Beautiful hotel with a stunning ocean view. It is only a few steps down to the ocean but you can also use two pools to relax in a great atmosphere. Sometimes there were DJs and live music but very relaxing. The gym is great, the breakfast was also very good and the staff was really friendly. It was very nice that we could have a late check out at the day of departure! Very recommendable for a relaxing beach holiday!

First time in Ibiza and won't be my last, especially staying at this wonderful hotel.
Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights on the all inclusive package.
The food simply amazing.
The cocktails simply gorgeous.
And the staff simply wonderful.
Great room with sea view, two pools to relax around, the beach on your doorstep, great location with amazing views.
Special shout to all staff members including Gabby, Pablo behind the bar, and ALL the waiter/waitress'
The entertainment team of Robbie, Marta, Giles, put on some great spectacles..from movie nights to dj's to live music to paddle boarding!
They do a great job.
One last shout out to assistant manager Daniel. Top man!
See you all soon! ;)

The hotel is simply amazing. We were greeted by the most amiable staff once we entered. The room was lovely. The balcony which gave us a great bay view was a big charm.Amazing food in the breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant. My friend and I love everything about this hotel! And I want to give a shout-out to one of the staff , Ivan! He maintained impeccable service even during the busiest time! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in August. Overall the hotel is really nice in terms of facilities with a nice decoration, set up and great pool and view.
Though, I personally was disappointed by the service, the price and the food. I know this is high season and Ibiza but it was quite shocking to see the lunch menu being so restrictive with small quantity with a crazy price. One scoop of ice cream and some blueberries on top was 15 euros. We ordered also the burger and the club sandwich for 24 euros and it wasn't really good. There was brioche bread with weird goat cheese taste, and small fries. All was so small and pricey that you would be starving after. And the choice was quite poor. Considering there were only few restaurants around this wasn't great.
The breakfast which was included was nice but a very very slow service as they are overwhelmed. They forgot your order or came with the wrong thing. When I ordered the crepe or pancakes or waffles, the size was ridiculous really. The waffle was like 3cm diameter.
But besides that there is choice during the breakfast and it was quite good.
In terms of the pool, the pool is very nice with lot of beds so you don't have to fight. The music was really great with some entertainment everyday. Though I felt the waiters were never walking around to see if you needed anything. You had to go to them all the time, they forgot about you. It was taking a long time to get your drinks or food.
Finally the room were nice with a little terrace and great AC. Even if one day they forgot to refill our water and coffee.
Bottomline, I wouldn't particularly come back as it was way too expensive for what it was and struggled to eat properly.
