We have just returned from a few nights at the hotel. I can’t really fault it. The reception staff were wonderful, the bar is well priced, the pool was lovely and although basic, the room we had was kept spotlessly clean. Sound from other rooms can travel through the vents in the bathrooms but if you make sure the door is closed then it’s not a problem. Breakfast was great with a good amount to choose from and the evening meals were excellent. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Carla on reception was great and somehow remembered my name and room number if we ever needed anything. The location is perfect too. A really short walk to the port then go left to the beach or right to the town. We would return without any doubt.

Stayed here for 1 week, had a good experience, and the staff were helpful during our stay. Cleaned our room whenever needed which was a blessing. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Good breakfast buffet although more options during the week could've made it more interesting. Rooms were quiet although could hear the neighbours while in the bathroom.

We turned up at this hotel last minute in desperate need of a room, and the staff were so helpful. A special mention to Irene on reception went out her way to assist us and was super helpful and friendly. The main credit to this hotel is the fantastic staff, including reception team, the housekeepers, and security. The rooms are basic but clean. Pool area busy but chilled and had music on throughout day. Also close walking distance to everything in san antonio. Thanks hotel pacific for making our stay in Ibiza a bit easier !

This hotel is horrible. The staff talk about us in Spanish. The hotel rooms are disgusting! The shower head has no pressure to it and it takes 5 minutes for the hot water to start running. The staff at the hotel are rude including the bar staff. He is always miserable with a grumpy face always shouting. The pool outside is horrendous as well a very small pool that has no floor to it. There is security at this hotel which just always ruins the holiday as only people with wristbands can come in. The walls are very thin can clearly hear neighbours conversations. Overall not a hotel I will be staying at again!! Curtains are broken as well so couldn’t get a good sleep as day light started to come through at 6 in the morning. Poor!

We were skeptical when booking this hotel for a last minute holiday to Ibiza but ended up pleasantly surprised. Couple of issues but nothing that would put us off staying again. We booked a premium double room, which wasn’t exactly a double as it was two single beds. As a couple this isn’t great but we made it work. Room was quite small for moving round in but again, for all the time you spend in your room it wasn’t a huge issue! Modern decor! Very bright and fresh. The private terrace was an absolute bonus! Sadly on checking in the room wasn’t ready. We had been up and out since 2am so wasn’t ideal but, we walked into town for food. And the man on reception couldn’t have been any more helpful. He did get us the room two hours earlier in the end! Room was cleaned daily however, changing the sheets at least once in the week would have been great! They’re white so, when walking on the floor, terrace etc and coming back in, it picks up all the muck! By the end of the week they felt uncomfortable to lie in. Towels were swapped daily though. Floor sweeping could have been better! And, we actually done it ourselves once although the cleaner did offer to come in. We were half board and the range of food was fantastic however, i ended up with an upset stomach quite alot from the grease on some of the foods and I would avoid the salmon! Slight food poisoning from this. I also came down one night, after being out and, was told I couldn’t eat due to having a bikini type top on. I did have a maxi skirt on also. The restaurant was quiet, it was 9:30 pm so didn’t really have time to change and, there was only one other couple in, who said it didn’t offend them at all. The following night a young girl came down with a similar style top on, short skirt, at a busy period and nothing was said. I do think, if this is a rule, it needs to be for all, and not just for us slightly bustier girls. And, especially in Ibiza, where there are day parties also. Maybe relax on the rules slightly, dependent on times/business of restaurant. I wasn’t even offered to come and take some food to my room! Other than that, the food options between the bar and half board were great! Great selection and breakfast buffet was also fantastic. I do have allergies though so noting what things have nuts, lactose etc would also be beneficial. The rule with not taking your drinks to the room, well it does seem absurd and, definitely results in lost revenue. At first I believed from other reviews this was because of customer safety. Taking glasses to rooms etc: however the cups are plastic! And guests do like to have a drink in the room before heading out. There’s no cups left in the room so we went out and bought some and noticed others had done the same. It’s sad cause having the option to take to the room would definitely generate more revenue for the bar, hotel. And as the cups are plastic, customer safety is fine. We did have one knock on the door from security also, stating we had music on. I had been unwell so we had been in bed since 9/10. I was watching TikTok’s on my phone. My husband did explain this. However, the following night music was blaring from 2am-6am. You could hear the bass vibrate through the walls. Which, like all hotels, are paper thin. Nothing seemed to be done about this and if I could hear, surely reception, security, could hear it also! I’m all for live and let live but you need to have respect for others. Our final night we got no sleep whatsoever. The room next door were talking so loudly, constantly in and out their room, banging the door. We did advise reception as we had an early morning flight but it did seem to go on for quite some time afterward. They also consistently slammed the patio door! No idea why! All that being said.. the location for this hotel is ideal! Round the corner from town and Eden and Es Paradis. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops near by. West End and Ibiza Rocks about 20mins walk, Ocean Beach and sea front bars also not far at all! And the staff! Well they’re an absolute credit to the hotel 🤍
