Was dreading coming a group of 10 lasses for my sisters hen after reading the reviews but we arrived at around 1030am lady on reception was lovely blonde hair (no uniform) was brilliant throughout our stay.. let us go straight in our rooms the rooms where basic just what you need plus didn't pay arm and leg somewhere to shower and sleep, don't recommend the food in hotel if you walk out of hotel and turn right some lovely places to eat at top of street, pool wasn't the best pool but we all enjoyed ourselves and had fun, wouldn't say it was a hotel for families with young kids not much for them to do all in all 3 of staff amazing reception and both lad and lass on bar would stay again 😀

We stayed in these apartments for 7 nights we knew they weren’t the best but we did expect cleanliness if nothing else. On arrival we had to pay €50 deposit and pay for a safe which was in the reception area. The room was very dated and there was rust in radiators, bath very stained. Toilet not cleaned properly. Kitchen only had one socket in it. Beds were ok but when I changed the sheets myself mattress colour was very grimy and obviously not removed after last guests. When I closed bedroom door there was a pair of glasses lying so cleaning not up to much We stayed for 7 days and no bed change of sheets… temperature was 30• some days and there was no air conditioning. I went to ask for clean towels and was told it only after 4 days and we were on our 5th. We did ask for toilet rolls a few times and received them no bother. The pool area was just ok and cracked tiles in a few places. The staff were very abrupt except for one receptionist who spoke English. I would not recommend these apartments as the definitely are not clean and lack of bed and towel change was a big deal for us esp in the warm weather.

These apartments get a bad reputation from some, maybe their expectations are to high or what ever the reason may be. But these are cheap apartments, you aren't going to get the champagne treatment on a lemonade budget Now this is my 3rd stay here, reason being it's clean, basic and cheap. Your 10 mins from the strip and beach, 5 mins from indoor and outdoor market (on Wed and sun). Your located to a load of bars and restaurants right on your door step. The staff I have always found polite and helpful and always willing to help with what ever is needed. Yes it's dated and could do with an upgrade but again it's basic accommodation and affordable prices. Apartments consist of a living room with 2 sofa beds, bedroom with 2 single beds, a well stocked kitchen if you wish to cook etc, bathroom with a powerful shower and every room I've seen has a massive balcony. Has a big pool also has own bar and restaurant on site. WiFi is free in reception area but have to pay for it in your room also security deposit boxes are available at an extra charge If your looking for a cheap place to stay and not fussy as long as it's comfortable, clean bed and close to everything, my advice would be go here. It's no frills but there's a reason I keep coming back. Some tips for food and drinks aswel. My personal favourite for breakfast is Costa games 2 on bar on C. de Amsterdam, tartan bar is a 10 min walk for good Scottish breakfast, plenty of good choices for grills such as sizzler accross the road or country ribs located next to uncle peds. If your looking for home comforts food wise I'd suggest the Yorkshire pride brilliant food and portions, Sunday dinner and the Gammon out of this world, all you can eat Indian and Chinese just up the road to plus in the paddock cocktails are €3.50 all day every day. Plenty of cheap places to eat and drink aswel around hotel.

Absolute worst place i have stayed. Went on a stag do last month rooms are disgusting and beds are less comfortable than the pavement. No sound proofing so can hear room below making noises past 1am. Went to see receptions a blonde women and she said just knock the door..... will never return to this pit

The shameless woman on the front counter demands 50 euro before she even says hello. No toilet roll (have to buy your own) No towels until the 4th day (the day we left... even tho we had been asking!!) The room was about 3 inches big, It's absolutely no good for 4 people. No aircon either, it's an absolute sweat box The bath was black and toilet smelt like it had exriment in it for a week before we arrived Electrics didn't work Fridge had towels in when we arrived??? Please avoid this place like the plague
