Just returned after a week. Despite this being advertised as a 5 star it definitely wasn't. Room was dated constant issues with balcony door sticking very dated hair dryer in room which was awkward use and got very hot to hold ! Bathroom was difficult go get into the bath an slippy. Food was worst ever had in Turkey an most days we were left hungry and pauly as alot of it was watery an meat undercooked pools were extremely cold and ladders loose when getting out hall of hotel is stunning, beds comfortable and is clean and great location. Just not what we had been promised.

Quality from the moment you arrive if you don't believe me come and see for yourself food drinks snack bars late night soupthe entertainment Spa gym cleanliness in all areas😊 Delightfully quirky with something for everyone. I like the fact high adult ratio. Great place I dare you to find fault 🙃 Will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised as reading the reviews on route I was a bit concerned. To be honest I stayed at Marmaris Palace in May and its sister Grand Yazici Club Turban in July, so I think I can make a fair imput to this boutique hotel. With regards to staffing and problems therein I have to disagree- i found a very warm welcome from Serdar and his team front of house. I have found everyone to be friendly, I think it depends on the way you engage with people. For sure in the kitchen they could smile more and be more engaging. I have only one complaint with one person who doesn’t engage and clearly not a happy bunny ( may be stuff going on in her life and therefore rude to name ). This place is growing on me, however for me the food is the problem. Taking to some staff it’s been the same for 20 years. Breakfast for me is very poor, limited fruits no fresh juice / sweetened juices that will rot your teeth and the variety is way below par if trying to maintain its 4 star status. Lunch and dinner is better but very repeated, and you simply cannot serve salmon daily as it can be considered a bit risky from a health perspective. Security is also very poor and not much presence. Rooms lovely, staff make up for everything but sadly the food is not as good as it should be.!

I am very pleased with this small and cozy hotel! great service! I’ll give it 5 stars, but I wanted the dessert table in the kitchen to be more varied, I didn’t like it at all! I hope you’ll work on this issue! I want to especially thank the guys who entertained us with games of darts and volleyball, Alyina and Hamdi! You lifted the mood! good luck to you guys, I'll miss you

I come here over 10 times. Hotel is very elegant , homely, loads of things available, comfortable rooms. I think the best thing ever is the food , so much tasty. Special people is Umit ,Hasan ,Bengu ,Mr Omar and Irfan for making our holiday especially amazing. There is one other man I don’t know his name but I always saw him working in the silence pool, an older man. He was amazing too.
