Wow just wow. Budget hotel BUT, clean!! Fantastic service! Super comfy beds. Nice bathroom towels and shampoo, body wash and body lotion provided. The location is perfect, literally cross a road and on a gorgeous beach. We are planning another stay in December

Location was brilliant! However that’s all this hotel has got going for it!! Rooms were dirty and in poor condition. Hair was left on basin, in shower and on sheets along with stains on sheets. Reception staff don’t look like they want to be there and are quite rude and unprofessional. Advised my concerns with the young boy in reception and he shrugged it off and said “sorry”, not caring at all. Upon checkout asked whether they offer any transfer service to Alicante and the lady responded in a rudely manner “take a taxi”! No offer to call me a taxi! My suggestion.. stay somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

Arrived 2am 3/6/24 departed 5.30pm 6/6/24 Room only for 2 people.
After reading some of the reviews about casual pop art hotel i was a little concerned that i wouldn't enjoy my stay, We arrived over 3 hours late due to take off delays in machester but staff on reception were very helpful and we got the room key very quickly, arrived in room everything was clean and bottled water available.
Very good night sleep bed and pillows very very comfortable, bathroom was clean other than lime scale on plastic shower head but didn't cause me any concern, plenty of towels very soft and plenty of toilet paper.
There was complimentary comb, shower cap and ear buds in a little packet that was a nice touch.
Fridge and safe in room. Other downside was there was only about 6 coat hangers, so maybe pack some.
The room was cleaned, beds made and towels changed every day including first day. We didn't eat in hotel.
Day of departure check out was 12 midday. so we had time to nip out for breakfast then come back pack up then the hotel had a large room downstairs with toilets, showeres and lockers for cases 1 euro but you got this back when you picked up case. Overall for a 3*** hotel we had a fab time and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness,location and price.

Great location, Amazing View pet friendly hotel!
Great value to have a view of the sea! The view from our room was amazing. It's pet friendly and the rooms are decent! Staff were friendly. Location is great but you cant park in the hotel as there is no parking specific for the hotel. Parking is 150m away and I recommend to reserve it with the hotel so they can prepare the parking ticket for you.
We got the family room. Elevator near staircase was not working (they had it fixed up next day). There were no toiletries in the bathroom except for 1 toilet paper (1ply) and 1 small piece bar soap (theres no soap dish). There is shampoo and shower gel on the wall of the bath area. Left side of the sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock. One of the beds which was unfortunately my side, had some pieces of sharp plastic pieces in the middle of the bed, it was way under the cover sheets so it was there before we got there.
Overall I think it’s a great hotel considering the location and amazing view of the sea. We mainly chose this as this was a dog friendly hotel.

Great location, but the room smelled like sewage; I had to use towels to close the drains. It was dirty, and the breakfast felt like a kids' party.
