Would not return again and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Just returned. Cleaning very poor and general upkeep is of low standard. The staff at reception were so rude. Wouldn't hurt to smile and make people feel welcome. On our last day trees were being cut by the pool area as people were trying to relax and there was twigs ,dirt and dust everywhere. There were also alot of cockroaches for my liking around the area. We will definitely not be returning.

A Very well run place. Our 1st apartment was definitely not to our liking. It was large enough and.a big outside area but fully enclosed, we felt hemmed in. Next door fan was extremely noisy. Moved to a new room after noon and and location and view were perfect. Cleaning and laundry etc... was 5 days out of 7. Brilliant 👏. As it was 3 weeks, a washing machine was missed. Regarding calling the Room Superier. We and others totally challenge that. Sure its large enough, reasonable designed but in much need of a refurbishment. The location is perfect, the swimming 🏊♀️ pool x 2 are brilliant 👏. We'll maintain. 2 life guards applied the rules. However if you have young children, no beach balls or lilos allowed. This is not the place to be. Life guards only applying the rules but no come or go. Very strict, for a safety reason I assume. Supervised Kids loosing out. Pool area spotless. Hosed down every night. SunBeds as well. Lovely kept gardens. Staff very helpful. Everything was outdated but functioned as designed in the apartment

Great apartments, really big and the 2 beds have 2 large bathrooms with showers. Can be steep with steps and ramps if mobility is an issue. Location is great as close to the strip, shopping centre and only 5 to 10 mins from old town for a change of scenery.

Towels on the sunloungers at midnight is not acceptable so I threw them off. Manager wasn't interested and was very rude. To top it off I slept with a mouse for 2 weeks. Then I asked to keep the room on I was told to go back at 8.30 the following morning then I was told 10 o'clock. They then said no, luckily I had lovely neighbours who minded our cases. Went back at 5 to pick our cases up and there was nobody in the apartment still so didn't see what the issue was as you can only keep the room on for 2hr at 25 euro a pop. Puerto del carmen is gorgeous and I will be going back but not to the Labranda.

Pros - Amazing location, house keeping came nearly everyday, lovely and clean pool area, specious apartment
Cons - ‘air con’ was shocking, didn’t blow cold air, the only setting that worked was the fan which just blew warm air round the room. We had someone come and look at it twice and they said it was working when it wasn’t. Could do with a fan in the bedroom. Air con unit looks very old.
No bowls in room? Asked at reception and they said they don’t have any? Had to eat cereal out a pan.
Balcony area needs a good clean, makes your feet really dirty, don’t think it’s ever been washed.
