Absolutely stunning resort. Good food, good views, good hotel facilities/rooms etc. The staff were very wonderful and always went above and beyond for us. George went out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. They even upgraded us to their best suites for no extra cost. Would recommend this place to everyone, couldn't be happier. 🥰

Our stay at MAYIA EXCLUSIVE RESORT & SPA was fantastic overall. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the facilities were excellent. However, during the opening week of the hotel, we encountered some limitations. We were informed that room service was unavailable, although the hotel prepared a complementary welcome meal for late arrivals. Additionally, the snack bar menu was partially unavailable. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel remains 5-star in our eyes, and we fully enjoyed our stay. The breathtaking views of Lindos and the gorgeous facilities made for an unforgettable experience. The restaurants on the resort also added to our enjoyment. Wasabi (Asian Restaurant) was absolutely delicious with wonderful views of the hotel. The Italian restaurant was also very nice; the food tasted very authentic! However, be mindful that this restaurant is situated outdoors. The tennis court is a great addition to the complex, offering guests an enjoyable recreational activity. However, the lack of food labeling at the buffet posed a serious problem for my partner, who has a nut allergy, leading to an unexpected €170 expense for medical treatment. The breakdown of the cost is as follows: €150 for the doctor being called out and writing a prescription, and €20 for the delivery of the prescription. Hopefully, this can be claimed back through my partner's travel insurance. Once brought to the staff's attention, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. We hope the hotel considers improving their food labeling to prevent similar incidents in the future.

At the weekend my mum and I travelled back from Rhodes having stayed at the Mayia Exclusive Resort. We booked the holiday through Tui with the intention of doing absolutely nothing but read our books in the sun for a week, and that's exactly what we got. Perfect!
We spent our days by the larger of the two pools being looked after by Valantis and the others at the Senso pool bar who were so friendly and did a phenomenal job. I was 13 weeks pregnant during our stay and I didn't feel like I missed out where cocktails were concerned. Nothing was too much trouble and I had many great mocktails!
We didn't make any reservations at the spa, but we were shown around and it was beautiful. There are no price lists on display and they don't allow you to take any information away with you. We queried pricing for a massage and we were told a massage for the two of us would normally be 350E, but they would give us it for a "special price" of 270E. The lack of information on display or fixed pricing put us off and it felt like they just made it up as they went along, so we decided not to make any bookings. Staff from the spa regularly come around the pool during the day doing mini taster massages or stop you outside the restaurant to try and get you to make a booking.
Half hour slots can be reserved in advance for access to a shower room and changing facilities if you have a late check out like we did. This was a welcomed addition meaning we could still enjoy an afternoon at the pool before heading to the airport for a late flight.
One thing that was a nuisance was that a la carte reservations and menus are all in the H Hotel app, but only if you're an Apple user. Luckily we had an iPad with us and used that to make dinner reservations, but it was difficult when in the restaurants because they wouldn't give you a paper copy of the menu. If you're an Android user like us, you had to ask to be given a QR code and there only seemed to be one available, shared by the entire restaurant. And if you locked your phone screen, for some reason, it navigated away from the screen and you had to ask for the QR code again. So not Android friendly, or ideal if you're perhaps not very technologically minded. If you're an Android user, make your dinner reservations at reception ASAP, ideally when you're checking in!
We loved our holiday and it ticked many boxes. The hotel itself is immaculate, absolutely stunning and almost every member of staff that we encountered was very friendly. And we really enjoyed most of the food we ate. Hence why we're more than happy to give the hotel a 5 star review.

Great rooms and views, but they are let down by poor food and operational issues.
Pros:
- Great view from the room
- Private and public pools are both clean. There are enough sunbeds so that you don’t have to fight for them either
- live music at the bar every night
- Friendly staff
Cons:
- the food in the buffet is sub-par at best. Some of the breakfast dishes were good, but the chicken at dinner was almost always dry and the hummus was stale (you could literally see it had dried out layer on the top). Seriously, who expects to have such bad quality hummus in Greece?
- The food at the Greek restaurant was slightly better (especially the mushroom dish), but the chicken was still so overdone it was hard to eat.
- They make it hard to book the restaurants as well. In the 4 days we were there, we were only able to book the Greek restaurant and only once. But when we went there, only about half the tables were occupied. They seem to clearly be pushing most people to eat at the buffet to cut costs, but they push the a la carte restaurants in their marketing so you go in expecting a much higher quality of dining.
- When checking out, they said we have a 7 euro charge for an extra beer at the pool bar, when we didn’t have any beers at all during the trip. They just note down your room number without verifying anything when you place an order, so anyone can order a drink with your room number and leave you with the bill. We were lucky it was a small charge and not something in the 100s of euros, but why would you run a hotel with such gross levels of negligence?
It’s a hotel that has prioritised the perfect insta aesthetic but they just don’t know how to get the basics of running a 5 star hotel right. Would not come back even if it was 50% cheaper

Very luxurious and pleasant hotel! All the staff were courteous and competent. My partner and I will definitely come here again. We felt very upscale and were able to relax. I often took part in yoga or Pilates, which is highly recommended! I will miss the two trainers - thank you!
I wish I had known these two tips earlier:
- There is a daily activity plan (yoga, Pilates, various workouts etc.) which you can sign up for.
- As soon as you check in, you should reserve the à la carte restaurants directly, otherwise there is no more space available.
