Me and my partner who are a young couple in their 20s stayed here end of September. I know it’s out of season now but what a boring hotel with so much potential. There is no entertainment on a night, the entertainment is the guy working behind the panoramic bar plays his phone music which is all Turkish and won’t take requests. He’s also drunk most of the day. The location is beautiful 10 minute walk from the beach and a lovely village where you go for food and drinks. Me and my partner went into the village nearly every night for food and drinks as there’s barely any choice of food on offer here, if you like rice this place is for you. There’s nothing going on during the day or at night it’s just dull. Won’t be staying here again and can’t recommend it to anyone else.
We were lucky with our hotel room as we had heard from multiple couples/families how dirty their rooms were.
The only good thing that we found was you didn’t need to wait more than a couple of minutes for a drink, but service with a smile was no where to found. Not one friendly member of staff behind the bars.

I agree with the majority of the review in terms of this hotel being more of a 2/3 star than a 4.
When we arrived the front reception team were very polite and helped us a lot… but this is far as it went.
The reviews on the lady with the black hair are true, she is so, so rude and I am keen to say that wouldn’t ruin my holiday, but alas it did. You get stared at with horrible looks with everything you do.
The bar staff are okay, but as long as they’ve finished their programme on their phone first before you want a drink.
The panorama bar, the person behind the bar really does play the music so loud he can’t hear you ordering drinks, and even then you have to wait until their conversation is done.
The staff do not wash their clothes I’m certain of it, same t shirt, same trousers day in and day out.
The food is no existent, says a snack bar….but there isn’t? Got told off for ordering a burger from the kitchen. The buffet is so limited…if you like rice…it’s perfect!
Late breakfast as advertised…isn’t at all, got to the late breakfast and they had already cleared most items away.
Gym, snack bar, internet Cafe all advertised but not at this hotel?
Sun loungers broken, rooms are dirty and battered.
Location is perfect, beautiful scenery near shops and centre. 15 min walk to the beach and the staff at the shops are lovely.
Free shampoo always a plus.
My rating … 3/5 wouldn’t come back but wouldn’t be the worst option

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
We arrived at around 5am on Saturday 14th September and the man at reception who did not speak much English at all used Siri on his phone to translate information to us which included “I will come to your room and work for you”.
We were then escorted to our rooms which were not even joined to the hotel and were underneath the pool. I can only describe the room as a prison cell. The room was dirty with stains on the bed and floor, there were bugs all over the room and also in the bed. The shower didn’t work and was dirty and there was a very strong smell of sewerage. The door also did not lock and the curtain was broken meaning no privacy at all.
When going to reception, we were advised we could have a new room at 9am…but then it was 12pm…we finally got our new rooms at 3pm. So we had had no sleep and was told we could use the shower in the spa which was also filthy.
In our new room the wall for the shower was falling through and the cleaning cupboard just up from us was always left open which had the switches to the electric.
The pool stairs were broken which had been included in a review from a few months back so clearly no maintenance has been done for a very long time, the pool tiles were always slippy with no wet floor signs which led to injuries.
The food was always cold even if you arrived bang on meal times and people were getting food poisoning or generally ill.
The staff were very unpleasant and didn’t even really acknowledge you at all especially the lady in the bar by the kitchen.
What was meant to be a nice break away for my birthday and potentially my last holiday, I am disappointed and upset over the outcome.

Nice and relaxing, views from the panorama bar stunning and nice bar man. Bar maid in the lobby bar grumpy. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food tastie hill very steep up to hotel, taxi's from town 150 lira so that dealt with the hill. Shuttle bus to beach great. Rooms nice and cleaned daily

This hotel is a one big joke. We arrived at 4:30am from airport. Rude man informed us that they don’t have our reservation and we need wait till 8 am for his manager. We was shocked and try to call emergency number. Receptionist after 3 hours give us braces and told we can go for breakfast!(no reservations)
At 8:30 they give us room.
All personnel was really rude except young lady from bar inside hotel and boy in curly hair and glasses from outside bar.
One day we didn’t had hot water second day we didn’t have water at all. Fridge in room was not working and was yellow inside. Hairdryer was broken and not safe to use.
In restaurant wasn’t enough tables and people was waiting to sit plus not enough food for all guests. In dessert area I saw few times a lady from kitchen removing hair 🤮🤮🤮 from cake.
If you like lower quality and standard this hotel is for you.
