Apart from being at the top of a steep hill this complex is absolutely superb. The two ladies that checked us in were so helpful, really lovely. Rooms are great and clean, security keeps noise at a bare minimum. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby,taxis to bring you back up the hill for approx 5 euros. Thanks so much Hollywood Mirage.

Located at the top of a very long steep hill, only ate in the restaurant once as food not to our taste. Apartment was spacious and clean and pleasant staff. Shuttle bus (free) daily to beach stops at 6.30pm so if have any mobility issues would need to taxi back from town etc (approx 7 euro) main pool area is loud and very busy. Quieter pool was nice but unfortunately not enough parasols to go round.

Let me start by saying we did have a great holiday, but we really aren't fussy people. However, for how much it cost to stay here, it is vastly overpriced and I wouldn't stay again. Housekeeping is only on a Tuesday and Friday, we stayed Sat-Sat but they didn't bother doing Friday. To be honest, they needn't have bothered at all. Floors weren't cleaned, washing up ignored, rubbish left. They literally just changed the towels and made the bed, this resulted in an increase of cockroaches by the end of the week as the floor was filthy. Breakfast is okay, hot enough, decent variety. I just got sick of the rubbish juice and Coffees. The whole place is generally run down, you can tell if hasn't been updated for a long time. Our balcony door wouldn't lock as the mechanism was broken. Holes in the wall from old fittings, ceiling fans barely hanging on but functional enough. Old stained furniture, dirty shower curtain, chipped tiles. Air con was poor and there was mould around the ceiling vent. Our neighbour had their money stolen from their balcony, so keep your doors locked and valuables on you or locked inside! Pool was lovely, there is three, but the other two are at different hotels. No floaties between 12 and 4 in the main pool which was a bit annoying. Some lifeguards miserable nightmares, others were absolutely fantastic 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff were lovely, evening entertainment was nice, I think they deserved a bigger crowd. It'd be nice for the hotel to try and get guests more involved (maybe offer a free drink or something) We knew about the hill, so set aside money for this. It is a good 20/30 minute uphill climb from the beach. Be careful with taxis as some target "foreigners" and add supplements for no reason and can get aggressive when challenged. Despite any issues, we enjoyed our stay. But this is definitely not a 3/4 star hotel, no way.

My girlfriend and I have just spent the past 5 nights in Hollywood Mirage and to say we were more than impressed would be an understatement. All of the staff at reception were always very helpful and always had a smile. The pool staff and poolside bar staff were always very kind and outgoing providing good daytime activities and events throughout the week. Good cocktails and sun loungers all round. The room we received was breathtaking, and while we booked on a separate package holiday website, the photos shown did not do it justice. The sea view 1 bed apartment gave views of all the Los Cristianos bay, capturing mountain range, the port, the nightlife all while being in a tranquil location for relaxation. The room facilities made me think the hotel was only a new build, however seeing awards going back as far as 2017 for the hotel itself and awards further back for the hotel group (Excel) meant that the rooms are kept to the highest of standards and modernity. Air conditioning was exceptional after a hot day to come back to. We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, to be greeted by a buffet that was very good value for money and the quality of food was excellent. The other services of a fully stocked mini market for all lunch and breakfast needs was a lovely option to take to diversify our stay. The hotel/resort was lovely and clean and we felt a sense of security seeing that there was a barrier and security to enter the premises. However, the hill leading up to the hotel does have its challenges so appropriate transport up and down from Los Cristianos centre would be advised. I will say though, the hill is the main reason for such breathtaking views. In all, we are both very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a break away. And we will be returning some time in the future.

Great hotel excellent very helpful staff, buffet breakfast with wide choice to cater for all. The service from all the staff was exceptional loved staying here nice rooms 3 pools one was quiet pool that was great for people wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. Great Italian restaurant oppersit nice well priced food and they do takeaway. Overall really nice place to stay, the only thing that my bother some people is walking up the hill, it didn't bother me as I like walking up hills.

Okay, this place is massive. It looks like a hotel and has most of the facilities of a hotel, but it isn't. What it is, is a block of studio flats that are privately owned and are either lived in or let out at holiday lets to tourists. What this means is that it's hard to review as you can find a place that's incredible or you can find a dump. Also, because the facilities are not connected to the accommodation (holiday lets) you have to pay for everything, from sun loungers to luggage scales. The WiFi is 18 Euros for a week and it's terrible. Luckily, our apartment had its own WiFi that we could use in the flat but by the pool or the restaurant you needed the paid hotel one. The location is good if you like somewhere quiet but it's a long walk into the centre and coming back is uphill, but it's only 5 Euros back in a taxi. Also the pool is small given the size of the place and it is open to the public so don't expect much room. Bear in mind that lots of locals live here so 7am to 8am it's very noisy with people screaming at their kids and generally people going to work with only one volume: loud AF. We were lucky that our apartment was clean and modern but it's a gamble if you don't do your research.

Good location - 20 minutes away from the ocean. Would be great to have swimming pool to be heated until late evening rather then just 20:00. Flats are fitted with washing machine, fridge and freezer, kitchen, large TV.

A heated pool. Nice restaurant with occasional entertainment. Good that there isn't loud pool music all day long. All rooms privately owned so will vary.

Great place to stay. Nice staff, great heated pool ( winter ). Went self catering room has all you need for a short stay. Great restaurant on site with other restaurants and bars within a short walk. It is at the back of Los Cristianos at the top of the hill. Just over 4 euros for a taxi down to the beach. A walk along the front with some great views and also a lot of very good restaurants to choose from. Average price for a meal for 2 with a couple of drinks is about 40 to 60 euros.

We stayed at Coral Los Alisios earlier this summer and had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were nice and clean, quite spacious and beds were very comfortable. The area was fairly quiet, all staff were most helpful. Jesus in the reception even helped us with organising our days out too, nothing was too much hassle for him or his colleagues. Our luggage stayed very safe in the locker room after we checked out. My teenage son enjoyed the gym.

It's a great value option in Los cristianos. The only downside is the freezing cold pool. The rooms are huge with a well equipped kitchen . Housekeeping on the light side but adequate. Only ceiling fans so it might be an issue in summer. I enjoyed the walk to the centre and the beach but it is 15 min and on the way back the last 5 min are uphill. There is building site at the back the hotel but it didn't bother us.Would come back.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Nice walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. Will (kids entertainer) was so lovely and great with the kids. Pool a bit chilly but it was October. Sea lovely and warm 🌞 Siam park tickets were a bonus too, went nearly every day.

Spent a week with the family. Would definitely return, yes there is some construction work going on in the area at the moment but the hotel can’t be held responsible! Room was cleaned and beds changed daily , kids loved the pool and only a couple of minutes stroll down to restaurants and pubs etc. Only downside was there was no air conditioning so stayed warm at night. Overall very happy with our stay .

Clean and tidy throughout but a bit too far out of town and up a hill. We had breakfast included but ate elsewhere most days as choices were limited and lots of hot food was cold it had been stood there so long. The fried eggs were welded to the tray the 2 times we used the breakfast restaurant

My 2 teen daughters and I arrived this evening and we already love this place!! The apartment is spotless, and is kitted out in such a modern stylish way it's fab. There are loads of extra touches too but I won't spoil it!! Staff very helpful and friendly. Food lovely. Seems to be quite central so we're going exploring tomorrow. And I can't wait to see the nearby beach. I think we found a gem!!

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean. Nice view from balcony. 20-25 minutes walk to city center. Pool area very nice, clean, sunbeds are 2€ per day, but it’s plenty of them and you don’t need to reserve early in the morning. Only downside was the fact that during our stay pool bar was closed , and also there’s no music by the pool which could be improved. We arrived late in the evening and only security was there to welcome us so we didn’t receive any info about the place and rules (like check out time, pool opening times etc). Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

Our stay was amazing. Apartments are nice and clean fully equipped with all the necessary stuff. Swimming pool its nice and clean with great space to sit around. Staff was helpful and always looked after us. Location is 2 minutes away to a Supermarket and 10 minutes away from the closest beach. Definitely I will come back.

Our favourite place to stay in Los Christianos. I love that you can come and go as you please without having to walk through the pool area or even a reception. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We have tried other hotels over the years but we keep going back to Paloma Beach. They seem to be continuously renovating rooms since we went there first (quite a few years ago). Absolutely love it!

Awful experience- see the attached pictures for some idea. The hotel is in the constructions-renovations. This was the view of the hallway. The view to the sea includes the view of self-made camp for poor. The apartment 165 is completely outdated. The kitchen was smelly and old. The furniture was falling apart. Long story short- we stayed for a few days and booked another hotel. We lost about 500€ for the remaining 5 days of staying. When we were reserving the room via Booking, it looked nice (apparently it was another room) and the hotel gave a different impression. Btw, the hotel location is bad as well - no beach in a walking distance unless you are ready to jump into the sea from rocks. Really awful experience and place!

Stayed here as a family of 5 October half term. We were very happy with our room which had two bedrooms 1 double bed and the other twin beds also in the living/dining room it has two separate single sofa beds so does sleep upto 6. Very spacious living room and small kitchen but has everything you need. Hairdryer, toaster kettle microwave and hob. Bathroom slightly dated but was clean. The rooms are cleaned and towels and bedding changed regularly, the woman who cleaned out room was lovely very happy and always had a smile on her face. Lovely views for all the apartments over the pool area and down to the sea and the mountains. Small pool but big enough, some sunbed wars but if you didn't mind going on in the afternoon then people had gone out for the day so some beds came free. Cappuccinos from the bar we're delicious and also the other drinks all reasonable prices. Didn't try the food as we did self catering. Only WiFi in the reception and bar area. You can pay for it in your room on a daily basis. Also can rent a safe for €3 a day and also they have a small ironing board and iron that you can use for free. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants and supermarkets near by but if you fancy the sea views then it's about 15 mins down and 20 back up, it's not a massive hill just a short one but is quite a walk. 19th hole and Harriet's for brekkie and also Agua viva for evening meal, we went 4 times because the staff are lovely and live kids and also the food was good and good prices. We love Los cristianos and would definitely go back to aguamar again. Couldn't fault it at all. Remember it is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for but in my opinion it deserves more just for the staff the views etc etc

We come to tenerife every year for the sunshine and warm hospitality fortunately for us it's the first time in this hotel as we're not sure we'd be so enthusiastic about coming. Positives - big rooms for 2 people. Kitchenette. Sunbeds aren't unlocked until 10am so stops the towel warriors. Nice walk into town. Good friendly bars and restaurants all around. Negatives - rooms to small for 4 people despite the bed settee. You have to pay 3 euro per day for the cushioned mat to go on the sunbed frame. You have to pay 2 euro per day for an umbrella by the pool. You have to pay 20 euro for a weeks wifi! There are no pool towels. There is only basic toiletries for 2 nights (we were told this). We stayed 8 nights and didn't have maid service for 3 nights (we were told no clean towels etc for 2 nights). Bathroom looks older than my youngest child, he's 25. Shower over the bath and a shower curtain which needs a good wash (photo attached). Whoever is managing the staff should work out why they are so unhappy, from cleaning staff, restaurant, pool, reception there is a struggle for a cheery welcome. I understand some rooms have been refurbished so pot luck which you get however a warm welcome costs nothing and charging for WiFi is again dated.

We've been to Tenerife many times but never to this hotel. After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, my apprehension disappeared. Great location, clean rooms, the staff were very helpful. We were self-catering, so I can't comment on the restaurant. There's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and you're spoilt for choice. We stayed in room.306, the beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate for our stay. The rooms aren't cleaned on a Wednesday or Thursday, but the bins are emptied daily. The pool area is cleaned every morning, and it is entertaining watching people congregate waiting for the beds to be unchained at 10.00am. There really isn't any need as there's enough beds for everyone. Check out is midday, but there are shower and luggage rooms you can use. We'd certainly visit Aguamar again. Thank you for a pleasant stay 😎

rooms are basic but clean cleaners and staff are exellent hotel is spotless dissapointing bar cloed at about 10 45 pm evey night with no entertainment local bars outside average lager price 2.50 euros with sports tv and bingo english chip shop outside hotel kiddies pool and medium pool in hotel no shortage of beds but a charge for cushions and parasol if needed breakfast o k but the cook needs lessons in how to fry an egg shrivelled up on the out side evening meals were very dissapointing thanfully plenty of local restaurants nearby at affordable prices eg cod chips and mushy peas for around 12 euros

I have stayed here twice the pool area is really nice very deep at one side. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and had plenty of choice and kept stocked. The rooms were good and had everything you needed bathroom were very nice. I've stated in a apartment which was better than the studio I stayed in last time. Overall I'd rate them good value for money rember this is 3 star accommodation

Arrived on 28th of August. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms and balcony were lovely and spacious although bathroom was a bit dated The towels were changed frequently and rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays. The meals in the bar restaurant was excellent. There were 3 lovely pool areas. The Life guard was very pleasant to talk to. Only a 15 minute walk to the sea front. Also plenty of bars and cafes with entertainment They also have a market which is held on Tuesdays and Sundays. The only complaint we had was that our apartment was up two flights of stairs and unfortunately there was no lift and carrying up two heavy cases was not pleasant There was no air conditioning in the rooms but you could hire a fan which made things more bearable We paid 26 euros for WiFi which only worked at the pool area. We will certainly be back and hopefully be able to get an apartment on the ground floor 😊

Nice clean rooms and amenities, staff are very friendly and helpful. Only bad point is the British ex-pats that have apartments in the complex, Have created a hierarchy between themselves and rule the pool! Pool area opens 0900 but they will stand by the beds in the exact same spot every morning at 0715 to reserve beds for the day, but bare in mind if ypu reserve a bed and leave it they'll complain the bed is empty

Perfect location. Friendly helpful staff. The spa staff gave my mum a massage to help with sciatica. Very knowledgeable and really helped her pain. Cleaning staff are so lovely. The only down side is the sun bed situation. We managed 2 days of 7 to get a sun bed n that was only because another family saw my suffering sat on an inflatable crocodile and kindly let me have one of theres. as everyone goes down before 7( pool doesn't open til 9) to reserve but some don't even use them. $10 to siam Park from this hotel. Food in restaurant downstairs is fantastic and a very good price point.

absolutely a disgrace this hotel is not only do you get treated like a child but you get told if you have your towel on your sunbed it can then be thrown off to be reserved ? disgusting , staff do not help or sort problems out , cleaners do not clean floors properly also you cant jump in the pool without the life guard moaning at you every 2 minutes , the only good thing about this hotel is the food :)

Amazing hotel! Was around 15 minutes on coach transfer from the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the rooftop bar tasted amazing! The view from our apartment of the mountains was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed were very comfortable had extra pillow and blankets and the bottom of the wardrobe. Amazing place to stay thinking of booking here next time we go away!

Amazing, friendly, staff . hotel clean and relaxing Stayed here for 3mights due to leaving our hotel across the road as it was awful , dirty and the reception staff were rude and not helpful so we had to find another hotel. The staff here were amazing and very friendly and could not do enough for us they managed to fit as in a room for the last 3 nights of our stay in Tenerife. The hotel was clean modern and relaxing and had a beautiful rooftop swimming pool . The rooms were good ,clean a lots of room and a lovely relaxing balcony will definitely be back .we like to thank all the staff who helped us and made our last few days a amazing relaxing experience

We recently stayed at the Klayman Olivina Aparthotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Initially, we booked a room without a balcony, but after we requested a change of room, the incredibly kind and attentive staff upgraded us to a room with a beautiful balcony. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms, and a rooftop pool that offers stunning views of Los Cristianos. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local dining options. We also enjoyed the Sol Bar on the rooftop, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The amenities at Klayman Olivina are top-notch. The rooftop pool is a highlight, providing a serene spot to unwind with panoramic views. We also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The staff at Klayman Olivina went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help with any request made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife and look forward to returning in the future. I've just come back from 10 nights here. Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to beach, shops, market, etc, and has a bus stop right outside for Siam Park, Siam Mall, and many other trips pick up there .The hotel is big and can be quite busy at times but the staff are brilliant and make sure you are happy. The food for an all-inclusive is actually really good, well cooked and lots of variety. The pool, in my opinion, is slightly small for the size of the hotel. Never had an issue using it or getting seats. The bar staff are great. One in particular Ruben, he's very friendly, funny and great with kids. The rooms are big and cleaned daily only thing is no air con but if you keep the windows open you get a nice breeze so no big deal. Overall they do a great job will definitely return !!!

I recently stayed at Sol Arona, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was the animation team. They offered a great variety of activities throughout the day, from pool games to evening entertainment. The shows were lively and engaging, perfect for guests of all ages. The facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful pool area, and easy access to the beach. Dining at the hotel was a treat, with diverse and delicious options available at every meal. Overall, Sol Arona exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere. We highly recommend it for a memorable vacation experience !

Lovely base for a short stay. Stayed with b&b option. Breakfast was ok - plenty of it, nice surroundings, great views. No air con but expected and not too hot (though not at all cold) at the end of October. Only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress. An affordable stay for a quick couples trip. Fix the mattresses and we'd come back. 😊

This hotel was not all bad. The location is fantastic 👌🏻 A short walk from the beach. The staff were not all very helpful. Henry was good, though! The food was really very random and restricted. There is no aircon either. The rooms are comfortable and clean though.

Hotel I feel is not a 3 star hotel. Have stayed here for 9 nights half board. Hotel was in a good location quite local to markets, pubs, clubs, supermarkets and the beach, however most local places close around 11pm. The food is really poor, we had breakfast and dinner included, the food was very bland and even had some uncooked food, the same menu was literally on for the entire time of our stay. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the constant smell of cannabis use at the hotel which gave us headaches, the extreme heat and the rooms not having air conditioning, music from 9:30pm until 11pm which is very loud and due to the heat you can’t close the balcony door, also with the joys of loudness from other residents which clearly isn’t managed after complaints, as it still continued throughout our stay, to add to that you have the activities and more music in the morning from 11:00 am.The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms is poor, draws falling apart, bedsheets not changed for the entire 9 nights we stayed… smell of sewage from the toilet we had, as well as the dirty bath and shower head. The service provided from one to one interactions with the staff was very pleasant and very welcoming. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again to be honest.

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms with a balcony, nice rooftop pool area and decent breakfast. A drink was offered on arrival which was a nice touch. There was extensive renovation works going on on the second floor which we were surprised to see whilst walking up and down the stairs, perhaps it would have been good to mention this on arrival. Also, when we asked how the aircon works we were told it didn’t work. Our room was 27 degrees at one point and although we were given one fan for the room, it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat every night. It would have been best to know about the broken air con ahead of our arrival.

This was our second stay in a fairly short period and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We loved our room which was comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The breakfast staff were lovely especially Mrs. Li who is delightful and also gave great service around the pool area. Cant wait to come back . Thank you for a really special holiday.

We thought the hotel was lovely. It was a far better experience than we could have had in one the of the huge, modern, character-less places so common in major resorts. It is small and quiet and yet on the main boulevard with its various restaurants and its evening activity. The decoration is very Spanish and full of character. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants beach and bus station! Very good service, our room was clean and comfortable. Simple but tasty breakfasts. Friendly and smiley receptionists. We were happy to stay here for our holiday. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel as the 'adult only' environment appealed to me. The hotel is in a very good location and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms are comfy with plenty of storage space. I liked having a room facing the church. A nice pool area on the roof with good views of the surrounding area. Sandwiches salads and drinks brought to your lounger. The only word of caution is that the coach drops off approx. 5-6 minutes walk away and I had to ask directions to find it.

Rooms are lovely and have everything that is needed from a small kitchen fridge freeze sofa bed and 2 normal beds. Breakfast is good but is the same after a couple of days (earlier the better as there is more selection) Drinks from the bar are lovely and taste good. Staff and management are very nice and understanding always will to go the extra mile to help if needed. Only issue is the location due to it being on a large hill (it is a bit of a killer in the heat and the rooms do not have Aircon unless paid for but do have celling fans which we didn't turn off.

Last night of a 14 day stay and it's been a fantastic experience. Our room had a spacious bed room with two single beds that made a generous double bed. The sofa folded out to provide another double bed. Kitchen and dining area with cooker, fridge, freezer, 2 x coffee machines (one that takes pods that you can buy in supermarket), microwave, kettle and a balcony with a table and that is a sun trap during the day. The apartment has two ceiling fans one in the bedroom and one in the main living area and a fantastic shower. We chose self catering with no breakfast and I am glad we did as there are some fantastic places to eat close by. The apartments have private beds that you can rent by the day for €35 but you also get this in credit at the bar/restaurant. The food is fresh, doesn't break the bank and happy hour seems frequent. The pool is spacious enough for the residents however the beach is just 5 minutes away. The staff are fantastic however put up with no nonsense, no horseplay in the pool, no visitors allowed from other hotels but very accommodating. Laundry services are available and we used them three times. Local supermarket is a few minutes walk and it's open 24 hours. A 10 minute walk takes you down into the Los Cristianos strip, 10 minute walk takes you to Los Americas and another 10 minutes walk takes you to Adeke. Taxis from all of these places back to the boutique range from €5-€11. Taxi ranks are everywhere and the reception will ring you a taxi to get to wherever you need to go. Places to eat Few minutes away you will find Olive Garden Deli, then Chicagos then on the strip itself Mokelinos. These places are amazing for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. In Los Americas you must try Harleys, The Imperial Pad Thai, Mama Mia, Aberdeen Ateak House and so many more. Places to drink you will fall into however Kinsellas in Los Christianos, Paddy O Kellys and Dubliner in Los Americas, you can see the theme here with Irish pubs, but they have a brilliant atmosphere. The Siam Mall and Water Park is €10 away and well worth the visit, especially Siam Park at Night Time (rent the water shoes). This island has some of the most magical and memorable sunsets I've ever seen and the beach is literally just a 10 minute walk. The local market is at the bottom strip and is there on a Sunday and a Tuesday, it's huges. We didn't do any excursions but there's plenty to do without doing those. We had a brilliant experience. It's Three Stars, quiet, no trouble and we would definitely book again.

Lovely place only downside is there isn't any air-conditioning, apart from that it was spot on just couldn't sleep at night with the heat but apparently can hire a unit for about 80£ for a week but someone said there quite noisy.

A nice place to stay and chill out, not to far from the beach and very close to some very nice places to eat and you always get a workout when you walk home up the steep hill. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent, Cocktails are amazing and beds comfortable. Staff are helpful.

Stayed twice at Ohasis Boutique Suites now and we can’t wait to go back How this place only has 3 stars is beyond us for the product you get Friendly staff, insanely clean rooms and from the top rooms an amazing view down to the sea It’s a bit of a walk up a hill but that is the only thing worth thinking about We will be returning.

Wow! Amazing. Stunning hotel with lovely warm staff who can’t do enough for you. For an upgrade to full sea view when we arrived which was perfect. Lovely location with a nice walk to the harbour. Lots of bars and benches to people watch and enjoy a beer or 2 . The hotel was so clean, everywhere, there was a huge amount of choice at meal times all cooked and presented beautifully. The entertainment was brilliant , especially “Elvis” ! We haven’t been abroad for at least 8 years and it was magical from beginning to end. Huge praise for everyone at Arona Gran ! And thank you very much ❤️

Top notch! Looks amazing and has a nice relaxed atmosphere inside and out. Hydro pool outside is bliss and the other pool is perfect temperature to cool off and have a swim/chill. Food is fantastic and there’s plenty of choice, I’ve been having two/three plates a night it’s that nice so be warned if you’re like me and have no willpower 😅 Can eat overlooking the sea if you like and it’s perfect at night as you’re watching the sunset. Staff are super friendly and always happy to help, oh and the cocktails are gorgeous. Best hotel I’ve stayed in, will be back!

Just finished a wonderful stay at this hotel. Stayed half board. The quality of food was first class. Aqua-fit each day was great fun, the pianists in the evening were superb and evening entertainment by the pool was varied and entertaining.The staff were attentive and professional and the hotel was kept beautifully presented. Special mention to Valentin in the restaurant and Rodrigo from entertainment. Both went the extra mile, particularly on my birthday. We would definitely return.

Nice quiet location and only a short walk if you want busier. Breakfast and evening meals are buffet style with more choice than you need something for everyone. Good sized rooms with everything you need. The staff from check in to restaurant to maid service are all excellent. My first visit to Tenerife and will definitely come back here next time.

Best hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were very clean and the beds were good for us (17, 20 and 49 years old). The cleaners struggle with speaking English but fortunately we could communicate good enough with them to get new fresh towels every day and new bed sheets and pillows whenever we would like. The service was amazing. The staff in the restaurants / bars were very professional and friendly. The only negative I can say about the service are the guys that work at the pool for the towel service. One of them couldn't speak a word English and the other ones were gone sometimes so we had to wait for fresh towels till the day after. All in all the service was great! Next up, the animation. This was so good. Rodrigo is a very good guy and we had a lot of fun with him. We are going to miss his energy and good jokes a lot. I advise everyone who reads this to participate in the animation activities, especially when Rodrigo is around💪🏼 The gym is the best gym I have ever seen on holiday. A lot of devices. Some were missing, but I think overall it is a complete gym for anyone at any age with any goals in fitness. For the location, I give 4 stars. This is because it is a 20-minute walk to the closest bus station, which can be tiring in the hot weather. The hotel is very close to the sea and beach and it is easy to go to some shops and restaurants nearby. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty. 5 stars for food. Finally, the pools. The pools were very clean but also pretty warm, so it wasn't 'refreshing' when we came back from a warm day of excursions. If you ask me, the pools could be a little colder in the summer. The sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the pools were amazing, so for people that like to lay down outside in the sun or shadow, this is a great place. In conclusion, very nice hotel. I hope I will come back in the future.
