Perfect holiday. Hotel was amazing, location was next to the beach, 10 minutes taxi ride into Rhodes old and new town and very close to the airport.
Food on site was really good, variety of food daily and the all inclusive evening menu changes daily for the theme.
Other restaurants and bars at the hotel were really good. The Oregano restaurant had yummy gyros, the rooftop bar was so bliss, views were amazing and the entertainment each night was something for everyone. Poolside bar was amazing
Pools were good sizes and great that the children and their floats stayed in the middle pool
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and made the holiday even better

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection. The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain. The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets. I can't recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be back!!!!

What a great experience!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with drinks. The reception was always friendly and ready to help you. The rooms and the hotel itself were taken care of down to the last detail. This was a holiday to remember. Definitely recommended!!

Stayed at this hotel from 14th - 21st September.
My partner Garry and I were a party of 11.
We have lots of positives and 1 negative during our stay, first time in Rhodes. The location was gorgeous, and we had a sea view room which was lovely. We were on the 7th floor, and realised just under the roof top bar, movement of chairs etc was our morning wake up call, which would have been nice not to have. However the entertainment here of an evening was great. The beach and sea a short walk from the hotel was delightful. The staff are what makes this hotel, all lovely and extremely helpful. There were two staff stars for us, which are Evangelos and Katerina, both are superstars. They made us feel very welcome, great customer service, always making us laugh :).
They are both just lovely and a real credit to your hotel.

Dining arrangement were poor with having to queue and food only ever lukewarm.
Service at piano bar excellent and friendly thanks to Tereza, Esmerelda and Sofia. Music from pianist just at right level to hold a conversation.
Animation round the pools was exceedingly loud, as was the roof bar music.
The middle pool was heated and warm and well used.
The beach was good with free sun beds on the hotels private beach. The drawback was having to try and cross the very busy main road.
