Stayed here for a few days. Really good value, clean and tidy. Bed was a bit hard but this seems common across Spain. The view from the balcony was really good and even able to view the sea from floor 11.
Couple of streets back from the beach but not that far of a walk. Okay for a few days. The staff were really nice and the pool area looked good it was a bit cold to make use of those facilities though

We’ve just arrived back after a 3 night stay with a group of 11 on a hen do. The hotel was well located, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough back then there was no noise in the evenings. The hotel and rooms were very clean, modern well equipped with everything you need. The pool area was clean and well looked after, although in February the pool itself is too cold to use (as we expected) but we did lounge around on the sun beds for a few hours. There is a €200 deposit per room on arrival, but I had this back in my account just after arriving at Alicante airport on my return home. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite! The only downside is the sofa bed in the living room isn’t the most comfortable but is certainly manageable and not the worst I’ve slept on.
Thank you for a lovely stay! I would certainly return again on either a group booking or a family holiday.

Apartments are in a great location., have all the basics in the kitchen..very clean and beds are very comfortable. Hot tub and pool. Pool bar open all day. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

I have just spent another week here for Christmas and again really good but in my last review in June I did suggest a hand rail on the stairs to reception unfortunately there still isn't one I'm not to bad because my partner helps me but other people haven't got anybody. It's not put me off I will return.

Stayed here on a stag do with a group of 12 blokes. All in all, the hotel surpassed my expectations.
We booked through a popular stag-do company in the UK and just accepted the first accommodation we were given due to lack of availability but was pleased with how it panned out.
The hotel sits just on the outskirts of the new town and is fairly modern. The apartments were 1 bedroom with a lounge and a kitchenette. There’s two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Was plenty big enough for 4 guys that weren’t too bothered about sleeping given we were on a stag!
Only issue with the room was that the latch mechanism on the balcony door didn’t really work properly so it was sort of ‘open’ for the duration of the stay. Also, there was a lot of sticky mess in some of the bedroom drawers which hadn’t been checked / cleaned properly so unfortunately one of my t-shirts got muck on it but oh well!
The pool area was clean, plenty of sun beds, decent selection of beers at the bar. Only downside was the pool doesn’t open until about 10am - could have done with a dunk a little bit earlier to blow out the cobwebs from the night before but not a big issue.
Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff during the day who were a good laugh.
To summarise, the hotel was very good value, convenient and very accommodating of large groups!
