I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned that the evening entertainment can be heard from the 7th floor and goes on until 11.30pm at night. When I brought this up with the staff member on reception, he couldn't care less and was really rude about it.
They also don't provide drinks for lunch or dinner buffet. You have to buy them. I brought my own water and was challenged by a member of staff and told to leave it by the door. When I asked why it's a problem, she couldn't provide me with one. Very poor. Fair enough you want people to buy drinks, but don't take away the autonomy of people getting their own.
Apart from that, food was okay, rest of the staff were nice and it is conveniently located

The hotel is close to the airport and has a great bar with live music on some nights.
Issues:
- The rooms should be cleaner.
- I found a strand of hair on the bed.
- The food was disappointing at the dinner buffet.
- The hair dryer was not functional.
- Noise from the plumbing
- big hole in the ceiling over the toilet
On the other hand, the staff were very helpful with calling a taxi when leaving the hotel

I don’t normally review (appreciate those who do!) however I recently stayed here on a solo trip and it was lovely. I wanted somewhere close to the airport but still close to the beach and with a pool so chose this hotel. Found out after I booked that breakfast and dinner was included in the price and the buffet had plenty of options- I didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere to eat. I spoke to what felt like nearly all the staff during my staff and everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I felt so looked after, especially while being there alone. I loved the room with the view of the pool & the sea, loved the bar and the indoor hot tub- will definitely return🥰

My girlfriend and I decided to spend our vacation at this hotel, but I do not recommend it. It all started when we arrived on the first day of our vacation around 9 PM. We were greeted somewhat warmly but received no information. We had to make do with the leftovers from dinner, as the hotel was not prepared for late arrivals, even though everything was prepaid.
We wanted a room with a sea view, but it turned out that there was an additional charge for this. My boyfriend went to inquire at the reception. The next day, we wanted to store our valuables in the safe, and again, it turned out that we had to pay for the key to the safe.
The following day, we ordered drinks at dinner, and it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that they needed to be paid for separately, although no one had informed us of this, putting us in an awkward situation.
The cleaning was a separate issue. The cleaning was very superficial, with beach sand remaining on the floor. There were no signs or cards to indicate that cleaning was needed. The housekeeping staff could just walk in after knocking once and waiting a second. I had an unpleasant situation where I was drying my hair and a housekeeper suddenly entered.
The lock in our room worked poorly: sometimes the door wouldn't close, and sometimes the card didn't work. The reception staff reacted with annoyance, saying, "Oh, you have questions again?"
It was very unpleasant that on the first day, we were not given complete information about the hotel, dining hours, or any other important details. This is very unprofessional. We had to look up everything we needed to know on the internet.
The elevators are another story. There are only two, and if you manage to catch one, you are very lucky! The staff in the dining room speak only Spanish. If you don't eat quickly enough, they take your plates right from under your nose, which is disturbing. Once, I went to the dining room and wanted a seat by the window, but there were still dirty dishes there. The staff offered me another table, but I insisted on my choice and had to get new cutlery myself.
The air conditioning in the room works terribly and doesn't cool at all. The refrigerator turned out to be very small and also stood there for show, since it was not cold inside.
When you approach the staff at the reception, they make annoyed faces and show no friendliness or willingness to help. It seems that they are fed up with guests' questions.
Overall, the hotel left a very bad impression.

In general it's ok: close to the beach, some breakfast dishes are changing from day to day. Beds are quite bad: not fixed and creaking. I would to rate as 4, but during check out I had to pay for complement water in the room, what decreased the impressions significantly
