We stayed at Asia Gardens for a week with our three kids, and as vegans, we often face challenges when traveling. However, our experience here was exceptional. Before we even arrived, the team from Public Relations ensured everything was perfectly organized, from managing my son’s fructose intolerance to coordinating our restaurant reservation and specially organizing the availability of vegan options with the restaurants. We specially want to thank Karen for the proactive and thorough communication before our arrival.
The resort is beautifully designed, from the entrance hall, the beautiful gardens to the pool areas. Everywhere you look, you have a beautiful view. The service at Asia Gardens was impeccable from start to finish. We were treated with kindness from the moment we arrived, and our interactions with the staff were consistently positive.
The massage I received in the Thai Spa was also fantastic, set outside under a roof, adding to the relaxing experience.
The kids club was a highlight for our kids. The mini dinners were great, and the variety of activities was really cool—some of which cost extra, but they were very well done and worth it. Our kids loved going there every day, and the staff made sure they had a wonderful time.
Water Availability:
We received a complimentary one-liter bottle daily. Additionally, water was freely available at breakfast and in the fitness studio.
Room Service Fees:
The 20 Euro per person charge for breakfast room service is clearly indicated when ordering and reflects the additional effort required in a large, spread-out resort like this. Anyhow we did not use this service.
Atmosphere:
The resort is designed in such a way that, as you walk through the beautiful gardens, you feel as though you are alone, even when the hotel is full. While the pools did have other guests, we found the space more than adequate for everyone to enjoy. The ratio of guests to pool area is far superior to many other hotels we’ve stayed at, and any noise was what you would expect in a family-friendly environment. The resort was impeccably clean and the gardens very well cared for.
Overall Experience:
Our stay at Asia Gardens was great. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates luxury. We already booked for next year.

This is branded as a 5 star hotel with astronomical prices but it is at most a 3 star + experience with a good Thai Massage Spa option that cost extra and the spa can only be accessed with an hour or massage booking with a little indoor poor and a small Turkish steam bath. Very underwhelming.
The service is absolutely horrendous and the staff lack any knowledge of food or drinks. The in-house Bar is a conference room with a football game projector and loosely spread around tables. 0 decorations or atmosphere. The staff there has 0 knowledge or interest in what they are offering you to drink so if you pick a cocktail it's a gamble.
The food: the Asian restaurant is a mix of Indian , Thai and Vietnamese. Taste is ok but nothing out of the ordinary and lacks depth and flavour. But it is what you expect from a Hotel Restaurant. Your better of taking a 5 min Taxi to Benidorm and enjoy the culinary experiences there.
Rooms where clean and with beautiful views to the botanical scenery.
What stands out here as a highlight is the botanical park that makes you forget your in Spain and transports you to south east Asia with it's vast variety of exotic plants , ponds and pools that are also heated all year around.
But unfortunately it is a tourist trap and the 5 stars of the hotel should be taking with a grain of salt.

I was there for a spa weekend and massages.i have to say it's located in a great piece of land, facilities are unique and worth trip here. Really a place where you can rest. The massages where also fine. And the pool and relaxing zone was fantastic. I will probably be back.

The hotel and gardens are beautiful. The only big let down was that there was only one “restaurant” open. The 5 others listed on their site are closed during low season. The only one they had open was a conference room with a bar and a projector playing a football match with some pop music playing also, was a strange experience and out of context with the rest of the hotel The food was very average, at a high price.

All hotel, rooms and facilities are very good !
Unfortunately the receptions in not ready to properly serve the customer, especially in such a class of facility. they do not listen to the customer's requests and when they do not dry up, no one is able to admit to a mistake in service. the answer is - it was not me yesterday! unfortunately this level is far from sufficient to meet the expectations of a luxury hotel!
The rest of service, especially spa and sports trainers (yoga) is excellent !
