Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The rooms were nice and tidy, and room service came every day. The reception staff were very helpful, offering great advice about the hotel’s surroundings and things to do in the area. A special thanks to Juan, whom we talked with the most.
The food was good for a hotel, though nothing particularly special. There was a decent amount of variety, and vegan options were available.
Service in the café was a little slow at times, depending on when you went.
The hotel’s location is great, with several beaches just around the corner. Public transportation is available, but it’s almost as cheap to take a taxi to the airport as it is to go by bus — at least for two people.
We were not in spa or pool areas, so no experience there.

Review for Chefs Gabriel, Epit, and Juan (Receptionist)
We had a truly wonderful experience thanks to the amazing team of Chefs Gabriel and Epit, and Juan at reception. From our very first inquiry, Juan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive — making sure everything was arranged perfectly for our special vegetarian meal.
Chefs Gabriel and Epit created an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of vibrant flavors, and clearly made with creativity and care. They went above and beyond to craft a meal that felt both special and satisfying.
Thank you, Gabriel, Epit, and Juan, for your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. You made us feel so welcome and turned our visit into a truly memorable experience.

Based on other reviews, I honestly had no expectation that I would enjoy this hotel but once I arrived, my opinion completely changed.
It’s a smaller hotel, yet surprisingly quiet despite many reviews claiming it was noisy and that you could hear sounds from outside. Yes, in the evening you can hear some noise, but it’s not disturbing at all and if you close the curtains, you can’t hear a thing 😄.
One thing I truly appreciate is that there’s very little car traffic in this area, making it feel almost like a pedestrian zone. While the rooms may not have been recently renovated, everything is spotlessly clean, from the reception and guest rooms to the rooftop terrace.
From the moment we were welcomed at reception, the service was excellent. All staff members are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, so you can choose exactly what you want to eat. There’s enough variety for everyone to find something they enjoy, and everything is freshly cooked.
Last but not least, the location is ideal -
close to the airport for those who prefer not to travel too far, and along the promenade you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. And there are also many agencies offering tours, boat trips, jet ski rides, and more.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly holiday in Mallorca.

It was our first stay at Mallorca. Booked directly in email. Very close to the airport but it's not even bothering. Everything was perfect! The location, the cleanliness, the food, the staff! Very nice hotel, everyone is friendly and helpful, much recommended, great value for money! 10/10.

The location is good, close to the main promenade, by the beach, and near the port. The rooftop pool, though small, is a pleasant space to relax. The food at the hotel is decent; some products are better, some worst, but they're fresh. It's a shame the juices are watered-down sugary drinks. The hotel deserves praise for its cleanliness, and the cleaning ladies also try to keep the rooms clean. The waiters are average, some of them work like as a punishment. The cooks and chefs are friendly and helpful, a compliment. Best regards. Booking a room here can be a hit or miss; you can't be sure what you're paying for, because the offer is structured this way—all to ensure that the lesser (bad) rooms sell out as well (bunkers without windows, with balcony doors facing a wall, or balconies facing the opposite wall, and because the hotel is five floors high, you won't get any sun at that kind of room).
Unlike our stay at this hotel two years ago, we're not satisfied this time. Despite this, I tried to approach this review objectively, and Can Pastilla itself compensates for any inconveniences the hotel may have had to you.
This was a description of the positive things, the bad things are described below, read before you book.
Be careful, though, because the terrace option doesn't guarantee any view or sun in your room. We received a very dark and dreary junior suite with a terrace facing the so-called center of the hotel, which is also relatively dark and surrounded by walls. Many rooms in this hotel are located in the center, which the offer doesn't mention. For this trip, we had two reservations in a row, and on the second one, we were promised a side view, which also wasn't fulfilled. The only thing that remained was a significant disappointment. The hotel reception staff don't even try to be friendly or helpful, so you can't expect any amenities. In this hotel, you're not a guest, you're just a roommate, and if you don't like it, leave. Despite its so-called four-star rating, you even have to pay extra for ice cubes. Forget about a bucket of ice for your room (I'd rather tip for ice than buy it on receipt, €1.25 for two ice cubes). Two out of three coffee machines at breakfast smell of descaling agent (constantly, not just on one day). Although breakfast is served until 10:00, it's best to arrive at least an hour earlier, as most items aren't replenished after that time. The internet is free, but it's impossible to connect to it when the hotel is busy. The router doesn't accept more than a certain number of devices, so you might not be able to use it.
