Absolutely stunning hotel, the food is great and so many different options even for the fussiest of eaters like myself. The staff can not do enough for you and are very polite, you barley have to lift a finger. entertainment at night is good. The 24 hour bar is great even if you just want a coffee. The only issue I do have is then sun bed situation around the pool, even at 7 in a morning you was lucky to get a sunbed but on the plus side you did have the jetty and private area of the beach.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff who work long hours.
An adult only complex which made fur a relaxed holiday.
Okan, the photographer, did a photo shoot of my son and I, he is a very talented guy. He was also very caring and helpful when my son was poorly.

I already can't wait to go back! The hotel itself is clean and very well decorated and looked after, the rooms are really spacious, free mini bar topped up daily with soft drinks and a few beers, the staff are what make the hotel, they are all so lovely! The manager couldn't have done anything more to accommodate. The waiters are all fantastic Enes, Lily & Salih made our holiday so much more fun , the service was amazing although we were told by other guests if you tip the staff at the start of your holiday they'll look after you better and I will say, you can see the difference, If you pay all Inclusive for a 5* you should be getting what you paid for however, if you don't tip your drinks will be weaker/off brand alcohol maybe.. it was good for us because we aren't big drinkers but if you want to get drunk it'll take a while the premium spirits aren't as strong. Putting that aside this didn't hinder our experience, we still had the best holiday, the entertainment was amazing every night it's something different and just incredible! We ate at the fish Al a carte restaurant and it was a great experience, service and food was faultless. Beste looked after us very well. The two ladies in the spa who did our Balinese massage and Turkish bath were incredible, if you stay here you must visit the spa!! The only thing thing which was annoying was some of the parasols are quite broken and hard to use. We met such lovely people here, everyone just wants to be your friend. It's great!
As a side note for same sex couples - we were unsure how acceptable it might have been, in the hotel we felt comfortable there, we were just more cautious outside of the hotel.

We stayed here for 7 days, tip the staff and they can't do enough for you. Especially Emin, who treated us like royalty and made us feel special.
The only issue is that you have to be down for no later than 7 to get a bed around the pool. Mainly because the sad idiots are out putting towels down at 3am.
Overall an amazing place to stay.
The grand bazaar in Marmaris and the beaches & sea in Ismael are amazing and worth a day trip.

This hotel is definitely not a 5* hotel, it’s about a 3 at best.
The main problem was the service. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few servers who were genuinely great and attentive but the majority were extremely rude, passive and forgot basic jobs like putting down cutlery when we sat down, or even bringing us drinks - our drinks were forgotten about 3 times during our stay there and that was after we had to signal for someone to come over. We also noticed some servers putting bottles of water down for other guests when they sat down, but completely ignoring me and my wife. My wife is visibly pregnant, and with the weather above 30°, you’d think the servers would have the common courtesy to provide her with water. We didn’t have anyone bring us a drink when we were around the pool yet other guests were brought them.
There seems to be some favouritism among the servers and some of the other guests, perhaps they regularly visit the hotel or most likely, tip generously. I have no issue with tipping, especially in countries like Turkey where the local wages are not great. However, I don’t expect to tip to receive basic service. We tip when we feel a server has gone above and beyond. Because the service was abysmal and clearly biased towards certain guests (me and my wife are British Asians) it was hard not to feel frustrated and isolated. I also spoke to other non-white guests in the hotel and they said they felt exactly the same. Everyone in the reviews raved about a guy called Enes but we thought he was extremely rude - he wouldn’t even look at us when taking our order and also made a comment about me going to the bar myself to get a drink. At one point I actually did and he took my order as I was waiting at the bar, then completely forgot about me. There are plenty of reviews from other Turkish people who also felt the same way we did. Not what you expect in a 5* inclusive hotel. It seems as though management have no idea what they’re doing as clearly the servers are overworked, which causes overall service to suffer. Maybe recruit more workers so ALL guests are looked after fairly - at the end of the day we’re all paying for the hotel so should all have similar experiences. We’ve never had this issue at other 5* hotels around Turkey.
It wasn’t all bad though, and there were moments that we really enjoyed. Shoutout to the entertainment team, especially Alice and the other girl (I forgot her name but she does all the aerobics) for being very warm and friendly whenever they saw us. We also ended up winning the bingo one night but we did expect more of a party atmosphere- felt like being at gala bingo with the nanas 😅. The entertainment was generally good but is exactly what you’d expect from an all inclusive. As I’ve already mentioned, they have water polo twice a day, ping pong tournaments, darts tournaments, aqua aerobics and aerobics. The dancers on Saturday night were mental and it was nice that they got all the staff involved when lighting up the sparklers. The hammam and massage we had on the last day was excellent and a fair price - a lovely way to wind down and get clean before we headed home. We did enjoy ourselves on the whole, but that was more down to our company, the weather and some quiet time to relax, rather than what the hotel offered.
It seems this hotel is geared towards a certain clientele of people. So if you love your branded drinks, smoke a lot, don’t mind raving to Turkish music at 4pm by the pool, are happy with mediocre service, and are just looking to party in Marmaris, then this place is for you. I suppose the low price point justifies the above points. We just expected more from a “5* hotel”. You should definitely stop advertising as one or drastically improve the above points mentioned.
