So I stayed here for 1 week and the rooms were brilliant size for 3 people. Good sized balcony and brilliant view of Benidorm’s finest buildings. Room was spotless when we walked in and a nice fresh smell when you walk in. Lovely new towels ready for you to use and the bathroom was a decent size brilliant shower space! Water heat was beyond exceptional!!! The pool area is great with a big pool and a kids pool right beside it, sun beds are available to be rented out for only €1.50. The reception has a bar offering a wide range of drinks including alcohol for the adults. I recommend this place for a holiday as it’s in the perfect spot with live entertainment down the street (Tommy’s Bar etc) and restaurants near by!!!

Recently stayed here for 10 nights for a family holiday. Few points ill make.
Staff are friendly
The pool is small and shared between 2 large apartment blocks. I had 2 kids with us and you could hardly move in the pool due to large groups of adults in the pool.
Everything is an extra if you want a sunbed its €1.50 per day there is no brollys for shade you have to try go under a tree but not allowed a bed on the grass. If you want air con it is €7.50 per day. If you use laundry its €10 for wash and dry. I only ever used the wash and was getting charged €5 but after third wash it went to €10 and was told you don't get a discount now.
It is a €150 deposit as soon as you arrive and to get it back you need to have your room spotless and beds stripped.
There is no maid service you have to go down for fresh towels every second day and fresh bedding every 4 days.
The hotel is full of young groups every night you'd get woke up between 2-4 in morning with people coming back from the pubs and people in the apartments then security would shout if don't keep it down you won't get deposit back.
I wouldn't class it as a family resort and neither did any locals you speak to. all you see is signs for sex clubs or exotic clubs and in shops its all rude lollys and magnets.
Apartments where presentable enough but wasn't overly clean also only 2 hobs and microwave so limited what can make food wise.
There is no restaurant or entertainment in the hotel and nothing near by for kids. Its not a resort i would go back to

Appartments excellent how ever this must be the only place in Benidorm that charges you for air-conditioning which at 7.5euros a day is not cheap, also I've never ever been charged for using sun beds round the pool,it's just a rip off to get as much money the can on you.
