I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping... our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place pours a good beer. Thank you. Food was excellent good choice every day. Serving staff work damn harm. All in all I had a great time.

We stayed there 7 days last week. I loved the environment, everyone seems friendly, specially the staffs. I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest. Everything was very clean and they maintained hygiene properly. The food quality is good.

I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! On to the food It was good, but not perfect. The staff was very good. They were very kind with guests! They did their job very well! In general it was very well! It’s so beautiful! The location is top!

I wouldn’t stay here if you are after decent rooms, when booking asked for a high floor and quiet room and had a 2nd floor out of 6 and wasn’t quiet at all. Booked a double room and came as a twin so had to move the bedside table and push beds together. No table and chair like picture showed, only had 2 blankets that felt more like towels not the one purple sheet it looked like when i upgraded room. Room wasn’t swept once in the 8 nights we were there, towels wouldn’t get changed even when put on floor/shower as asked. Free Wifi was slow at best and unusable 50% of the time. Got locked out our room and had to go back to reception to get the room card looked at. They don’t clean under furniture or wipe the drawer handles. Mini fridge door was broken so kept falling off, and didn’t get that cold. Shower above is quite loud. Beach/pool towels were very small and towel hut only open a few hours a day. Food was okay with dinner being the best, good that there’s a snack bar open most of the day.

Good points: *All staff were friendly. *Tui rep Michelle was very helpful and was easy to find around the hotel. * Alex at the adult pool was so lovely,worked so hard and really looked after us,he is a credit to the hotel. * The spa was good, I had the deluxe package and a reflexology package. Definitely one of the better spas I have visited in the world. * The hotel was so clean and well maintained. *The location is great. *There was a waiter in the top part of the restaurant as you come through the main doors that was so lovely, friendly and worked so hard, on his day off we missed him and the level of care he gave as the other staff weren't as attentive. *The cafe /ice-cream place was nice, slightly frustrated that it's on the furthest side away from the adult pool so if you wanted an ice-cream to bring back it would melt by the time you got there, also it ran out of ice-cream on several days we were there by 3pm and it is open until 6pm which they shouldn't do. I dread to think what time they run out in peak season!! * The snack bar was great with a good yet simple selection each day. * The food in the main restaurant was good, warm, thoroughly cooked through, and the themed nights were a nice touch. I am a very picky eater and always found something I liked. Yes all inclusive food can get repetitive but just mix and match,there is always something nice to choose. My only comment would be the puddings weren't great and there was no option of ice-cream as a dessert which I've never experienced in any all inclusive resort before. * The drinks were good, self service for Fanta,sprite,coke,juice ,water etc was good,my only comment with drinks would be to have slush puppies (daquari with no alcohol) again I've never found a resort to not have these on the all inclusive package. *I emailed before we arrived due to disability and needing a certain area of the hotel which we were given. I also emailed about our anniversary and the complementary wine and fruit platter they offer for anniversaries and honeymoons, unfortunately it wasn't done for our arrival and eventually they decorated our bed 3 days later after me having to chase again but still no wine or fruit platter appeared. Bad Points: * The entertainment was the worst I've ever experienced at any hotel I've ever been to! As much as the animation team are lovely they can't really be bothered and do as little as possible. Anything they do is short lived and finished by 10.30pm at the latest, the entertainment is often not as described and any acts they have in are diabolical apart from the Ethiopian Acrobats which were brilliant. * The WiFi is hit and miss often cutting out which isn't helpful when trying to facetime family back home. *The pools were freezing cold,even the indoor pool wasn't heated!. *Not all pools are disabled accessible, the adult pool and main pool have stairs in but the other pools are via using ladders which I can't do,meaning I could only use the 2 pools all week. *I've never known being charged to use the a la carte restaurant on an all inclusive package,you normally get one visit for free per week but you have to pay for the greek and Italian restaurant on site! *Check out was at 12 pm although I only slept 6 out of 7 nights at the hotel due to daft flight times. This meant if I wanted to keep my room on until 9pm it was £90!! The receptionist said they couldn't do a late check out for me even though I explained our flight was at 4.15am the next day and we were getting picked up at 11.50am so it would leave me 12 hours with no room which isn't great due to my disabilities and needing to rest, they still said no so I had to get the rep Michelle involved who spoke to the manager to over ride it and I paid the £90 for the extra 9 hours of my room which really in my opinion I should be entitled to as I didn't arrive at the hotel until 5.30am on the Tuesday morning yet needed to check out at 12pm on Monday!! * Was rather loud at times , some nights we tried to get an early night as we had excursions booked the next morning!
