The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, plus they also help you discover the island with transfers if you want. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel had a couple of clean and spacious pools and a beach front, with some sun-beds but could be crowded at times, however, we have always found a well located sun-bed. In the main restaurant all of the foods were delicious and they had a great variety.
We tried the separate restaurant which is not included in the all inclusive plan. However, everything was frozen and not fresh. We ordered there octopus balls and greek gataifi and one of us got food poisoning. This came as a big surprise since everything else was perfect, from the main restaurant to the view and the entertainment. The staff were amazing and very helpful with very respectful attitude.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 7 days at the beginning of August and were generally very satisfied. We had the premium double room with a large swim-up pool, which we shared with 7 or 8 other rooms (but most of the time you have the pool to yourself). The room itself is a little dated and therefore makes an "unclean" impression. What bothered us most was that there were no sockets or hangers for bath towels in the bathroom. The cleaning ladies were always very polite and also changed my pillow on request because mine was too high.
In general, all the staff were extremely friendly, which made my stay a lot more pleasant.
The food was very good and varied. A big minus unfortunately goes to pretty much all the alcoholic drinks. The cocktails were pre-mixed. Far too strong and therefore not enjoyable. The first few days I tried to dilute the cocktails with water, but we ended up switching to water or non-alcoholic drinks, which was really disappointing for us.
The resort itself is great, well-kept and modern. Due to the constant wind, you have to expect waves in the sea, which is why the water is beautifully blue, but unfortunately very murky.
It was a great holiday and we felt very comfortable in the hotel. It was really quiet and not crowded at all, so you could really relax.

Brilliant venue for a do nothing other than lazing about for a week in the sun. Fabulous staff, clean rooms, really good evening entertainment in the evening. All inclusive really meant all inclusive. Food & drink a plenty. Private exclusive beach was perfect for a quick dip in the lovely sea.

Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't do enough. A bit limited on food choices despite there being a theme every night. The entertainment was great and the aqua aerobics had a big turn out every day. The order to lounger was really amazing and this meant there was no queueing. The only let down was the rooms. It was the end of the season so I expect a bit of run down but it just seemed a bit too run down. Especially when I cut my finger on the bath button Shame really as this was a lovely hotel

Perfect hotel for couples of all ages! In our 30s we were looking for an idyllic rest and rehab holiday and the Ixian delivered! We arrived late on our first evening and received complementary sandwiches which was gratefully received after a long travel day from the UK, along with a clean, spacious and modern room. We woke to gorgeous blue skies and a welcoming team at the hotel and spent our 7 days on the sunbeds. Plenty of them even if you wanted a lie in and ventured out at midday! The food was spot on for an all inclusive buffet. Plenty of choice all round, the pool side snacks were also a hit on days where we skipped breakfast. Drinks ordered on an app to the sunbeds was also a bonus, the app in general was great info alround! It's amazing to have a hotel have it's own private beach and to have the choice of multiple pools or the blissful blue Mediterranean sea. We only ventured out one day to Rhodes old town which was easy enough to book via an transfer link provided at reception. Evening entertainment is basic but enjoyed by all ages if you enjoy that sort of thing. We spent most evenings at the poolside bar for a few hours. I enjoyed a Spa treatment courtesy of the lovely Katherine in the spa team. Lovely little extra to add to the holiday.
The hotel is in good, clean condition, the only thing noticed was mouldy air con vents in the main restaurant. Overall a lovely experience, the only downfall was others smoking on the sunbeds and the pool side bar areas. There don't seem to be designated areas for this and it might be nice to have separated smoking and non smoking sun bed zones to be able to fully relax. Smoking is now pretty un common in the UK. We did also book a garden room but sadly overlooked the road instead. However the room was spot on in every other way and time spent by the pool meant we weren't overly fussed on a view.
