Very nice hotel, well located. Rooms are good, with comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit small. Food is excellent, many thanks to Esther, the chef from the restaurant and the sunshine☀️ very nice personnel at the restaurant . We defenitely recommend this place, close to the beach, public transports. Thank you for the great and fun holidays we are having 🌸🤩👍

We recently spent a fantastic family holiday at Hotel BG Java in Can Pastilla, and it was an amazing experience! Our room had stunning views of both the sea and the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious every morning, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start the day. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming to us and especially attentive to our child, engaging with them at every opportunity and making them feel special. The only minor issue we encountered was that the housekeeping staff occasionally forgot to replenish the water, toilet paper, and toiletries in our room. However, this did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction. The hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the main beach, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. We were very pleased with the level of service and the wonderful atmosphere at Hotel BG Java. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Stole my money. I had transportation problems and didn't make it on time for the booking - couldn't cancel on Expedia on the day as it said reservation was ongoing. I called the hotel and receptionist confirmed their policy is to only charge first night for no shows, but they need to discuss process with their manager. Manager seems to have instructed them to cancel reservation and charge entire stay. I went to the hotel and said at least give me the room now if you're taking all my money and they refused. I complained to Expedia, who tried to contact hotel manager but said they didn't get any response but have asked the hotel to refund me. Hotel is ignoring request and won't return my money. I will recover it from my bank but want to warn other people not to trust this hotel with your money or financial details. Screenshots attached as evidence - be very careful. Also the location isn't great - not really in Palma city, instead on a very average part of the beach, very hard to park on the nearby streets and there's nothing but basic artificial bars and depressing style hotels. Much better off booking inside the city with a more respectable hotel.

Great hotel, very close to the Playa de Palma. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable, cleaning os regular. Food is very good, with a lot of local dishes. I will gladly come back here for a longer stay.

Beautiful hotel near the beach. Modern, clean rooms. In the nice bathrooms are free shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap, comb and more. First time in my life I have seen that it's possible to borrow a beach towel! Cool! But I had my own towel with me, cuz I didn't know. I would always rent the safe in the room because it's "better safe than sorry" and I happily pay and still have my passport, phone, money and stuff when I check out! The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, all dishes are fresh and tasty, the whole hotel staff is warm-hearted. The lovely lady who is the "Show-Cook" makes the best fried eggs for breakfast. I didn't try her yummy looking food for dinner because there's so much tasty food to try, impossible to eat so much, even though swimming in the Sea makes hungry 😅 The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel entrance but it's also no biggie to get a taxi, the nice staff will call for you and a taxi arrives 3 minutes later! The pool is clean and warm and I love that you can order drinks and snacks directly from your comfy place under the sun umbrella! I've enjoyed a few days and quiet nights in May 2024 and will visit Hotel Java in August 2024 again! And looking forward to come again in 2025 for sure! Absolutely recommend!
