This hotel met our expectations and beyond. It is located very close to the sea, with many local restaurants along the strip and a 40 minute walk to San Antoni which is very pleasant to walk in the cooler parts of the day. We got breakfast included in our stay, the breakfast was good, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelettes to order. They try to mix up the food when they can, so will alternate some dishes. We had bbq one of the days which was delicious. However, we did not enjoy the dinner meal and wished there was a chicken option. I assume they alternate this daily as we just got a day pass for all inclusive which will cost you 30€ pp. Staff were very attentive and polite, I needed an extra duvet as the air con made the room cold but that wasn’t a bad thing when it got very hot again. Bedrooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard leaving our bed clean and fresh everyday to sleep in. However, walls are thin and you can hear people talking/ walking in other rooms (so bare this in mind if you want quiet rooms). The pool was nice but very cold, you get used to it once you dive in! Sun beds are comfy and relaxing, but get down quickly in the morning if you want to secure a bed! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The entertainment was brilliant, and the staff always want to keep everyone in good spirits and put smiles on their faces. One staff member was particularly entertaining with his Michael Jackson dance! They also aim to involve you everyday in pool activities which you can partake in if you wish. Great stay, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a pleasant area of Ibiza far from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel is great value for money with the all inclusive. Staff are friendly & hotel is clean. Approx 15 minute walk into the bay, but there are always taxis across the street from hotel which is great! Quiet beach approx 5 minute walk from the hotel & hotel wasn’t too busy which meant you weren’t rushing for food when all inclusive meals were being served. Snack bar at the pool serves lovely food. Room were clean & cleaners came each day, cleaned room & left fresh towels. Only downfall from the rooms are you can hear everything so clear from the room that is connected at the other side of the bathroom due to the vent - this is the only thing to consider if bringing young children.

nice chilled hotel. Close to shops, water taxi etc. Food was perfectly fine, something for everyone even the picky. Rooms are basic but ok, would be better with a fridge & kettle but apart from that perfectly comfortable. Entertainment team amazing, they work exceptionally hard. A nice yoga/meditation session in the morning with Marc expertly playing his hand drum. All added to the chilled experience. We had an amazing cleaner who looked after us everyday with clean towels and bedding.

Comfy beds, very helpful and friendly staff. Being all inclusive was not worth it for me as a coeliac. I called the hotel a month prior to my booking and emailed you to ensure you could cater for me, however there was barely anything I could eat at breakfast lunch AND dinner. Twice the chef made me something separate (chicken and fried courgette) but they could only do this when not busy. Also, many people were complaining that the food was cold and they had to heat it up in the buffet microwave! I also spent a day stuck in my the hotel room due to suspected food poisoning. The alcohol included was AWFUL. I asked if I could swap beer for a cider and was told no, despite the fact that I couldn't drink much from the menu with my dietary issues. No blankets or duvets were provided in the rooms. Had to go and request these at reception in the middle of the night as it was cold. I cleaned the toilet at one point and the brush in the bathroom was covered in the last guests poop - so gross. Very thin walls, I had two different neighbours during my stay and both kept us awake at all hours. Will not stay again or recommend.

Staff and atmosphere were brilliant, hotel was generally clean and breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Rooms are lacking; a full length mirror, a fridge, extra bedding (blankets or a quilt), kettle (tea/coffee making facilities), English channels on the TV, a bin in the room. Overall a lovely holiday with my friends and family of all ages to celebrate a birthday.
