Perfect holiday. Hotel was amazing, location was next to the beach, 10 minutes taxi ride into Rhodes old and new town and very close to the airport.
Food on site was really good, variety of food daily and the all inclusive evening menu changes daily for the theme.
Other restaurants and bars at the hotel were really good. The Oregano restaurant had yummy gyros, the rooftop bar was so bliss, views were amazing and the entertainment each night was something for everyone. Poolside bar was amazing
Pools were good sizes and great that the children and their floats stayed in the middle pool
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and made the holiday even better
Highly recommend staying here

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection. The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain. The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets. I can't recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be back!!!!

What a great experience!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with drinks. The reception was always friendly and ready to help you. The rooms and the hotel itself were taken care of down to the last detail. This was a holiday to remember. Definitely recommended!!
If we go to Rhodes again I already know which hotel it will be

“It is what it is”
The hotel is well located: not far from Rhodes Town and not far from the airport.
In general, this is a very nice hotel where there is constant cleaning. The hotel has 3 swimming pools. There are a few shops, a spa, in the evening there are shows, car hearing, the possibility to book excursions, mini-golf, etc... Anyway, there's something for everyone.
And very important: everyone is super friendly.
Rooms
We had a room type 24. This is a room at the front. Every day there are fresh sheets and towels (small, large and for pool or beach). The room is nice and sufficiently large, there is a sitting area and a terrace with sea view. The bed is rather on the narrow side.
As far as I'm concerned, there is one big drawback: the air conditioning comes from a joint system and does not provide sufficient cooling.
We arrived in the evening, when it was 27°C in the room. After a few hours it was still 26°C. Of course, the whole room and all the objects in it are warmed up, and it takes a long time for them to cool down. So it was really way too hot to get a good night's sleep. According to the reception, the air conditioning is set to 24°C. You can't go any lower, despite the fact that there are lower temperatures on the control button. "It is what it is", was the decision. And indeed, the girl was absolutely right, but I did let her know that this would be the title of my review.
The next day, after a bad, sweaty night in this sauna, we were at 25°C. I then contacted the management. They have done their very best to deal with this problem. A maintenance technician was sent over, and we were given an extra air blower. Possibly we could also get another room, and they would move us themselves. We didn't do this. The solution was to ask for an extra card and put it in the room lock, so that the air conditioning continued to run day and night. In the end we ended up with a 24°C, even up to 23.5C once. And that was doable. It is better to set such an air conditioner much lower, so that you reach the desired temperature and cooling faster. Now this is taking far too long. The management is doing its very best, but they are also faced with accomplished facts, because one cannot technically go lower than 24°C at the moment. In another room, the problem would have been the same. It is incomprehensible how such a beautiful hotel can have such a miserable air conditioning. To save money, I think this is a bad idea, because now our air conditioning has been running day and night.
Meals
We had half-board.
I read in reviews here and there something about the waiting at the dining room.
Indeed, sometimes you have to wait a bit until you are assigned a place. But that wait is certainly not excessively long. Yet it was not our concern.
Everyone here is very friendly and busy.
The breakfast is very, very extensive. The only improvement could be that one would bake a fresh pancake or waffle on the spot. Instead of making them available in hot plates.
The dinner is also very extensive. The same remark as with breakfast: preparing some on the spot here and there could be an improvement. I also missed some more fish. At the end of the day, we're on an island for something.

Our stay at the Olympic Palace Hotel in Greece was overall very pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight the hotel's spa. It is excellent, offering everything one could wish for from a hotel spa—everything is new and modern, and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. A big thank you to the spa staff, who were very professional and exceptionally friendly. The prices for the treatments are reasonable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, though it is at the higher end of the price range. Most of the staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. However, we would have appreciated a bit more friendliness from some staff members in the bar areas. These minor exceptions did not significantly detract from the overall experience. We had booked two rooms—one for the children and one for us. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall décor was not very appealing. While the beds were in good condition, the other furniture was somewhat dated and did not meet the modern standard we had hoped for.The pool area was unfortunately disappointing. The pool's opening hours were from 10 AM to 6 PM, which we found restrictive. It would have been beneficial if the pool opened earlier to allow morning swimmers a chance to swim a few laps before the main influx of guests. Additionally, the pool area lacked showers and could have benefited from footbaths for guests to rinse off before entering the pool. Many guests entered the pool without rinsing off, affecting its cleanliness. The presence of a pool bar, where many guests started drinking alcohol early in the day, did not contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the pool area felt cramped and uninviting, leading us to avoid using the pool during our stay.A major highlight, however, is the beach area. It is truly excellent, though it requires crossing a busy road to get there. The beach is very close, so crossing the road is not a significant obstacle.Regarding the dining options, we were very satisfied with the food—it was delicious and varied. However, the drinks in the all-inclusive package were not particularly outstanding, especially the cocktails. If you want a higher-quality cocktail with premium spirits like Absolut Vodka, you will need to pay extra.Overall, we had a very enjoyable time at the Olympic Palace Hotel and would recommend it, especially for its excellent spa and great beach. Some small improvements, particularly in the areas of cocktails, room décor, and pool usage, could make the stay even more pleasant.
