Lovely hotel. Extremely rude and arrogant reception staff. Unhelpful and argumentative. Certainly not the way to speak to guests. Made me feel very attacked and upset. The cleaners were all very friendly and lovely. Just try to avoid the men on reception.

The night shift attendant (tall, thin, with a beard and black glasses) was a racist. He refused to provide service and was contemptuous. When I asked for his employee number and manager's phone number, he refused to provide them and told me he had no comment.
As a 4-star hotel, there is no direct drinking water and no kettle. When I asked the staff, I was discriminated against.
Sadly, so far, I haven't seen any positive response from the hotel to all the negative reviews.

I would like to start this review by highlighting the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly the reception team. They were incredibly helpful and made a real difference during my stay.
I had booked a package through Eurowings Holidays, but upon arrival, I discovered there was no reservation for my room. Unfortunately, there was no apology from Eurowings Holidays for the mix-up, which was attributed to a system error. As a result, I had to cover the full cost upfront and later seek reimbursement. While this situation was quite stressful, the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff helped alleviate the tension and made the experience much more manageable.
The hotel's location is excellent—approximately a 20-minute bus ride from the city center, with the sea promenade just around the corner. There are also plenty of options for grocery shopping nearby, so you can easily find anything you need.
The breakfast offered by the hotel was of high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
All in all, it was a very positive experience.
Would I book this hotel again? Absolutely!
Would I recommend this hotel? Without a doubt!

Very nice hotel, well located. Rooms are good, with comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit small. Food is excellent, many thanks to Esther, the chef from the restaurant and the sunshine☀️ very nice personnel at the restaurant . We defenitely recommend this place, close to the beach, public transports. Thank you for the great and fun holidays we are having 🌸🤩👍

Stole my money. I had transportation problems and didn't make it on time for the booking - couldn't cancel on Expedia on the day as it said reservation was ongoing. I called the hotel and receptionist confirmed their policy is to only charge first night for no shows, but they need to discuss process with their manager. Manager seems to have instructed them to cancel reservation and charge entire stay. I went to the hotel and said at least give me the room now if you're taking all my money and they refused. I complained to Expedia, who tried to contact hotel manager but said they didn't get any response but have asked the hotel to refund me. Hotel is ignoring request and won't return my money. I will recover it from my bank but want to warn other people not to trust this hotel with your money or financial details. Screenshots attached as evidence - be very careful.
Also the location isn't great - not really in Palma city, instead on a very average part of the beach, very hard to park on the nearby streets and there's nothing but basic artificial bars and depressing style hotels. Much better off booking inside the city with a more respectable hotel.
