We had a great time at Turunc hotel. We stayed for 10 days and we were looked after by all the amazing staff. My parents are elderly and have mobility problem and the staff went out of their way to make things easier for them by helping with taking their food to the table, getting drinks etc they required. Staff in the Citrus Patisserie particularly Berfin and Narin (waitresses) were caring and kind when serving afternoon tea. Busra (guest relations) was attentive and checked if everything was ok or needed anything to make our stay comfortable. She was very polite and friendly. Burak (restaurant manager) tended to our needs in the morning and lunchtime- his smiling face
made our days. There are so much choice of food and drinks which should appeal even to the most fussy food picker.
The views from the hotel are amazing - picture card scenery. The skies are so blue and the sea is calm. Hotel is secure and well lit.

Where to start?! The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are clean, looked after, the staff are friendly and welcoming. This was our second year back and most of the staff from last year remembered us, which was great. There is a food option for everyone. The Turkish food is lush but if you fancy something else it’s there. 10 out of 10 for me and we will absolutely be back every year

This resort is located in a beautiful bay with lovely waters for the sea and pools. The food is incredible and there’s no shortage of it! There’s 3 very good swimming pools that I’d recommend to anyone. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, they will get you whatever food or drink you want if you ask. Good drinks on offer. I’d recommend the lobby bar as they serve excellent cocktails. Rooms are comfortable and well air conditioned.

Beautiful resort in a perfect location hidden between mountains, the atmosphere is enjoyable and calm when the season isn’t during school off months. We got a TUI room which we heard have been freshly renovated but we also payed extra for a better room and view. We did have a cleaning once where much wasn’t done we just received towels and linen but the floor wasn’t cleaned. The value for money would have been 10/10 if you come during the hot season and not ending season ( end of September - October ). You do get free towels for the pool if you want and exchange them in the spa. The beach has loads of space and is salt water, some rocks but not overwhelming. Over all real nice place but recommend coming in the peak times. Iced coffees and waffles available as well 😜

We stayed here in September as a group of 4 people. Unfortunately, our experience was mostly negative.
❌ Cons:
• Rooms and Hotel Condition: The hotel is very old, and the rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Cleaning service is not good.
• Food: The food was disappointing — fish and meat were cooked badly, meals were repeated every day, and the quality overall was poor. All four of us had stomach issues during the stay.
• Hygiene: There were a lot of flies and wasps, especially around the food, which was unpleasant.
• Alcohol: The quality of the drinks was very low and definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star resort.
• SPA Area: The massage was great, but the SPA pool and jacuzzi were very cold — not relaxing at all.
• Star Rating: In my opinion, this hotel is at best a 3-star, not a 5-star.
✅ Pros:
• Nature & Location: The beach, sea, pools, and surrounding nature are beautiful — that is the highlight of this place.
• SPA Staff: Special thanks to Boris from the SPA — very kind, explained everything, and made a great impression.
Overall Impression:
This hotel does not match the glowing reviews I read before coming. I have traveled to many countries and have something to compare with — I would personally rate this hotel no higher than 3★.
If you expect comfort, good food, and high-quality service, I would not recommend this place.
