Beautiful hotel. Very clean. All the staff are really friendly. Food is good and very reasonable at the pool. Drinks at the bar are also very good value. I had my nails and hair done. Very happy. Only five minutes walk to all amenities.

Amazing hotel well run by Fatih. We experienced all room types. Standard, swim up and family room. All were great but we preferred the £90 per night swim up room. The hotel is now B&B not All Inclusive as it used to be. That suited us as we liked to eat out of an evening. Breakfast was excellent Turkish fayre. Air con in the rooms was efficient in the 38°C heat. Pools were a nice cool temperature to swim in. 2 water slides were open in the small pool. There were activities by the pool if you wanted to join in. Oh and there is a resident shop within the hotel run by Mr Chips. Good for buying inflatables and the usual fake designer stuff.

Great place really well situated, staff very friendly and make you feel so welcomed, would deffinatly recommend it if your holidaying in hisaronu. My only negative thing to say is there's no all inclusive, its very expensive on hotel grounds and cant pay cash it all goes on a card which you pay either every day if preferred or on the last day could be a very expensive break if you staying around pool all week. Would still stay here again though as had an excellent week

best hotel I've stayed. cannot fault it so clean value for money. has 1 down fall breakfast..... like waiting for a dental appointment the queues were horrendous. but no bacon sausage etc etc only downfall but hotel itself is fantastic. best 10 days ever. this hotel has got be best in hisoranu thank you to all the staff..... well done

The hotel is definitely NOT a 5star hotel, so don’t get fouled, The WiFi was keep cutting off or not working, Couple of times electricity has switched off during the day for some time, Breakfast overall was okay, If you looking to eat any other meal prices are very high, Charging my phone was taking ages so needed to charge in the restaurants, Shower head was falling off, Everything in the bathroom was leaking water from shower to toilet and sink and the room was upgraded one swim up room. Check out time is ridiculous at 12pm- we had flight going at 11 o’clock at night and needed to leave room already at noon- we asked if we can prolong couple hours more and they gave us price of £45 extra. They don’t mention there is a shower room in the hotel which you can book I think would be handy. There is free shuttle bus to the beach for which entrance you have to pay 400LT per person and it has to be booked with your travel agent day before at least be careful some of them will try making money of you, Overall- I have expected a little bit better experience from 5* hotel
