Myself and partner stayed here for a few nights. We had a brilliant time. Lovely room with views and the staff were excellent. Everything you need local to hotel. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach (she said yes) we will be back next August. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

My partner and I stayed for 7 nights B&B and we were sceptical ref some of the previous reviews.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a decent sized room with good soundproofing and well-behaved considerate guests. So no late night noise all week, which was an absolute plus... room safe included too.
Staff attentive polite accommodating and really Friendly.
Food is adequate for breakfast all needed is available...I also looked at evening food which seemed similar too.
2 lifts front or rear of complex is a plus and
Location is excellent for seafront to bathing / alcoves, coastal path walking, many many restaurants, all routes for buses (excellent services from TIB) plenty of shopping, bigger local stores too 15 min walk away.
Room Shower area doors are liberally fitted.
Checkout Luggage storage may be improved,
The pool area is size restricted as is similar to a lot of urban resort hotels, too.
Hot drinks are available in the bar area if needed.
In all, a really good value for money experience for this period and very central - we will definitely return here again if in this resort as was a really good relaxed, calm break for late summer sun.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I cannot understand why there are any bad reviews. The location is perfect, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are all friendly. For the price we paid we were more than happy with the hotel and have already spoken about coming back next year. Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday.

What you are writing is complete lies! I was at the arranged spot 20 minutes before and waited for hours with the man at the desk- why don’t you ask him? He witnessed the whole situation. I was also watching the street the whole time and constantly checking for a shuttle. Check the cameras and you will see. You have taken my money and refuse to pay it back, you haven’t sent me a single email and are not answering my calls. If you were not trying to take my money why have you not tried to sort this issue out? It is extremely unprofessional. You have my email so get in contact with me to resolve this issue or I will leave these negative reviews up and keep pursuing this further. You can provide me with an email to contact you because I can assure you the story you hear from the shuttle company is false and I can explain if you provide a means of contact. IF I WAS ANYONE LOOKING AT BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL THIS IS YOUR WARNING NOT TO! save yourself as you can see how they treat paying customers! I purchased all inclusive for a week and you can clearly see they refuse to resolve a fault on their behalf or even provide a way to get in touch. This situation seems a little too convenient to me..

Booked a room with a balcony and 2 double beds. Got no balcony and a sofa bed. Staff promised to change it. Did not do that after a few attempts and got sassy with me. Aircon doesnt work, switch for the nightlamp doesnt work so it was on 24/7. I asked if I could have a sandwich at 730 (prior) because I had an early flight. No, breakfast starts at 8 AM.
