We choose this hotel for a nice, quieter spot on Ibiza. The hotel itself is beautiful. We found the location a bit boring with not many restaurants or things to do without driving. We ate at the Italian restaurant on site and both my husband and I got food poisoning. While we were sick in our rooms, our room flooded due to bad rains. The staff were helpful to clean up the flood but were not very concerned about the food poisoning when we told both the reception and restaurant. Otherwise the staff in general weren’t that amazing. Food options on site were not very extensive.
We did enjoy the daily activities they provided.

I’m unsure as to how this hotel has received 3.9 starts if I’m honest. I found my stay here to be absolutely superb. Don’t get me wrong, the beach area isn’t great, if you stick around the pools (especially the club’s larger pool) then you’ll have no complaints. The breakfast at the cala is absolutely superb. So well presented every morning with fresh food coming out frequently. Very impressive I must say. The staff are also SO FRIENDLY and accommodating, especially at the front desk. As a diamond member I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton’s but the front desk staff at this one were the best of the best. I really don’t have any complaints, this is just a great value hotel.

Our stay at the Hilton Ibiza was overall satisfactory, but there were a few areas where we felt improvements could be made. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floor in our room was not entirely clean, which was disappointing. However, after bringing this to the attention of the staff, the room was promptly cleaned and met our expectations.
One significant issue was that we were not informed of the additional benefits available to Hilton Honors Gold members at check-in. It was only by chance, on the last day of our stay, that we noticed brochures in the lobby outlining these benefits. Unfortunately, we were not provided with this information during check-in, which could have enhanced our experience.
Additionally, as Hilton Honors members, we had expected to receive a room upgrade as per the program’s availability policy, but this was not offered during our stay. Our decision to stay at this hotel was largely based on our Hilton Honors membership, but in this case, it did not seem to add much value to our experience.
Furthermore, the breakfast service could be improved, particularly when it comes to serving coffee. On several occasions, we experienced long wait times before coffee was brought to the table, which was inconvenient.
Overall, while the hotel offers a nice ambiance, we felt that better communication and attention to detail regarding the Honors program would have made our stay more enjoyable.

We stayed here in June. Very much enjoyed the place. We took the full board and were quite pleased with the quality of food. The salad and appetisers were from the buffet area whereas main courses were ordered separately from a menu.
The hotel offers different activities and we chose the hiking option. It was very nice to hike around the area and were rewarded with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area. This was a free activity.
Another activity we took from the operator was the boat rental. Highly recommended. We had an amazing time driving the little boat to explore the nearby coves, sun bathing on the boat and swim in the creek.
As for the room, we took the room with a view. It was a lovely room and decent size, unfortunately it was in the main building area where the room is facing the swimming pool. It was also next to the restaurant and lobby area where Live band were playing music up to midnight. We chose this area and hotel hoping to enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere but didn’t manage too much.
Overall it was a lovely stay. We would come back for sure but will ask for a room in the other building.

Amazing experience! Fantastic hotel in a beautiful bay. We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast, tranquil pool area’s and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We were doubting the location away from the active party scene but this is a hidden gem on the island with some of the best restaurants a few kilometers away. We will definitely be back!
