I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Lagos! One of the highlights of my trip was Mikael, a wonderfully friendly and kind staff member. Chatting with him over breakfast each morning became something I genuinely looked forward to. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring guests are comfortable and happy truly stood out—he stopped by multiple times during breakfast to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed.
The rooms were spotless, and parking was always convenient, which made our stay even more stress-free. A special bonus was their friendly cat, Gouku, who would visit us during breakfast. It was such a delightful touch that made the experience extra memorable.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Lagos. The combination of clean accommodations, excellent service, and Mikael’s warm hospitality will make your trip unforgettable!

Big shout-out to housekeeping. The rooms were cleaned daily, efficiently and thoroughly. Bed linen and towels were changed frequently and were very clean. Our room (1 bed with amazing ocean view )was spacious a little tired but very clean and with great bathroom acoustics for singing in the shower!
The front of house staff were all friendly, courteous and professional. Very welcoming.
Bonus features- the swallows (house martins?) which nest in the eves around the back of the building are amazing, they feed around dusk and you get to watch them from really close range! Wonderful. But the real star of the hotel is Goku (I'm not sure if that's spelt right ) he's gorgeous and the most chilled little fellow you'll ever meet.❤️ If he decides to sit on your lap feel feel honoured.
Slight down - it's a twenty minutes walk to the shops. (Obviously not their fault) But there's a regular bus however if you do walk remember it feels much longer on the way back in the heat of the day particularly with all you beer and shopping!

Couldn’t beat the view from the balcony looking over the beach out to the sea with a lovely terrace. The staff was wonderful. I wake up really early so I would go down early and have coffee. Arturo and Michael (Miguel) were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Lagos.

Immaculately clean studio across from a beautiful beach with a nice restaurant. The towels smelled amazing. The bed was very comfortable . Nice sunny patio. Loved the infused water at the reception desk .

A complete disaster
we stayed at apartment 311.
Cleanliness is very very bad: the blue pillows on multiple chairs have multiple stains each, the bed sheets have stains to the point we had to ask for new ones to be brought in.
The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation work and is not even maintained properly: we had to ask for the pipes to be unclogged, there is not a single holder for your bottle of shower gel or shampoo, the shower cabin is fitted to the ground with 3cm of white caulk that is not applied properly and looks unfinished.
The noise of the air conditioning ventilation at ground flour is heard all night in the third floor and keeps guests from sleeping!
On a Monday morning at 8:00 we are woken up by the sound of the lawn mower on for 30 minutes!
The price for the stay is appallingly high given the state of the apartments and even when compared to other hotels a few hundred meters away that offer much much better quality.
