The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 mins walk from the bars/beach/shops etc and the reception staff were fantastic!
The rooms are clean although very, very basic.. It did the job for our budget friendly girls holiday.
The pool area is nice, but I do have to agree with the comments on here about the dead insects and the intimidating staff. Every day a security guard would patrol the poolside, aggressively pacing around the pool. I was told that if I wanted to eat the fruit that I purchased at the local shop I would need to “eat in my room or sit on the street.”
I also agree with the comments regarding food, we were half board and would not recommend it. Very, very bland food and at times almost inedible. We were also told that despite being half board we couldn’t have a drink with our evening meal, and we needed to purchase it at an extra cost, as water/juice is only served at breakfast.
All in all, I’d recommend the hotel if you’re looking for somewhere close to the bars to rest your head for a night, but not if you’re looking for anything more than that.

Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in - I hope rather than contest my experience the hotel will think about making some upgrades!
Despite paying for half board, no drinks were provided with dinner - not even water! You can pay €3 per bottle though. No own drinks allowed - I even saw staff taking away guests' drinks while they were briefly away from their loungers at pool. You even needed a token to get a glass from the bar, and had to scan an extra card to enter the dining room. The food was terrible - bland slop, basic salad, cold chips... Even the cheese was completely tasteless.
Rooms are tiny, there is no space to put suitcases, and it's even difficult to get big suitcases through the door and small gap between bed and wall - wheelchairs or pushchairs would struggle. The wardrobe door was hanging on by a thread, and the sink was blocked and took a long time to drain. The shower is temperamental, so goes from cold to very hot easily. There is one tiny lift, which takes a long time and is annoying if you have luggage, wheelchair, pram etc. Also didn't appreciate hearing every word of the neighbouring room's conversations thanks to the thin walls, or the view of rubbish piles from the balcony.
The pool area was nice, but it's quite small and there aren't enough loungers for the size of hotel. It's also dangerous - I saw a guest in a wheelchair fall out because the step is not marked and the ramp was blocked with sun loungers that simply don't fit in that space.
The only things I found good were the location (shops nearby, 10 minutes walk to the bars, 5 mins to the port), the air conditioning worked well, and the cleaning staff and some reception staff seemed nice.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Very nice and clean swimming pool and restaurant. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Big thanks to the bar staff! They were funny and helpful, made our stay even better. Also the reception (24/7), restaurant, cleaning team and the manager did a wonderful job helping whenever needed.

Spent 6 nights here and loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel right at home — nothing was too much trouble. The food hit the spot every time, and the service was consistently top-notch. Location-wise, you’re in the heart of it all — walking distance to Es Paradis, Eden, San Antonio centre, and the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want a mix of chill vibes and easy access to the nightlife. Already looking forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at the Pacific Hotel in San Antonio, Ibiza, and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. It’s a fantastic spot for travelers looking for a comfortable stay with great food and a prime location.
Room:
I stayed in a room with a long balcony, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and soaking up the Ibiza vibe. The room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was definitely a highlight.
Food:
The food at the hotel was excellent! There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Whether you’re starting your day with breakfast or grabbing a meal after exploring San Antonio, the hotel’s dining options won’t disappoint.
Location:
The hotel is well-located in San Antonio, close to the beach, bars, and nightlife, but still offers a peaceful atmosphere for rest and relaxation. It’s easy to explore the area on foot or catch a short ride to other parts of the island.
Service:
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with made an effort to be welcoming and accommodating.
Overall:
Pacific Hotel offers great value in a lively part of Ibiza. With good food, a comfortable room with a lovely balcony, and friendly service, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting San Antonio. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
