We had one night stay in this hotel cause it was near the airport( 2 adults + one kid).
The hotel is not for families or people who want to relax and enjoy. We couldn't sleep almost all night from the noise of the people. It felt like someone was screaming on our balcony but it was actually from the street, you can hear everything! People drinking, screaming, walking/running with high heels, yelling, smoking, playing loud German music...
The room was renovated and very clean but also very small. I can't imagine someone coming for whole week stay...
Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The location is very near the airport and the beach. We ordered taxi and it took us 8-10 min to arrive to the airport. It costs 19€ (night price)
The people working at the hotel were very polite and welcoming!

Based hotel. Stayd 5 nights, no problem at all except my sink broke and flooded the room but its ok they fixed it lol they gave me a towel to use pretty cool, also good price for the buffet and food is good and the staff is really friendly making good sangria

The hotel was ok but the guests! Oh man! You should avoid it if you have kids, maybe avoid the entire Palma beach area! Full of noisy drunken young German!!!!! Yelling and shouting non stop until 4am!!! They are not considerate and mindful at all! Worst experience with German people ever!!!

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a wellness spa where you can relax, they take care of every detail to take care of you.
This is utter nonsense and absolute false advertising. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the walls seem like they're made of paper, as you can hear every single noise from other rooms, and the housekeepers are banging about, knocking doors from before 8am.
Not only that, but the pool area was full of rowdy, drunk German guests during our entire stay, some of them broke a sunbed, broke glasses near the pool and were allowed to have their own music playing loudly while yelling at each other from the pool and balconies. After speaking to multiple members of staff, who ensured us they would be spoken to because guests are not permitted to play their own music, nothing was done to rectify this. It appears hotel policies are there to be ignored, not only by guests but also by staff.
The hotel is not worth the money and we left Mallorca extremely agitated and annoyed.
I have emailed the hotel, as I believe nearly €800 for 3 nights in this hotel, which is masking as a 4 star is ridiculous. However, unsurprisingly, I have not had a response. I don't know why I expected any different after the poor costumer service experience during our stay.

Really have no words to express how nice it was for us to stay here for our week in Mallorca. Perfect position, great room for our 2 kids and most of all, amazing staff that made us feel at home. On the last night we had an early flight and the breakfast was waiting for us at 4.00 in the night. What more to say than perfect!!! Thanks guys and if we ever come back to Mallorca we'll definitely stay at your place!
