Fantastic weeks stay in October 2024. Great food and drink served by friendly and excellent staff. Superb location with great views from the balcony. Would suggest a blackout blind for window in bathroom for room 16. Rooms are kept spotless and the bubbles and chocolates were a nice touch on arrival. Would stay again.

This was our second visit to this 5 * hotel.
Was greeted by Claudia she is so helpful and polite and professional what a super lady. Our room was beautiful super clean amazing view all the amenities you could require. The breakfast in the morning is perfect served by lovely staff so hard working and polite, nothing is to much trouble. We will definitely be back again next year as this hotel is in the best location in old Town Benidorm.

Felt apprehensive when I booked here as first time to Benidorm. Hotel was stunning, views amazing, staff amazing. Arrived there early, room was ready, breakfast was great, set u up for the day. It's not the hotels fault as it's the footprint it's built on but only 4 sun loungers on the roof. Beach was only 3 min walk. When I come back to Benidorm I will definitely stay here again.

Location is stunning! If could’ve gave more stars it would be a ten! Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety on offer, staff are fantastic! Room could be doing with slight attention to detail, and a couple of small repairs, to keep it as a 5*, just very minor things like filling holes on wall at window side, clearly hadn’t been sanded proper and just painted over, furniture was a bit scratched n needed a lick of paint, but nice room all round, bathroom needs a new seal along floor from shower , snail trail of water running towards toilet after using shower, room 44

During our recent stay at Villa Venecia in Benidorm, my fiancé and I enjoyed a remarkable 7-night experience that exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we encountered a minor issue with our key fob for the initial room. However, the staff promptly addressed this by upgrading us to a junior suite, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean. The junior suite was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant surroundings of Benidorm.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception and food managers. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made us feel valued as guests. The dining options at Villa Venecia were also impressive; the gourmet cuisine was a delight, showcasing both local and international flavors.
Overall, Villa Venecia offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Benidorm.
