Great Stay, I recently stayed at this hotel for six days and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always willing to help, ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool and on-site dining options, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and the beach. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was amazing for 4*, rooms were nice and cleaned every day, drinks strong and food delicious, we could not decide what to try out first. We had at least some seafood for every meal. Staff was super nice, manager was interested in our opinion and comfort. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.👌🏻

Excellent Stay for Business Travelers!
I recently stayed at Malia Bay during a business trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to key areas while still providing a peaceful environment for relaxation after a long day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a strong Wi-Fi connection that made it easy to stay connected and productive.
The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated the early check-in option, which allowed me to settle in before heading out to my meetings. The on-site dining options were a bonus, offering delicious meals that saved me time when I needed to grab a quick bite between work commitments.
Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Malia Bay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Okayish hotel, but definitely not worth the price
Pros:
Renovated hotel, pools, near Potamos beach, very friendly staff jn kitchen and nice variety of food.

Staff is unbelievably unprofessional. At our arrival, no one welcomed us, they just took vouchers and put into our hands paper that we need to fill it out and come back.
Later that day when we were asking if our room is ready older man(receptionist) was making fun from my surname. How they dare to do thing like that whey they are the first contact with guests? I let him know that it is not acceptable but he continued so I left.
When our room was ready lady at reception asked us if we already know where our room is (like, how could we? No map, no info) so she started to walk by stairs and we were just looking at her with our 2 luggage like where should we go? She didnt tell anything, we needed to ask if we should take a lift and to which floor. Long story short, you better avoid this people(not one good interaction with them)
Cleaning was always just partly. Bin on toilet was not taken out everyday. Balcony was not cleaned. Bathroom has absolutely not been cleaned.
Even though the hotel was completely booked out, there was 2 times disco and 1 time very nice guitar and flute. Not much to do.
Beach is rocky and paid (at reception we were told we can pay by card but you really cannot even when you pay to the hotel staff) much better to walk to potamos (like 7 minutes)
Pool is really nice but is not cleaned. You can see film on the water, anytime of the day and lot of dirt at the bottom.
AI: okayish, drinks not much tasty.. lot of variety in food but dishes(plates, glasses) were not always cleaned there was sometimes even food scrapes dried out.

Everything was perfect, a lot of food, always fresh and well prepared. The staff was kind and helpful. The locality was good, the town of Malia is approximately 25 mins walking. Nice and clean rooms. The director is looking after the whole hotel and asks the guests whether they’re happy, it seems like he cares about the hotel. He has given us a bottle of wine as gift. I definitely recommend this place!!
