It's our last day here and we have mixed feelings about the experience.
Pros:
The view from our room was absolutely stunning—probably the best feature of the hotel.
The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, which made for a nice first impression.
I really appreciated the convenience of the hotel app, where you can check details and even reserve spa treatments. It’s a great feature!
Cons:
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big letdown. As I write this, I’m sitting in the breakfast area, feeling quite disappointed. No one greeted us or checked our room number when we arrived. Many tables were left messy and uncleared, creating a poor atmosphere.
The food quality didn’t feel great, like it was just made to get it done, not with care. The layout was confusing too—cereal and milk were on opposite sides of the room, honey was in two different areas, and you have to walk around a lot to piece together your meal.
We had high expectations because breakfasts at other Mallorca hotels have been amazing, but this was way below standard.
We also misunderstood the pool policy. I had called ahead to confirm if the hotel was family-friendly, but it turns out children aren’t allowed in the indoor pool. I should’ve clarified this, but it was still disappointing.
My Lymphatic Drainage massage wasn’t great. Honestly, I could’ve done a better job myself. To make it worse, a fire drill alarm went off during the massage, and the masseuse just carried on as if nothing was happening.
Some small things added up: water bottles in the minibar weren’t refilled, and signage around the hotel was confusing. To get to our room on the fourth floor, we had to go through the garage and navigate another building—very odd. The elevator only mentioned parking, which made things more confusing, and finding the spa was tricky with no clear signs on the first floor.
All in all, while the view was incredible and the staff were friendly, the issues—especially the disappointing breakfast—really overshadowed our stay. I hope the hotel takes these comments on board to improve the experience for future guests.

My stay at the Elba Hotel in Majorca was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The food was excellent, providing a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal—close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend the Elba Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Majorca!

Outstanding from start to finish. Incredible views. Staff a joy to interact with. Highlight for me was the gym and spa. Rosa and her team in the spa made me feel so welcome and cared for. I shed a tear when I left. A few days break that I needed. Thank you

We cannot express how happy we are being here-David, Ibra and Elise are truly the best role models of how excellent hospitality should be-seamless service that was elusive and bespoke-it’s made our week and we’ve only been here 3 hours. They have been amazing. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Late March visit with mixed weather for a party of 6 looking to escape British weather! Due to the location, we still had a great experience as hotel could make the most of the sun that did appear. Wonderful welcome on arrival, with complimentary drink and our bags taken to the storage room whilst our room was made available. Attentive and friendly staff made for a comfortable visit - eg they rang to tell us the room was ready and were helpful with local advice. They also provided two room keys. The hotel has a great vibe thanks to this. We would definitely visit again for this main reason . The hotel is well designed - with rooms not too distant from reception or restaurant. The app is well designed to get info. Lunch menu was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast and dinner were good for us. Everyone seemed to be going back for more which is a good sign! A good mix of options for everyone. The spa was excellent too, with welcoming staff and clean facility. The walk to palma nova is about 12minutes down hill (and uphill) which we were fully aware of. This side of palma nova has some good options such as the bluebar , olive bar, and SiSo. The bus to palma (104/105) is also in this vicinity. Our tips for the hotel manager are to consider installing a deterrent to the seagull birds.
Overall, we'll be back in the future and thank all staff who consistently made us feel welcome. Viva Espana !
