Apartments are in a great location., have all the basics in the kitchen..very clean and beds are very comfortable. Hot tub and pool. Pool bar open all day. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on a stag do with a group of 12 blokes. All in all, the hotel surpassed my expectations.
We booked through a popular stag-do company in the UK and just accepted the first accommodation we were given due to lack of availability but was pleased with how it panned out.
The hotel sits just on the outskirts of the new town and is fairly modern. The apartments were 1 bedroom with a lounge and a kitchenette. There’s two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Was plenty big enough for 4 guys that weren’t too bothered about sleeping given we were on a stag!
Only issue with the room was that the latch mechanism on the balcony door didn’t really work properly so it was sort of ‘open’ for the duration of the stay. Also, there was a lot of sticky mess in some of the bedroom drawers which hadn’t been checked / cleaned properly so unfortunately one of my t-shirts got muck on it but oh well!
The pool area was clean, plenty of sun beds, decent selection of beers at the bar. Only downside was the pool doesn’t open until about 10am - could have done with a dunk a little bit earlier to blow out the cobwebs from the night before but not a big issue.
Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff during the day who were a good laugh.
To summarise, the hotel was very good value, convenient and very accommodating of large groups!

The staff make this hotel! Overall great stay, the hotel is exceptionally clean outside beds/pool area is deep cleaned daily & quite peaceful (as peaceful as Beni gets). The housekeeping is every 2 days, something we never expected but for the 4 days we were there we had fresh towels. The balcony is huge and set in a decent location that you're not towered by other hotels. Downside is the air-con, when it worked it was barely noticeable. No issues with deposit either, that was transferred day of departure before landing back home.
Overall if you want to be close to the strip, 5mins from the beach and don't mind the lack of air-con then you'll love it.

Decent hotel. Basic but clean and all you need. Bed. Towels. Shower. Toilet. Does what it says on the tin. Staff friendly.

Just had a week here 1st time at these apartments normally stay at another one but I would definitely stay here again lovely staff big balcony very clean if I could just make 1 suggestion I struggled with the 4 steps to Recepción and I did see a gentleman with a stick fall up one maybe a handrail would be helpful
