room, the car rental and interesting places to see, the shuttle to Kos, etc…..
Our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were kindly invited to already go the buffet and come back after our lunch to pick up the key to our room.
Our room was beautiful, well located and had an amazing view. We had a fixed cleaning lady called Tzouli, who was always very friendly and did a great job. On her day off the room was clean as well, but she took cleaning to a next level.
The location of the resort is great, the rock that is lighted at night is really spectacular. The public areas (eg lobby, ..) were very clean and had very nice furniture. The outdoor teras was very spacious, very beautiful and the view from there spectacular.
The service at the pool was great. Towels were provided for and before we even could sit down, Spyros or Souleiman already brought us cans of still and sparkling water . During the day they came around regularly asking if we needed anything (without it being annoying) and in the morning we got some snack (usually some fresh fruit : very nice)
During our stay we had meals in every restaurant and were never disappointed. Not only the food was excellent, also the wines were delicious and the staff being so friendly, professional and caring. Also their knowledge about wines and their recommendations (depending on what we ate) were always the perfect pairing.
The buffet restaurant (Flavors) had a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and diner.
We however preferred to have our meals at the other restaurants.
Our favourites.
Breakfast at the cosy Kos restaurant, were Athanasia, Yiannis, Sofia and Paula were our regular (fantastic waiters). We also enjoyed our diners at Kos and again not only for the food but also for the great service.
Lunch at Fresco, where Veronica was welcoming us and Yiota, Marielou , Dimitris , Jurgen were serving us and Alex was always making excellent recommendations regarding the wines. Georgios, being responsible for both Fresco and Oliva did a great job too. Making sure all customers were well served and helped out where needed, still with full respect towards his team.
Our favourites for dinner
Provence : beautiful setting, very nice food and also here excellent service. Ana was a great host and together with her colleagues/ team they added great value .
Kos : as earlier mentioned in the breakfast part.
Oliva : where Alexios was our waiter with excellent wine recommendations
We also enjoyed the shuttle service to Kos and the offered Tesla car rental.
Although we usually go to adults only resorts, the presence of children didn’t bother us at all. The way Ikos provides for areas with kids and without in a natural way, is very good.
Check out went very smoothly and we were even offered some extra water to take along for the ride to the airport. They really think of everything.
