Our stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing. The room didn’t match our expectations for a 4 star hotel—there was only a single sheet on the bed, with no duvet at all, which made it uncomfortable. The sink drained very slowly, and for two mornings, the water wasn’t working, so we had to wait to shower.
The balcony was also a letdown, as it faced a wall just a couple of feet away, making it impossible to enjoy any view or even see much of the sky.
On the positive side, the pools were nice, the staff was friendly and the location was great, but the issues with the room made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

All in all a good stay!
Loved the rooftop pool and bar, the bartenders wonderful, kind, helpful nd polite. Breakfast var alright, but eating area a bit cramped.
Rooms are small and there is little to none soundproofing. You can hear everything from/in the hallways.
Everything was very clean and neat, and I love their focus on sustainability!

Perfect location ! Staff were amazing and rooms outstandingly clean ! Two pools and a sun terrace, sometimes too busy so a stroll to the beach was just perfect ! The food was lovely, plenty of choice.
The rooftop bar has a fab vibe with great beverage choice.
Great to watch the sun set ! Ten mins from airport which was just ideal for starting your hols asap !
Highly recommend this hotel, especially being Adult only !

Phenomenal hotel, 10/10 would recommend! Perfect location, 50m from the beach, also walkable from the airport. Top tier personnel; everybody is ultra friendly, quick, professional. You are treated like a king/queen here. The food and drinks are otherworldly good. Easily the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen anywhere.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a good experience overall.
Our room was clean, with a large balcony. There is daily housekeeping if you choose. Our bathroom was small but functional. The room had a fridge and a safe which was useful (although there was an extra charge to use the safe which I found unusual, considering it is already in the room).
The hotel itself was well decorated and also very clean. It had two pools, both decent sizes. The downstairs pool area doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon which means it is very difficult to get a sun lounger by the rooftop pool as everybody wants to be up there! Both pools have a bar, and the drinks we ordered were nice (but quite expensive at €11 for a cocktail).
Breakfast was varied with plenty of different options. Dinners were OK, buffet-style. Not a huge amount of vegetarian choice but enough that I could have a couple of different things on my plate each evening.
The hotel is located in a very touristy town. Just about every shop is a souvenir shop, so if you’re looking for authentic Mallorca, I’d stay elsewhere. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was fine, but it’s worth travelling a short distance along the coast to nicer beaches. It is very quick and easy to get into Palma by public bus. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, so transfers are easy.
The staff at the hotel were all excellent.
