We stayed at the Lindos white for our honeymoon in June. On arrival we were very impressed as it was very clean, we checked in and congratulated by the staff on it being our honeymoon. We were shown up to our room which was the executive suite with a private pool and sea view, but to get to our room was a long walk, we needed to use three lifts on the way!! The room we could not fault at all, the view was amazing and the pool was to die for. Included in our room was the safe, a mini fridge which was filled every second day which was a nice added touch.
We arrived on a late Wednesday afternoon, once we settled in we decided to go down for something to eat. This was a little bit of a let down the staff didn’t smile or welcome you in, we weren’t offered any drinks we had to try and get the attention of the staff. The food wasn’t what we expected it to be for a 4* hotel in fact we are very disappointed.
The best day we went down for breakfast and have to say that was the best thing the breakfast, but again the staff weren’t very friendly and it was hard to get their attention just to get some coffee.
The whites pool bar was good the staff behind the bar ‘Marie’ she was amazing and was the only staff member that smiled and interacted with you.
The atmosphere at night was a little dead and nothing really to shout about when it came to the entertainment and I will use entertainment loosely. There are no restaurants or bars around the area of the Lindos white which is a shame because we really wanted the Greek experience but never got it.
The beach was lovely but there was no beach bar for the lindos white so it was a good five minute walk back to the pool bar for a drink, but by the time you got the drink back to the beach it was hot!
We just feel completely let down by the hotel, it wasn’t the best place for a honeymoon and we didn’t really feel welcome by most of the staff.

Our family stay was absolutely amazing. All aspects of the hotel were great, and the friendly staff, delicious food, and cozy, casual architecture were extraordinary. The hotel is well-organized while still being relaxed and welcoming. The staff helped with many small things, such as renting a car for a few days and arranging a short cruise

We had a lovely stay at the Lindos White hotel&suites. We stayed in one of the executive suites with a private pool, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was always very nice and polite and we hope they all receive a thank you from us. The food was good and we especially enjoyed the Greek night food and entertainment. We will definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family and will come back in one of our next holidays.

My Fiance and I stayed here 24th Sept-4th October 2024 and from the start, prior communication was excellent, from emailing them with a special request of flowers, balloons & prosecco which was ready for our arrival to dealing with any queries or questions we had during our stay. A SPECIAL Shout Out to Chrysa on reception and Irini, the customer relations manager. Nothing was too much trouble. They are absolute assets to the company, genuinely lovely people and we miss you both already 😊
The room was light, airy and clean with a lovely sea view. The air conditioning worked well too. The only thing I would say is room 616 can be fairly noisy if you're a light sleeper as its next to the cleaners cupboard and the sound of the kitchen roof extractor fan woke us on a couple of mornings but nothing too drastic.
Onto the restaurants, The main buffet area was clean and food was tasty warm/hot with a themed night x2 a week, Asian & Greek nights, food was delicious, Efcharisto Chefs 👌 only improvement could be another theme night or two per week maybe. There were lots of options to choose from and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. 2 special mentions to Angel & Richard who are such lovely people and were always there with a smile 😃 and helpfulness.
We ate at the pine tree restaurant on the hill only once while we were there for the BBQ night, it has lovely views and the food was good but was not for us, not any better than the buffet restaurant, just a bit more intimate.
We only used the upstairs pool while we were there as we hired a car so made the most of the sandy beaches around the island.
Cocktails as in any European country came super strong but we asked for light, weak or little and the bar staff were to happy to oblige. The younger gent on afternoon / night shift in the white pool bar was really lovely as was the dedicated, professional longstanding team member in the reception bar, must mention His secret cocktail was delicious, make the effort to chat and they soon start smiling & warm to you. One evening as an Engagement gift we were treated to 2 free drinks in the sister hotel, tui blue opposite by the general manager which was unexpected but very much appreciated.
The Greek people are what made our holiday here stand out from others as 95% of them are extremely friendly and hospitable.
We had a truly Wonderful stay here, and would like to wish you All a MASSIVE, THANK YOU to the Lindos white hotel team for making us feel so welcome and at times part of their family…Hopefully we'll be back some time in the future to see you all again. Love and Best Wishes, Rose & Steve xx

If quality service is a priority for you, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. But let me start from the beginning.
I have plenty of experience staying in all-inclusive hotels, so I feel confident in providing an objective review.
Here are the positives of this hotel:
1. The sea is excellent—clear water, a good beach, and comfortable sun beds, around 200-300 meters from the hotel.
2. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a private pool for one night as a compliment, which was a nice gesture. The room was very good. Later, we stayed in a Junior Suite, which was also spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is beautiful itself.
3. The food was tasty, despite the limited selection.
4. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop (Lindos - Rhodes).
5. The front desk staff were pleasant.
But that’s where the positives end. For us, this trip turned out to be a major disappointment, no matter how hard we tried to overlook the negatives and focus on the positives.
It feels like cost-cutting is the top priority for the owners of this hotel. For example, hygiene products like shower gel and shampoo were never replenished during our stay. They only replaced the soap when it had been reduced to scraps, leaving us to wash our hands with shampoo for two days. Soon, it seems, all-inclusive hotels might require guests to bring their own soap and toilet paper. As for the rooms, the soundproofing is terrible, especially if you’re on the ground floor—good luck with that. Additionally, the water in the shower often had an unpleasant sewage smell.
Billable sunbeds on the beach—why position yourself as an all-inclusive hotel if you charge even for this?
Another issue is the restaurant staff. We got the impression that the employees were either lazy or had been instructed by management not to be proactive and only offer drinks when explicitly asked, likely as a cost-saving measure. The only exception was a dark-haired young lady working on the restaurant terrace—one of the few staff members who actually did her job, and a guy who helped us with our luggage was also very nice. The unfriendliness of the staff was also surprising. If you asked for a drink—whether it was coffee (yes, you can only get coffee from the staff) or a beverage at dinner—they would bring it silently, with a look that suggested you were their worst enemy.
Regarding drinking water, you are given three liters of bottled water upon check-in, so don’t you dare drink more than 214 ml a day! This is despite the fact that in 36-degree weather, you should be drinking at least two liters daily.
The animation exists in this hotel, but the quality is pretty poor, small stage, questionable equipment, and not enough of seats for everyone.
As for the quality of the food, everything was fine during the week, but on the last day, I got severe food poisoning while eating only at the hotel. I fell ill just before our check out from the hotel and our flight home. We had dinner at the à la carte grill restaurant. While writing this review I still have a fever and cannot eat anything.
Upon checking out, no one even asked how our stay was. If the staff doesn’t care whether a guest was satisfied, the hotel’s attitude towards its customers becomes quite clear. I don’t understand why this hotel has so many positive reviews—either those guests have never stayed in a good all-inclusive hotel, or they are simply undemanding people with very low standards.
We, too, were influenced by the good reviews, but unfortunately, we remain puzzled by the high ratings this hotel has received. Unfortunately, this negatively affected our impression about such a beautiful and historical island.
