Staff were great and really helpful. Food was nice and the breakfast had lots of options. There is a very nice gym and a spa although we didn't use this. There is a play area for kids as well.
We did think that the rooms were a little dated and could do with modernisation but saying that they were very clean! The bar was reasonable price wise but a little small.
Location wise, it is about a 10-minute walk to some really nice beaches and a fantastic (albeit) expensive marina. Just going to look at some of the mega yachts and picking your favourite seemed to be a daily occurrence!
All in all, we had a very nice stay here and would definitely consider it again if we were to return.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a large swimming pool. We didn't want to stay here at first, as the rating was quite low - only 8 - but the hotel met all our expectations and even exceeded them. Great gym, good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, parking (normally its cost is 7 EUR per day, but since the gate was not working, we parked for free), big pool with plenty of sunbeds. The location is also superb - the capital Palma is a 15 min drive away, with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

As we left early - 7:00, we didn't have time to eat breakfast, as it doesn't start until 7:30, so I would recommend bringing the breakfast start time a little earlier. Also, I think the breakfast should have a bit more healthier food options.

Beautiful hotel, good customer service.
It has everything you need so, you can just stay in and relax.
It has its gym, an indoor and outdoor pool. Guest have access to the spa which has its pool, sauna etc. There’re options for different types of massage and facial treatments at a cost.
The only issue I had was my light going off one time I stayed in all day, but that was rectified when I brought it to their attention.
It’s surrounded by different stores, 3mins away from the bus stop, variety of restaurants around the area, few minutes walk to the beach.
There’s a luggage area if you have to check out, but your flight is at a later hour.
Overall, I had a good stay. I would definitely recommend.

The rooms are well clean and the staff is nice. Buffet has a lot of options and the food is good. During breakfast, cooks make pancakes or eggs on the go. On Saturday, dinners have a chocolate fountain, with candy and strawberries. This is a nice touch for kids and adults!

So perfect our family came back two years in a row. Very friendly staff and situated away from all the buzz but still just a ten minute walk from nice cosy beaches
