JA Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort with stunning natural scenery and lot of peacocks 🦚 . It offers a wide range of amenities and activities including the exciting Pirates and Mermaids Club for kids.
💫 The highlight of the resort is the water park area (Just Splash) designed for both kids (above 100 cm in height) and adults. The water park features three thrilling slides and a giant water bucket that tips every 4-5 minutes, adding to the fun-filled experience.
Also, the villa and restaurant staff are very friendly and courteous. 🥰 💓
The beaches are quite long and clean with lot of beach beds. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises.
The checkin and checkout process and service was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable and huge. Majority of the rooms have balcony overlooking the garden or/and beach 🏖️ .
Breakfast was good and had wide range of varieties with many options for vegetarians.
Buggy service was quick to travel across the property which is actually quite big and one of the largest in Dubai I believe.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Court. We stayed in a Residence Suite which was immaculate and came with a dedicated butler, to help make our stay perfect. All the staff were amazing, Marilyn, at the Signature lounge was so helpful and Delleish was very attentive making sure our sunbeds were ready for us and drinks never empty. I can honestly say the customer service at JA is probably the best we have ever had on holiday. So much choice for dinner and lunch and it’s only 30 minutes by taxi if you want to go into Dubai.
We will definitely return.

The resort was lovely and lots of things to do for the family . Many pools lovely peacocks walking around .
We did an amazing horse ride experience that deserved a 5 star and the lady was excellent .
Food service on the other hand , very limited menus and very bad service .. so that reduced from the experience

From the moment we arrived at Palm Tree Court, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. This hotel is simply fantastic! The service is exceptional – attentive, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. The food is exquisite, offering a wide range of culinary delights that made every meal a memorable part of our stay.
Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the luxuries we could wish for. Every detail was attended to, ensuring a restful and enjoyable environment.
A special thank you to the hotel manager, Mr. Shabin. His dedication and leadership are clearly reflected in the quality and atmosphere of the entire hotel. After all, a place can only be as good as the team behind it – and under his guidance, Palm Tree Court shines.
We must also extend our heartfelt gratitude to two exceptional staff members who truly enhanced our stay. Our room service attendant, Ohef Ghaith, provided first-class service. He introduced himself as our personal service point and advisor for any needs we had. Always extremely friendly, customer-focused, and highly professional, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Likewise, our driver, Asante, made our experience even more enjoyable by giving us a wonderful tour of the entire hotel property. He introduced us to all the facilities in an entertaining and informative way, making it easy for us to navigate with our two children. His proactive approach, always being ready to assist us whenever he saw us, was truly commendable. A huge thank you to him as well!
Before our family holiday, we read countless reviews, and I have to say, some of the complaints are simply laughable. Whether it’s minor gripes about the temperature of the water by the beach or preferences for the air conditioning, some guests will always find something to pick at. The reality is, no place can meet every individual’s personal preferences 100%, especially if one brings their own issues along for the trip. However, we can say wholeheartedly that this was a beautiful, memorable vacation at a stunning resort.
We would absolutely recommend Palm Tree Court Dubai from the bottom of our hearts. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai with your family, look no further.
