Fantastic stay with wonderful staff. Special mentions: Natasha (Assistant Food and Beverage Manager) was amazing at the wine tasting and educating us on wine every night after. Brilliant. Our time here was lovely! The staff were incredible. The restaurants were a great variety including Japanese and Mediterranean. George treated us so well from the Med restaurant and welcomed us with a lovely smile. The entertainment was incredible and there was a great party vibe. The rooms were good and we had a sea view which was breath taking to wake up to each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

Oh Wow, we stayed for a week in middle of October 24, we had the best time, weather was lovely 😍 nights do get chilly if it's windy, all the outside bars, restaurants will give you blankets if you ask. Staff were great, very helpful, rooms were nice, lovely choice of restaurants, food was nice, different themes in the buffet restaurant each evening. Entertainment in the evenings was good, location brilliant, so nice, would definatly go back. X

What an experience!!!!! Fantastic hotel, the pools, the rooms the views 10/10 class. Amazing! But what really made the experience for us was the dedication and attentiveness of the team. The buffet was so well run, chefs were out front constantly walking around and checking the buffet to make it presentable or restock it with fresh items. Waiters were doing the same. It was such an overwhelming level of care and attention which really made the experience for us. The chefs were friendly and guest focused, I asked them loads of questions and they were happy to help. The waiters and managers were on the ball ensuring the standards were up to scratch. Daily debriefs were done and everyone carried around note books to make notes. I’ve never seen this level to care before. Maria by the pool was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were on point and her tequila sunrises even better! She was so attentive and had learnt our drinks order quickly and would come over regularly to ask! She made our stay!

Very enjoyable stay. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well positioned close to one of the pools. The grounds of the hotel were attractive and well maintained and there was lots of space for guests around the two pools. The nearby beach was also pleasant and the beautiful sunsets were a highlight each evening. There was plenty of choice of food and drink at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was always good. Car hire is the best way to explore other beaches and resorts on the island as the location is a bit removed from the main tourist areas. Excellent value for money.

I'm going to give a more balanced review than many here. Kouros Palace is neither 5* nor 1*. I came here with the expectation of the hotel not being 5 *, more like a low 4 *. But sadly, even then my expectations were too high. The good: Great pool areas. 4 *. Great beach with beach bar. 4 *. The service is good. 4 *. The bad: The rooms are somewhat dated and in need of renovation. Also they have some very strange design decisions (like having a window in the door to the hallway which is always lit, therefore it's impossible to get the room as dark as I would've wanted, why?). 2,5 *. The ugly: The food. It's.. not good. The a la carte was decent. Great view and decent food. 3,5 *. The buffet is bad. And that's when I try to rate it from a 3-4* expectation. If I expect 5*, it's absolutely terrible. 2 *. Overall: A debatable 2 *, mostly because of the food.

We got robbed on the last day of our stay. A gold necklace and a gold pendant went missing after the room was cleaned by the staff. Both items were lying on the shelf seperately (not attached to each other), with other non-gold jewellery. It’s very suspicious that the only 2 gold items were missing. We checked the whole room, in the bed, in the sheets, clothes, under the bed etc. We immediately reported it to the reception but they did not care and had no interest in helping us. They didn’t even ask how it look like, when did it happen etc. They said that it probably got folded with the sheets. Not sure how that is possible since the jewellery was not lying on the bed and the only 2 gold items were suddenly missing (all other jewellery was untouched). The lady at the reception said they can check the laundry room in the morning even though we told them that we are leaving in the middle of the night for our flight back home. They told us they will e-mail us in the morning once they check but we haven’t heard back. They also refused to call the police. Is this how a 5-star hotel should be treating their guests? Based on the law the hotel is responsible for items left in the room but they don’t seem to care. The jewellery was obviously worth a lot of money but it had more of a sentimental value as this was given to me by my grandma 20 years ago. Don’t recommend staying there if you don’t want to get robbed.

I enjoyed my holiday at this hotel however there are a few negatives tea and coffee was never topped up the towels were stained and the toilet looked like it needed a good dose of bleach the cleaning could be improved.overall I would recommend the pools are nice and so was the food and the beach was lovely

The food is just terrible!!! It's not even three stars. The main dish is vegetable pancakes made from old vegetables and that’s all 😵‍💫! The staff does not pay attention to complaints and behaves arrogantly and rudely (There is not even water. They give you two bottles of 0.5 each on the day of arrival and then you need to buy water at a local store. The rooms are old and dirty. To get to the beach you need to walk along a road without shade and it is quite far away. There is only one golf car and it runs very rarely. The air conditioning does not work either in the restaurant or in the bar or at the reception. Everywhere they save as much as possible. This is just a terrible place😢

Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. Would like to say a special thank you to Anthony the reception manager, Thomas in guest relations, Georgia who arranged our late check out and Florin the waiter in the adult pool area. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

This was our 4th Ikos resort we’ve stayed at and I’m sorry to say that we won’t be returning to this particular one. The food quality was really poor, meals arrived cold and the majority of meals were tasteless. Fruit juices arrived tasting like they’d been watered down at the pool area and they were warm and un- drinkable. After giving this feedback to the management they redeemed themselves with the food on the last night of our holiday, but overall highly disappointed with our stay here.

Fantastic place. Relaxed, friendly and fun. Great food, staff are friendly helpful and very accommodating. Rooms all have a decent view. Many areas have child free zones not that children are any trouble, the staff love them and are trained in child care… as long as parents help in ‘difficult moments’. Lots of daily activities for kids and adults if you like that stuff including borrowing a Tesla for the day (free). Food is great many restaurants to choose from - booking dinner recommended for some restaurants. Highly recommended.

The booking for Ikos Aria went very smooth and this was already our first experience of the outstanding customer service that Ikos provides. A week before our arrival, I sent an e-mail to the resort with some practical questions and within only a few minutes I received a clear and friendly reply from Christina D, who even took care of some things pro-actively. We were lucky to being able to meet her during our stay. She and her team also take care of the Ikos Whatsapp group, which is a very handy tool for restaurant bookings etc. Also here very quick replies and outstanding service Upon arrival at the airport we were awaited by our driver with a personalized sign. The drive from the airport to the resort was very comfortable and didn’t take long. Arriving at the resort, we were welcomed in a very professional and friendly way by Stamena (reception desk) who provided us with all information we needed regarding the resort, restaurants, our room, the car rental and interesting places to see, the shuttle to Kos, etc….. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were kindly invited to already go the buffet and come back after our lunch to pick up the key to our room. Our room was beautiful, well located and had an amazing view. We had a fixed cleaning lady called Tzouli, who was always very friendly and did a great job. On her day off the room was clean as well, but she took cleaning to a next level. The location of the resort is great, the rock that is lighted at night is really spectacular. The public areas (eg lobby, ..) were very clean and had very nice furniture. The outdoor teras was very spacious, very beautiful and the view from there spectacular. The service at the pool was great. Towels were provided for and before we even could sit down, Spyros or Souleiman already brought us cans of still and sparkling water . During the day they came around regularly asking if we needed anything (without it being annoying) and in the morning we got some snack (usually some fresh fruit : very nice) During our stay we had meals in every restaurant and were never disappointed. Not only the food was excellent, also the wines were delicious and the staff being so friendly, professional and caring. Also their knowledge about wines and their recommendations (depending on what we ate) were always the perfect pairing. The buffet restaurant (Flavors) had a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and diner. We however preferred to have our meals at the other restaurants. Our favourites. Breakfast at the cosy Kos restaurant, were Athanasia, Yiannis, Sofia and Paula were our regular (fantastic waiters). We also enjoyed our diners at Kos and again not only for the food but also for the great service. Lunch at Fresco, where Veronica was welcoming us and Yiota, Marielou , Dimitris , Jurgen were serving us and Alex was always making excellent recommendations regarding the wines. Georgios, being responsible for both Fresco and Oliva did a great job too. Making sure all customers were well served and helped out where needed, still with full respect towards his team. Our favourites for dinner Provence : beautiful setting, very nice food and also here excellent service. Ana was a great host and together with her colleagues/ team they added great value . Kos : as earlier mentioned in the breakfast part. Oliva : where Alexios was our waiter with excellent wine recommendations We also enjoyed the shuttle service to Kos and the offered Tesla car rental. Although we usually go to adults only resorts, the presence of children didn’t bother us at all. The way Ikos provides for areas with kids and without in a natural way, is very good. Check out went very smoothly and we were even offered some extra water to take along for the ride to the airport. They really think of everything. We will be back next year

We stayed here on an all inclusive basis and had a really good holiday. The food is abundant, with a large variety of choice. It is freshly cooked and well prepared. Everyone will find something they like. You could use the buffet all holiday without getting bored. The bookable restaurants are only worth doing if you are on all inclusive as the menu prices are steep for what you get and not value for money if paying direct. We found the staff here to be friendly, polite and always wanting to make your stay as good as possible. We had an issue with one of our rooms initially which was sorted to our satisfaction with a minimum of fuss. This hotel and its grounds are immaculately clean and well cared for. Virtually everywhere you go is spotless. It makes the environment very relaxing. The water feature around the outside dining area has a nice aesthetic too. The private beach is a bit grey and pebbly but the view across the water to Turkey is nice if a little hazy. This beach faces east so it is better for morning sun bathing. The sun loungers in the beach area are not as comfy as those around the pools. The pool bar is well placed and has an extensive drinks menu. The 1930s bar near reception is a quieter place to spend the evening with cocktails outside in comfortable seats. For me it is not 5* though as there are some annoying niggles which they should sort out. It is basically down to a lack of staff. Most annoying of all is getting to the Lagoon restaurant to find that there are no tables available. This is not because they are full but because there are lots of tables that have been vacated and not cleaned and reset. They need to get on top of this because it is a real negative. In addition, there is never enough staff at the pool bar resulting in long waits in the sun for drinks. This could easily be rectified with a couple of extra bar staff. Overall, though, we had a really good holiday. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the staffing caveats above.

Really impressed with this hotel. Rooms were good though the Tv could be better. But the service is outstanding. Staff are so positive and helpful and this is what makes a huge difference. Food is excellent., both at the main buffet restaurant and at the separate lrestaurants. Location is great, with lots of sun beds around pools and also on the beach. Beach is pebbly but that means it’s great for snorkelling. Strongly recommend for a lovely relaxing break

If you are looking for luxury, go away! 1. Do not trust the photos, they are misleading and do not reflect reality at all! 2. Upon arrival no one welcomes you! Manage to take out your luggage and ask for information. Quite surprising for a 5 star, the first impression is already unflattering. This shows a lack of security anyone can enter this hotel. 3. Nice furniture only at the entrance of the hotel to hide the dilapidated state of the establishment! Dilapidated rooms, common areas and service. We are far from 5 stars in terms of quality of equipment and service. The beach is just a big joke! Horrible, we can't even go there. The pretty photos taken on the website are actually a few deckchairs placed on asphalt. 4. Quite disappointed with the quality and quantity of food choices. We are in Greece the food is very good in this country but the hotel food does not reflect Greek gastronomy. sadly there was not even olives at the buffet in the country known for its olives. Luckily I didn't take the all-inclusive option which is a scam ! With the same budget you can eat on magnificent private beaches which are really luxurious. 5. The rooms have aged very badly and are not very hygienic. You will sleep next to a fridge that makes noise all night, cobwebs, dirty sheets, dilapidated doors and insects. 6. The service is deplorable, there is a fundamental lack of staff and training. You can wait more than half an hour to have a table cleared. If you are in a hurry you will then have to accept eating next to other clients dirty dishes. 7. Finally, you are made to wait more than half an hour for a taxi to go to the airport knowing that it must have been booked the day before. 8. In short, nothing luxurious and nothing easy in this hotel. Well, yes only the price remains luxurious.

We recently stayed here for a week and were blown away by the hotel and the service we received. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after our flight and were greeted by front desk staff who took our bags and led us to the restaurant where we were given a complimentary buffet dinner, which we were grateful for after a long flight! Our room was very comfortable, with all the amenities expected. The hotel is stunning, exceptionally well maintained with plenty of pools, bars and restaurants as well as beautiful views across the sea. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel that will take you into Kos town, or there are plenty of e-scooters around to rent, which is what we used. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and could not do more for you. Our only small comment would be for the pool loungers to be more carefully monitored. Hotel policy seems to be that you cannot reserve pool loungers by placing towels on them, but we were confronted by a French family who insisted that they had “booked” our loungers. A sign did go up beside the pool a few days before we left stating that unattended towels would be moved after 30 mins but we did not see this take place. I think it would help if this was more carefully kept an eye on so people aren’t able to “reserve” a sunbed all day with towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this or any Grecotel hotel to friends and family.

We booked this hotel as honeymooners knowing it was 5* and right on the beach. Our travel rep contacted the hotel on more than one occasion to make them aware and we booked the best room and board type available. The reason for the 4 stars is the lack of acknowledgement from the hotel. No prebooking a seat in one of the theme restaurants for our first night as requested by the rep. Even though we were all inclusive and it would have technically been in our package. A bottle of bubbly in our room would have been a nice touch. We got nothing, no petals, nicely folded towels, a card, spa access, they completely did not acknowledge us in anyway. (It only had to be small). There was a couple with a private pool like us, and it was an ordinary holiday for them. They had been upgraded to a private pool room from a junior suite for free! (So it could be done). Other reasons for the reduced score are the themed Greek restaurant, the food was okay at best. For example the chicken was very dry. The outdoor area for our room had a private pool but smelt strongly of drains. There are no drink menus at any bar, you have to guess what they may have and hope for the best that they serve it. The safe in our room wouldn't work and it turned out to be the hotel hadn't updated the instructions since they were upgraded, which meant a handyman call out. These aren't massive complaints, but for us it took the shine off a very expensive holiday we had booked hoping for a romantic get away. In hindsight we wouldn't have booked this hotel for this occasion and I think it's worth highlighting this for other holiday makers as if I'd seen this review I'd have carried on looking. However for a standard holiday it's a lovely beach front setting. Everyone receives arrival drinks (both alcoholic and no alcoholic), and the staff at reception booked us in at a lovely restaurant in Zia on our request via a coach tour booking and we would recommend the Asian themed restaurant on the beach front. I'd say it's more of a 4* than 5* but you shouldn't be dissappointed if its not a special occasion.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

First of all we had a private pool and all of the pools are a clear blue colour, the pools are very clean. They do food pretty much 24-7 do you don't need to worry about missing food too much. There is a kids pool with slides a general swimming pool and if you have a one a small private pool, it is very cold and there is a button at the back for bubbles but it doesn't warm up the pool. Everything looks really pretty and it has amazing vegetation. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to stay in kos!

This resort is great. We were there last week. And though the rooms are dated & the food average (but the range of options at the buffet, and almost 24h availability is beyond generous)…the staff are fantastic and make up for any shortfalls elsewhere.

Step by step honest review on our 7 day stay in a Bungalow at The Sovereign Beach Hotel Reception staff, absolutely lovely, approachable and very helpful ( hope you find your Snow ❄️ Holiday and enjoy your visit home to see your Mam and your trip to Italy) Bar Staff, not the happiest but kept us topped up with Tequila in our Margaritas so can't really complain 😁 Restaurant staff are outstanding at there jobs and so polite, service with a smile. In my opinion the food is fantastic, with a tremendous choice for all. The chefs are all really nice and friendly and chatty as well, so it's a pleasure to eat in the restaurant. The Bungalow was quite basic for the extra money we paid and the swim up pool was like ice, so did not use it. The sun had gone by 11am but the hotel can't control the weather. Cleaned daily if needed. Shower is located to far along the wall, so the whole floor gets wet, so could be moved to help this issue. I would probably not pay the extra to stay in the Bungalow as if was not luxury but most of our days were spent at the beach. Location 10/10. Private beach 10/10. Pool area 10/10. Staff 1000/10 So overall... Hotel fabulous,Location fantastic, Staff amazing, Food delicious, Cocktails 😁, Beach superb and will definitely be back. Thank you all for Making our Anniversary a special one ❤️

Stayed here with my husband and so glad we booked here! Big shout out to John on main reception who was amazing!!! He knows all about customer service and couldn't do enough to assist with any question we had. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by him. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels always left. I'm a bit picky with food at times but can honestly say I always found something to eat for each meal 😋.. Drinks - these were plentiful and the barman was very generous with pouring !! The animation team need a big shout out too 🙌.. brilliant!! Pool - Lovely clean pool and never had no issues getting a sunbed! No sunbed wars!!! Lovely beach at the bottom of the path and a nice 20 to 25 minute walk into Kardemena which is stunning. We are already looking to return in 2025. Thank you Sovereign Beach for a fantastic holiday 😎😎

I've been to Kos three times and this hotel was definitely the best stay so far – and it's because of the lovely staff! Everyone is very kind and helpful and does their job 10000% and more. The hotel is situated right next to a nice and quiet sand beach. There's a shower with sweet water and enough sunbeds for everyone – we always found some empty ones straight ahead. The pool seemed nice as well, although I agree there's always loud music. We didn't spend much time there though because we were always at the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good AC. All of the other facilities were super clean as well and it was obvious the staff is taking great care of everything. The food was great and varied with new dishes every day. There was a lot of seafood and amazing fish, but always also pasta/chicken and fries/pizza for the picky eaters. We were leaving in the morning before breakfast started and we got breakfast/lunch boxes for the way. The evening programmes were usually enjoyable as well, we especially loved the ABBA duo and the traditional dancers. However, the speakers are really loud, so maybe bear that in mind when choosing a room if you are travelling with people who go to bed before 10:30PM. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

A really clean, well managed hotel. The staff are polite and easygoing. The animation team are very friendly and encourage you to take part in activities without being pushy. The food is really nice with a good variety. The beach is a stones throw away and is clean and inviting. The pools are salt water pools and are very clean. It was a really nice holiday.

This is not a massive hotel, and in some ways that is in its favour. As they make you feel at home, a real guest not just passing through. The standard of service is wonderful with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Our room had been modernised and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor room with a hot tub on the verandah, amazing sunbeds and a comfy set of chairs..more than you could need. Food was good and plentiful, did repeat a little the second week but we just went for another option. Don't expect modern or flash from this hotel. But do expect a warm welcome, comfort and total relaxation

Got back from a wonderful family holiday on Tuesday! Gaia Palace Hotel really made our Summer! The rooms were lovely and the cleaners did a brilliant job of maintaining them. The hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL - so much greenery and so well kept. Everything on site is an easy walking distance and there are multiple pools (which were a hit). The location is peaceful and quiet, as is the overall atmosphere. Every member of staff across the hotel were great especially the restaurant and bar staff (a special shoutout to the guy overseeing the daytime buffets - I didn't catch his name - who was always ready with a hello and a smile and super efficient with restocking). The food was delicious and there's SO much choice. The beach is just a short walk too and a great way to spend the day and watch the sunrise. All round perfect week away and a little bit disappointed to be home so soon. We will definitely be back!

The Gaia Palace is a lovely hotel one of three sister hotels in the same area, although we only went into the grounds of the other two, the Palace appeared to be the best, the grounds at the Palace are very nice and well kept. The public areas of the hotel are kept very clean. As we stayed towards the end of the season, the staff had really started to reduce, leaving two young people covering reception, they did not have a day off in the 10 days we were there, even though they were working long hours they they stayed really friendly and always helpful. All staff were polite. There is a bus from the hotel at 9.30 into Kos town each morning except Sunday. This is a good fly and flop hotel as long as you can put up with the food and drink. There is a car hire company in the hotel Reception area, although the young lady here was lovely and very helpful, you will find it is cheaper to book with the same company on line, we save €75 one a three day rental, we picked the car up from the office 5 minutes walk away and then left the keys with the hotel reception when we had finished with it. The hotel deserves 5 star review but due to the disappointing food and drink we had to only give it three.

We had a lovely family holiday at this resort. Very spacious rooms and grounds. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect retreat. All staff friendly and helpful. Food very nice and not repetitive. We stayed in a large family room consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and big balcony overlooking a decent sized pool for our accommodation block. There are 3 such pools separate to the huge main pool. 10 min walk to a great beach. Animation team work hard to entertain kids and adults. 2 weekly quizzes plus a great singer/guitarist duo once a week. Would definitely return.

Very decent hotel and facilities. What makes this stand out is the staff, they are all very friendly, welcoming and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. We had a medical emergency which is everyone's worst nightmare when over seas and they supported throughout. Very much appreciated and will be remembered. The food is lovely with a modest selection and we ate well at every meal but the ONLY issue we had was that the drinks were very watered down, so much so that it no longer resembled the drink it was supposed to be, this is for soft and alcoholic drinks which is a pity as that took the cherry off the cake. I really feel bad to write this review as I do think this is a great hotel with truly fantastic staff but management's decision to dilute the drinks undermines all of the hard work the staff on the floor do and takes away the perks of having an all inclusive holiday. It's a real shame.

Once again Gaia palace did not fail to deliver another perfect holiday. The hotel is so clean and well looked after. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and the food is delicious. But above all the best thing about this hotel is the the staff and how much they care for the guests and each other. They are the friendliest most wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are the reason we return year after year along with many of our friends we have met here who return year after year and agree it is the best place to stay in Kos if not the world! Simply stunning Hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is modern well equipped with a spacious walk in shower. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. The food was very nice. Well laid out. The staff are very friendly . Especially the reception team they couldn’t do enough for you. The bar staff make you feel welcome and always had a smile on their face. The management had organised a lovely fruit platter and a bottle of fizz for the room. I also received a lovely gift from the management team. The pools are amazing the view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. They are lots of places to sit and take in the views. Sunbeds , squishy seating, and cabana’s . The pool towels are outside near the bar which is a great idea! Amazing location. Would definitely stay again

Had a great, very relaxing holiday. As many people have mentioned the infinity pool makes the hotel, it is stunning together with the view from our room, could never get tired of it. I would probably agree that the hotel doesn't meet the standards of other 5* hotels I've stayed in but in my opinion the pool/view more than compensates. Found staff & food all to be great, particularly enjoyed the food & service in the Soya restaurant. Not a fan of the gym booking system, would have liked to have a couple of sessions but when on holiday like to go when I feel like it not stick to regimented time booked a day or 2 in advance. Overall though a great holiday!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons, and it certainly did not live up to its 5-star rating. Small Room & Poor Balcony Design: The room was far too small, and the balconies were positioned uncomfortably close, separated only by a thin partition. This resulted in noise and cigarette smoke entering our room, which made the stay unpleasant. Constant Noise from the Street: Our room was located directly above a busy area where buses, shuttles, taxis, and even garbage trucks were constantly coming and going. The noise made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Unfriendly Staff: The hotel staff lacked friendliness, especially at the reception. We never received a smile or welcoming attitude, which left us feeling unvalued as guests. Poor Restaurant Experience: The main restaurant, where both breakfast and dinner were served, did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere resembled a cafeteria, and the service was highly unprofessional. The waitstaff were more focused on flirting with tourists than taking orders, which was appalling. They were also rude and disrespectful. Despite these issues, I must commend the kitchen staff, as the food itself was quite good. Overpowering Food Smells: Every time we visited the restaurant, we left smelling like food, and the cooking odors from the kitchen spread throughout the hotel, filling the hallways and even our room. This was incredibly unpleasant and should be addressed. Parking Issues: There were not enough parking spots on the hotel premises, and we were asked to leave our car on the side of a mountain road outside the hotel. This is unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Difficult Beach Access: While the hotel's beach and sea were beautiful, getting there was a major challenge. The hotel is located high up on a mountain, and there was no stair-free path to take our stroller down to the beach. This made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy the beach, and we ended up using other beaches in the area instead. Very Windy Location: Due to the hotel's location, it was extremely windy throughout our stay. This may be something to keep in mind for those sensitive to wind. Overall, our experience was far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this five-star gem, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel pool and the beach access. The pool was pristine with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on. Just steps away was the hotel’s private beach, with crystal-clear waters (and a few rocks) - truly a slice of paradise. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The main restaurant offered a mouthwatering selection of gourmet dishes, all beautifully presented and rich with flavor. Each meal felt like a culinary adventure, with local and international delicacies that were a treat to the senses. Breakfast was an absolute feast. The buffet was incredible, offering everything from fresh pastries and tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets and coffee specialties. The variety and quality were outstanding, catering to every palate and dietary preference. In every aspect, this hotel embodies luxury and relaxation. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying world-class cuisine, or taking in the breathtaking beach views, it’s an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful; staff in the restaurants remembered the drinks order and room number each evening. Food was top quality and slightly different each evening. No problems with sunbeds at any time during the day, and the “drinks delivered to sunbed” app was great. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. This is a huge complex, but the staff (especially those delivering drinks to the pool all day) were amazing. There is the largest pool I think I’ve ever seen, and it never felt crowded. Great variety of entertainment too. Bus stop is outside the hotel, and they running fairly frequently to Kos Town. I would definitely stay here again.

A stunning hotel with a high level of service and a beautifully designed area. There are large pools as well as many smaller ones throughout the property. Direct access to the sea makes it even more special. The spacious grounds are decorated with breathtaking landscape design. The staff is incredibly attentive, always smiling, and they go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The restaurants are amazing, offering a varied and delicious menu. There is also entertainment for both adults and children. An oasis on the island of Kos.

This was a very last-minute booking due to finding out, on arrival to Kos, that our intended resort booking had gone bust. We were greeted by very kind and attentive staff. The rooms are well laid-out and comfortable and are thoroughly cleaned and re-stocked every day. The pools are excellent and never felt over- crowded and the pool-side drinks service was a wonderful touch. Pools were just a shade too deep at 1.3m for our two kids (aged 6 and 8) but it didn’t hinder their enjoyment. The real standout of this resort though was the food. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all exceptional. We could not have asked for a wider range of well-prepared dishes to try. Even fussy kids were delighted.

I've been dreaming of a relaxing summer holiday for a while now and decided to take a chance with Astir, and wow, what a great choice! The rooms were lovely, and so were the pools, the sea water was so warm which is quite a change for us vs the freezing waters of the Portuguese coast. The lunch staff knew our order by heart 2 days in, and everyone we spoke to provided excellent service, from reception, to the bar staff and buffet waiters, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The food was pretty good, there’s options for everyone. We did expect there to be more fish on a regular basis, but when they did it was amazing. You’re catered for all meals if you have the all inclusive package which I’d recommend, you can order drinks and get them delivered from all sun beds, what a treat! We were pleasantly surprised with the entertainment, which we didn’t know we’d encounter! Do make sure you go to the daily night time shows over at the theatre for some great performances. The entertainment team also kept us going all day, from the water gymnastics class all the way to their shows after dinner. They were all super lovely and made the time to speak to everyone they walked past throughout the day. The only less positive element was that I purposefully picked a hotel that didn’t seem to cater to babies and children that much but there were still a good number of young families present who seemed to huddle around the pool entrances instead of using the kids pool. So using the nice steps to get in the pool was at times awkward, but other than that it was a very pleasant and quiet experience during the day.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect! The room we had was beautiful and clean with a personal welcome note and a bottle of wine! Breakfast is full of options and everyone is ready to welcome you with a smile and a polite word. The pool is clean and relaxing. The people in room service are very polite and it only takes a few minutes to have the drinks in your room! Every night they would leave personal notes with small treats for us in the room! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff who do their very best to make your stay perfect. Staff always knew who we were, and remembered our room numbers. Great location that offers fabulous views of the amazing sunset away from the crowded areas but still with its own private serviced beach area. Pool and grounds were pristine. Breakfast really set you up for the day, with delicious made-to-order, as well as buffet items. Lovely spacious and well appointed rooms.

We spent a week in late October at this wonderful hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. The hotel also has a private beach with comfortable sunbeds available at no extra charge, though it can get a bit windy at times. There's a convenient bike path that takes you into the city of Kos in no time. There are just two small points I'd like to mention: The hotel provides room service twice a day, which is a nice touch, though it felt a little unnecessary to us. It was also somewhat inconvenient that they would come as late as 9 p.m. Secondly, while the spa is lovely, offering a well-equipped gym, indoor pool, and sauna, there's an additional €20 charge to use the sauna or pool. For a hotel that aims for luxury standards, I would expect these facilities to be included in the price. However, if you book a massage or other treatment, the sauna and pool are complimentary. Lastly, while the hotel offers free parking, it would be great if they added charging stations for electric vehicles, as that would be a valuable improvement.

The staff, cleanliness, and our room (we got an upgrade to the Executive Suite). Special thanks to the lady who checked us in late at night, and the hotel manager who we met at breakfast and he made our morning even better with a lovely conversation. We will certainly be back!

Good food and drinks, wine choice. Plenty of parking. Quiet location. Encountered no issues at all, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back.

Absolutely stunning hotel, really modern and clean! Loved our stay here, friendly and helpful staff! Very relaxing vibe, stunning pool, and good facilities! Food was sometimes amazing, and others were just okay. The main negatives are the fact that the rooms face each other, so there is NO privacy on the balcony's or with the curtains open, so you have to have the curtains shut for the full stay. The food is priced fairly highly which is okay if the food was 9/10 or 10/10 but at times it was 7/10 at best, much better places on the island to eat with a better selection! Very small menu! The pictures don't show the surroundings, so there are wastelands on either side of the hotel. Staff setting up the pool and bar on a morning were as loud as can be waking us up most days at 7am. When asked at the end of our stay about what could be improved on a questionnaire, we were pulled up on our answers straight away, which we found rude and unprofessional. I personally wouldn't rush back here, but I would recommend it to someone for a short stay to experience Kos.

My husband and I stayed at Lango Hotel for a week and honestly I can't recommend it enough! Our room was a superior suite with a private pool and it was the most gorgeous space I've ever had the pleasure of spending time in. Beautifully maintained gardens surround a huge pool with loads of outdoor space. The room itself was also beautiful, cool, clean and spacious inside. The private beach opposite the hotel is incredible for watching the sunset. Food wise, the fantastic vegan menu online was one of reasons we chose to stay here. It certainly didn't disappoint! Creative, delicious food with fresh ingredients. I'd highly recommend the floating breakfast if you have a room with a pool. A really incredible treat! The candlelit sunset dinner was also a fabulous experience. If you're a foodie, this is the place for you. But overall the staff are what make your stay so special. They're so warm, welcoming and friendly. They remember things daily about your needs, always go the extra mile and couldn't be more wonderful and kind. We will not hesitate to stay here again, the vibe is so calm and peaceful. We both felt so totally relaxed. Thank you for the most amazing week 💜

Fabulous from start to finish ! We had a suite with THE MOST AMAZING views! East side so you can watch the sun rise. Plenty of choice at the buffet and staff very attentive and polite . The guest relations lady even sorted a cake and put up our decorations for a friends special birthday . Entertainment good too ! Particularly liked the belly dancing as it was very creative . Defo going back ✈️🥂pools brilliant too !

Currently here now. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff at the adult pools are really nice and helpful, unlike the pool by the Italian restaurant, none of them should be in hospitality, which is why we moved to the other end of the resort. One exception to the last comment, Maria, very lovely. The so called all inclusive, well not so all inclusive! Having to pay for things such as burger and chips, pizza and sandwiches isn't all inclusive. There's a different menu if you book with a travel agent than that published on the hotel website. So, don't confuse the menus if you look on tbe hotel website, as you won't be getting that choice! The food, well if you want it hot, best ask for something cooked fresh of the hotplate! Still no update on my many complaints. Watch this space.

Wonderful hotel , friendly staff especially at the beach/pool bar . Food was good lots of choice. Miss the Italian restaurant it’s really poor food and probably the worse Italian pizza I have ever had . Rooms were nice and clean although little storage so had to live out of suitcases . Swimming pool lovely next to Greek restaurant and beach is absolutely beautiful . Too many chemicals in pool so don’t wear anything special or light in colour as it turns to yellow .

We got back last night after a 7 night stay. We would highly recommend this hotel, the place itself is clean and beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was out of this world for an all inclusive so much to choose from. The setting was again beautiful. Pools and entertainment brilliant. We had the best week here. After reading some of the bad comments I was shocked, rooms are a little dated but we spent very little time in there, and we slept well, it was clean and beds made up every morning, along with fresh towels given. The bar staff were so nice, worked hard and we were never left waiting. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to them all for making our stay so wonderful.

Location and Accommodation: As a couple with two children (ages 8 and 4), we were very pleased with our family room, which included air conditioning and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning adding to our comfort. Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests. However, vegetarian and gluten-free options were available. The ultra all-inclusive package provided a good selection of drinks, although they weren't particularly “fancy.” Attractions and Entertainment: The hotel has three pools of varying depths, including one for children, and a lifeguard on duty for safety. While there were no dedicated activities for kids, the animation team organized games and entertainment for adults, providing enjoyable diversions. For those who wish to visit the nearby Aqualand, there is a convenient passage directly from the hotel’s fifth floor. Rental Services and Surroundings: There are car rental services nearby (just 300 meters from the hotel), making it easy to organize self-guided trips. We recommend visiting the nearby town of Kos, located 5 km away, where you can enjoy numerous attractions, such as island cruises. However, it's worth noting that the immediate area around the hotel doesn't offer many additional tourist activities, and while the beach is decent, it’s not particularly picturesque. Service: The hotel staff were helpful and responded promptly to guest needs, though minor communication issues between staff members were occasionally noticeable. Nevertheless, they always managed to resolve any issues efficiently. Atmosphere and Aesthetics: The hotel, though showing some signs of age, maintains a pleasant atmosphere and aesthetic aligned with a five-star standard. The decor and comfortable amenities left a positive impression on us and our children, though the loungers by the pool could have been a bit more comfortable. Impressions of the Stay: From the photos, it’s clear that the hotel provides ideal conditions for relaxation, both by the pool and on the comfortable loungers. Our children enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was a major highlight for our family. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Kipriotis Panorama & Suites. It's an ideal place for a family holiday, offering many amenities and activities that allow for both relaxation and active leisure.

We arrived back home after a week at the Kipriotis Panorama, Kos. We had a super time - the hotel is lovely and clean - including the pool and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, it had a fabulous view of the sea and mountains from the room balcony - the bed was comfortable, the cleaners were there every day. The staff worked really hard and long hours but they were ALWAYS polite, happy, smiling and cheerful - bar staff, pool staff, reception staff, cleaners, waiters, shop assistant - everyone was so lovely. The food was so delicious, it was hot, fresh, varied, plentiful - absolutely no complaints at all. The restaurant had a wonderful outside seating area with lovely views (see photo 2) Photo 1 shows the view from the reception area. On our last day the checkout was at 11am which was great and we were also able to book a slot to have a shower in a room before we left. We couldn't fault the holiday at all. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make our holiday a wonderful experience.

We chose another hotel for our holiday with my girlfriend and they directed us here. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly. We forgot the check-out time but they did not make it a problem. I felt like I was at home. The food and drinks were very nice. The pool was very nice. The beach was within walking distance. Everything was very nice, including the sun loungers. The waiters were polite and kind. The spa massage was just a little expensive. If you want, there is a massage chair next to the reception. Thank you very much for everything. Panorama team. My wife and I had our honeymoon here, and we adored it, the food was memorable and amazing, the staff great and friendly, (George was hilarious), we only wish we had stayed longer! Room was perfect, food impeccable, all inclusive plus was worth it for certain branded drinks, everything was clean and tidy - would go there again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The food is varied and good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The entertainment is particularly great. Whether by the pool or in the evening. Always fun. The hotel beach is very rocky and not recommended, but a hundred meters away is a very nice sandy beach with boat rentals and jet skis. The path up to the restaurants and reception is really steep and strenuous. But you can call a golf cart to take you up. Another positive thing to mention is that there is a very large selection of all-inclusive drinks and only branded drinks are served and not cheap booze.

A fantastic week at the Grand Blue Hotel. The photos on the website really don’t do it justice! If you have mobility difficulties I would definitely think about where you would like your room and it is quite a ‘hilly’ resort. However there are buggy’s that taxi you around the resort. The entertainment pool was a favourite of ours and it had a brilliant atmosphere. My partner particularly liked the water polo! The beach is a little small but in a short walk you can reach parts of the sea that are perfect for snorkelling. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest town where you will find bars and restaurants. This was very handy if we weren’t fussed on the evening buffet but on the whole the food had something for everyone. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel and we will definitely be back!

Good little place - not 5 ⭐, nice entertainment. Good location and decent food. All inclusive is ok. Beds poor, two singles together and cheap mattresses,. Room by the pool with entertainment - hard to get a quite nights sleep before 12pm. Good service and friendly staff - decent gym and pools.

Alright Hotel, but not a 5 star one. Large and comfy rooms, 3 Pools, all of whom were full by 11AM, 3 restaurants and a bar. Our Room (Number 118) was far up the hill, which meant we had to order a cart to get down to the beach and back to our room, which in the first few days did not work, until we complained to the reception. The restaurant was relatively close though, with only a slight inclination upwards. The beach is rocky and almost always full, so make sure to reserve a sunbed in the morning. A few hundred meters or so down the road there’s a sandy beach, which you have to pay for. The food at the two main Restaurants was alright, though nothing out of the ordinary. The drinks at the bar, which are included in the all inclusive package are definitely a highlight of this hotel. There’s an à la carte restaurant, which you have to reserve a spot at and the food there was definitely one of the best things about the hotel. The staff are friendly and talkative, and seem to really care about the customer experience. Overall the hotel would make a nice 4 star hotel, but I think lacks qualities that a 5 star hotel should have.

Definitely not a 4 plus, or 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Lovely location near to the beautiful town but the food left quite a bit to be desired. The staff do their best and are very nice but there seems to be a management issue whereby quite often certain choice of food missing for periods of time, cutlery missing etc. Room was a decent size with great view but cleaning was sporadic and not great.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel on Kos! We spent an amazing 13 days at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel! I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who created such a warm atmosphere from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and accomplished staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. As a vegan, I was particularly delighted with the variety of vegan options available. It was clear they put thought into their offerings, and I truly appreciated it. The food overall was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. We want to extend a great thanks to each and every person working there. You're all amazing and made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

We had an incredibly wonderful holiday at Hotel Diamond Deluxe. The hotel is nicely decorated, the food for all meals at the restaurants were very good and delicious, and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms were large and really cozy with everything you needed. We had massage one day and it was a very nice experience – we can really recommend trying it! The service everywhere was very welcoming, and service minded. The pool area was so good. Large, lovely pools, enough sunbeds for everyone and a calm atmosphere. There was a DJ playing good music in the evening at the pool bar, but this did not create noise in the room when going to bed. In general, it was very quiet at the hotel, and we were very happy about that. The prices were completely fair, and you got value for money. We can only give our very best recommendations!

Go to Kos island and stay at this hotel. You will love it! It s a bit far from the city but this is a good thing - you can rent a scooter or a bike directly from the hotel - they are super friendly and will help you. As for the food and service - the hotel s restaurants are incredible. You must choose half board when booking - the menu from the evening is at least fine dinning - actually is like a tasting menu every evening - you can t go wrong - the food is very tasty and the service is top! The Manager of the restaurants is always there keeping an close eye on the room, always smiling and speaking with everybody. The pool service 100% - prices normal and all the drinks and cocktails are top. I was not expecting this level of quality but you must consider this hotel.

Great place staff very friendly good food in main restaurant and pool bar. But... room fridge wasnt topped up every day, we had to ring reception, also there should have been more soft drink and larger put in (only 2 of each), also they should do more of kids food daily at pool bar and main restaurant, have a better choice of drinks not just cocktails and put in bigger glasses not small paper cups.

Just ate in the fish restaurant 19.09.24 can't praise it enough. George the host was super friendly and professional. The food was outstanding. All in a very laid back atmosphere with the personnel touch. Thankyou Akti palace.

Great hotel, and excellent choice of food throughout the day. I personally don't think our room was 5* - no water a couple of nights for shower and walk-in shower didn't drain very eell. Beds were lovely and clean and mini bar refilled everyday. Unfortunately I hurt my back whilst there so went for a massage which was so nice and did help me. I would recommend hotel to friends but I would rate it as a 4*.

Just came back from a great week at Akti Palace. Arrived mid evening to a glass of Prosecco, the staff were very welcoming. We had a deluxe suite, it was very large and modern. Cleaned every day and mini bar stocked every day if needed. Only downsides were that the bathroom could do with an update, and glass doors replaced for privacy. However, the room was great and A/C worked very well. Food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive, lots of different options and the a la carte restaurant were great. Slight downsides however were 1) plates could be cleaned better; 2) service very slow for hot drinks in the morning, would be better if there was just a coffee machine. Pool and beach were amazing, really relaxing locations, never had to fight for a sunbed and always available throughout the day. Snack bar served amazing gyros every day. Drinks were OK, cocktails were nice but pre-made and unlikely to give you a buzz. Great transport links into Kardamena, and can get a bus to Kos Town for less than €5 one-way. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return.

My family (all 16 of us, 12 adults & 4 children) loved it here. 4 couples were able to get our rooms altogether on the ground floor apartments so we had a pool to ourselves that the rest of the family in the same block could use. Selection of food was yummy and the children enjoyed the kids entertainment in the evening over the sister site (Akti Beach Club) Also the hotel kindly booked us into their smaller dining restaurants, Greek and fish, around 6 plates each - we were very full! Beach activities are included (expect extreme like parasailing, they are at an additional cost). Check weather before booking as if it is too windy then it will have to be arranged a different day.

Honestly, staff here are amazing, really lovely place to just chill. Even if you're all inclusive I recommend heading into Zia for dinner one night. Definitely have at least one cocktail a la cart at the resort- they are both tasty and beautiful. The general atmosphere is just happy and relaxed. Any issues we reported got fixed same day. Getting cabs from the hotel was so easy the staff were so helpful, cabs arrived quickly and rates were always what the hotel had said. The all inclusive cocktails were pretty good, I lent towards the blue lagoon and pink lady. Kos was walking distance even with a heavy backpack.

This was definitely not a five-star experience. While the hotel is large and conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, friendly staff, and a spacious swimming pool, I would rate it at most three or maybe four stars. Firstly, despite having an all-inclusive package, guests are still required to pay for sunbeds on the beach, which I believe should be included. It's not a significant amount, but it feels off. The food was acceptable for those who don't prioritize quality. There were some great cheeses, fresh fruits, and excellent desserts, but the rest was quite disappointing. The juices were from concentrate, the wine was poor, and the ham was nearly inedible. As for the "bacon," it resembled minced ham, and I’d rather not know what’s in the other cured meats, as they likely aren’t appetizing. The rooms felt more like a three-star hotel, and the bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. The shower was uncomfortable, and we encountered a lot of small ants on the floor. To top it off, we discovered a cockroach in our room on our last night! We also had issues with our room cards, which frequently failed, forcing us to visit reception two or three times a day just to get into our room—extremely frustrating. On a positive note, the Greek massage at the spa was exceptional, accompanied by relaxing music—one of the best I’ve ever had. Lastly, there were free-roaming chickens around the property. While it added a rural charm, their noise made it difficult for someone with light sleep to rest peacefully.

3rd visit to this hotel. The location is fantastic, the staff are incredible, they go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely, the air con could do with being updated. The food is a bit samey samey but there is always something for everyone. The Chinese and Italian restaurants are a must. Big shout out to aimme at the pool bar, always remembers your name and drink order. Can't wait to visit again.

We arrived at the hotel, we were received very nicely and they explained to us everything we needed. On the first day we were a little disappointed, we got a room in which the television didn't work very well, and the air conditioner had some problems, when we complained we felt that the woman at the reception was making faces at us, so it was so unpleasant, but they did fix the air conditioner in the end. A huge, green and beautiful hotel, you can walk around it for hours and enjoy its beauty, and the variety of pools in every corner, which give the hotel a very special atmosphere. The hotel has several restaurants, three of which you have to register in advance, one restaurant is Greek, when we arrived we didn't really understand how it was different from the normal dining room and we were quite surprised. A day later we made an appointment for an Italian restaurant, and you can say that what we got we simply left on the plate and left hungry. The quality of the food was not good, and we realized that it is better to eat in a dining room where it is much better. The overall hotel experience is good. There are bars, lots of pools. The hotel is clean and suitable for families. Regarding the food, I would recommend going out more to coordinate the tastes in the city because we were quite disappointed with the food, in addition to the first day we received a somewhat unpleasant attitude at the reception when we talked about the air conditioner, and about problematic things in the room. It can be summed up as a very good hotel, a place for fun and a good vacation. And I must say that the drivers in the hotel shuttle service are nice with a smile and are always happy to provide service in the best possible way. Yes, I would improve the food in the various restaurants, especially in Italian and Greek because there is nothing special there

Very kind staff, nice ambience, big pool and an extra pool for children with slides and other possibilities. The meals was just medium quality. Beer and wine, included in all-inclusive, tastes like nothing. In some restaurants (this one's must be reserved) you even have to pay for this drinks. 30% of all sunbeds at the main pool was reserved by towels at 7AM. Even more at 8. The management ignores that completely. So in summary we was not satisfied.
