We went in July and here is my comprehensive review:
Rooms: We lucked out and got a room bigger than normal. The normal rooms can be a bit tight but would’ve been fine for us as two people. You def would want to book a bigger room if you have a family. The air conditioning worked and the rooms were clean and modern.
Food: We had the all inclusive option and there is only the one restaurant to eat at. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace which is a nice touch. Every meal had a good selection of options. The made to order food was a bit better than the ones on the buffet line. It wasn’t anything special, but for the value and convenience we were pleased. The beach bar and the pool bar also has snacks during the day.
Parking: The hotel did not have parking, it was street parking. We found always found a space, but it might be a good five minute walk away. Which doesn’t sound far but could be when you’re carrying a lot in the heat.
Location: The hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The beach is just a short walk away. I liked being on the north side of Mallorca. There are also cove beaches along the coast.
Beach: There is no designated beach for the hotel. There are beach chairs you can rent through a QR code or you can lay on the sand for free. There is a beach bar where you can get drinks and snacks with your all inclusive access.
Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good value for the price. We were overall pleased and had no complaints.

We have just spent 10 nights here at the Alua Boccaccio and we are so pleased with our time here all the staff are 10/10 hard working you can see they enjoy what they do they’re always so smiley and lovely. Everything was spotless in our room, everything you needed was there, the entertainment on the night and day time was exceptional (many different games like, table tennis, darts, archery, water polo, quiz’s bingo etc..) hats off to Gian Luca & Davide they are amazing at their jobs so lovely and kind. We weren’t to far from the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so much to do it’s such a lovely place. The hotel itself is quite big the food is great, there isn’t anything negative we had such a great time , if you want a great holiday you must stay here! thank you - Lara & Scott x

We stayed 4 nights all inclusive in September 2024. Hotel and rooms all exceptionally clean and modern really cant fault.
Food was good, apart from deserts. Soft drinks and beer were good quality branded but wine and cocktails on the all inclusive were awful.
There is very little in the way of facilities for kids there, maybe ok for toddlers but any older would be bored senseless, the holiday was just my wife and I so wasn't an issue. There was maybe 2 families with kids and that was it.
Entertainment was pretty dire and although quite a few bars nearby, none had any entertainment other than live football being shown

We have just returned from our holiday in Alcúdia, and I can honestly say I’ve had one of the best holidays ever!
With it being my first time in Mallorca I didn’t know what to expect but it definitely exceeded my expectations!
The hotel was lovely, really clean and tidy rooms. The only thing I say is that the walls and doors were fairly thin so you could hear conversations/doors slamming from the rooms next door. But the beds were extremely comfortable, we have never slept better!
The highlight was the entertainment team, lots to do during the day - darts, archery, ping pong, bingo, quiz nights, karaoke! So you will never be bored, Micaela, Davide and Gian Luca are such an asset to the hotel and they really made our time there very enjoyable!
All the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much for a great holiday and we will definitely be returning!

Mica has been a wonderful host. Her colleagues have also been fabulous with our big group of 11. The buffets have been very good with lots of choice.
The housekeeping have been very prompt and regular with the cleaning of the rooms.
Thank you.
