There really is nothing to complain about the hotel in general other than they over promise and under deliver based on website and what to expect. I would also say this is not a 5 star hotel, especially with the service issues. We booked the signature level private jacuzzi rooftop, which isn't super private but great viewing of the city at night. They say it is all inclusive but it isn't, room service isn't included and mini bar items for premium drinks aren't included which is weird because you can walk down to the bar and get the same thing for free. Super strange. There also wasn't any turndown service or refills on the basic mini fridges without us bugging our butler multiple times. The butlers really don't do a lot other than help make the reservations at the hotel and any dine out options. But it's not the level of service you get at other all inclusive. The extra charge for yoga done in a public gym is pretty wild. Also the food is decent but given all the reviews and how this is supposed to be one of the best in the world.. it really isn't. If they set proper expectations or you do yourself then it is a fine place to enjoy but I wouldn't say it is worth 500+ a night at all and the signature level really doesn't add much value.

We just had another fantastic stay at the TRS, our second trip here this year. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. Special thanks to Patricia for sorting our room. My husband is recovering from an operation and the staff accommodated us and provided a wheelchair. The food was delicious and there was always a good variety of options. The only thing that could be improved is having some sort of 24 hour snack bar as it is Ibiza so standard meal times don't always apply. Room service is available but at an additional fee, not included in the all inclusive. The in room products feel very luxurious. The bar service on this stay was outstanding compared to our stay back in May when the hotel was a lot busier so service was obviously slower. Entertainment/music by the pool is always a great vibe. Location is great for getting to everything either on foot for San Antonio or taxis are always available at the hotel we never had to wait!! We will definitely return to this lovely hotel!

Amazing hotel in a lovely quiet area with a beautiful beach nearby. Had a signature room with jacuzzi, well worth the upgrade. Food is the best I have had in any hotel. Only constructive feedback would be to not have pre mixed cocktails and a better service at the lobby bar in the evenings.

We came for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. We were really impressed with the facilities and the staff. The room was excellent and hotel/grounds are well kept. We didn’t have to wait long for drinks/food, which were again very good. As an adult only place, it does make it slightly hard to please everyone, given the possible age ranges. It’s not a party hotel despite it being close to San Antonio. It is more on the chill/relaxation end of the spectrum. The DJ started at around 3ish which some might think as being a bit late. However, not everyone is on the same schedule in Ibiza! The rooftop bar was excellent and the best place I’ve been to enjoy the world renowned sunset. Thanks to Patricia and the staff at TRS for making our stay so comfortable. We’ll be back.

All of the staff are extremely professional. My partner and I think that this is what makes the hotel so good. Our room was on the 3rd floor,over the bottle bank, rubbish bins and staff entrance/exit and rest area, right side of the hotel,looking out to cala gracio beach and the tree's. Not the sunset. When we had been in our room for a day or three and had heard the noise from below ( bottle's being thrown into the bottle bank, rubbish being collected by the bin men,staff coming and going,rest breaks etc),we were a bit upset. However, the view is great, the room is great. All of the staff,bar,cleaners, front staff, restaurant and every one else are fabulous. Admittedly the hotel is lovely and you pay for the rooms that you get, panoramic sea view,side of the hotel view and sadly, the back of the hotel view. Look into it,read the reviews and ask the right questions. We will be coming back but we will be booking the panoramic sea view room. It makes a difference to us. To others it might not. No matter which room you book,the food is great, the staff are fantastic and the ambience is superb
