Based on other reviews, I honestly had no expectation that I would enjoy this hotel but once I arrived, my opinion completely changed.
It’s a smaller hotel, yet surprisingly quiet despite many reviews claiming it was noisy and that you could hear sounds from outside. Yes, in the evening you can hear some noise, but it’s not disturbing at all and if you close the curtains, you can’t hear a thing 😄.
One thing I truly appreciate is that there’s very little car traffic in this area, making it feel almost like a pedestrian zone. While the rooms may not have been recently renovated, everything is spotlessly clean, from the reception and guest rooms to the rooftop terrace.
From the moment we were welcomed at reception, the service was excellent. All staff members are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, so you can choose exactly what you want to eat. There’s enough variety for everyone to find something they enjoy, and everything is freshly cooked.
Last but not least, the location is ideal -
close to the airport for those who prefer not to travel too far, and along the promenade you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. And there are also many agencies offering tours, boat trips, jet ski rides, and more.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly holiday in Mallorca.

We stayed here for 7 days and everything was perfect.
The staff is very calm, friendly, and generous.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, well after dinner time — but they had kindly set aside food for us, so we were still able to enjoy a full meal when we arrived. That meant a lot.
Both breakfast and dinner were excellent — all the food was perfectly cooked, never too oily, with a wide variety of options.
The desserts were also absolutely delicious.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Well maintained rooms (dependant on room type you book) I had the Junior Suite, which had a balcony with a beautiful view of the boats on the beach front.
Unfortunately, there were not many basic cosmetic amenities, the air con and Wi-Fi were a little temperamental.
But I would gladly return. A stunning pool with sun loungers and bar are available on the Rooftop with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great range of options. The hotel is situated in the best location opposite the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops alongside many buses for transport.

Great stay at Hotel Nautic in Can Pastilla! Rooms were clean and modern with plenty of space, location ideal—right by the beach and close to Palma. Rooftop pool and bar were a bonus and the gym and spa looked good. Breakfast decent, with great attentive service. Would happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m pretty sure you can touch the balconies that are opposite of your room because they are so close. I don’t understand how this can be 163 euro room. The room smelled horribly of mold, when I informed the front desk she just said ok. No sorry or apologise. Asked for a glass of ice in the bar to take to the room, apparently not allowed to have a glass of glass. In the end he did agree to make an exception but honestly the hostility from all staff is so strange and this is supposed to be a four star hotel? The towel deposit is cash only and I had no cash left so was not able to have a towel. 🙃 It is close to the airport so that is the only positive thing I will say. The staff cleaned their front porch of the hotel then they carried it a bit up the street and just dumped it outside another apartment building - have added a picture of this. You can see the lady walking away with the empty bucket (covered face for privacy reasons). Also if you wanted to book it for two people it cost 10 euro more online but when I asked the reception they wanted 53 euro so couldn’t do that either. Such a bizarre experience. Btw the breakfast does not open until 7:30 which is a bit late for a close to the airport hotel so if you have an early flight you won’t be able to have any breakfast.
