I do not recommend. We have stayed few times in this hotel and never again. Despite our kind requests to be accomodated on a high floor after arrival we always got a street level room, which is horrible. You are promised a nice view but instead get 2 sets of metal fence and a street with many buses passing in front of your nose, since the morning. For this price you can find much better options around and be sure that they will not accomodate you 2m from the main street. Do not risk, just chose a hotel without such a practices ... selling illusions online.

The staff here were simply amazingly helpful and friendly. The pool and poolside were lovely and clean and the 1M high toughened glass around the pool adds more safer access, especially for children.

As at home, you are having your ups and downs but what stays is always caring staff!
Ups:
- I really like how they genuinely care and all is smoother with WhatsApp support
- Welcome home sign!
- filtered water at the room and equipped kitchen
- every three days cleaning service with towel exchange
- best sunsets!
- they provided fitness equipment at my terras due to medical needs
- hotel provide a shuttle to neighbouring cities for shopping
Downs:
- my room was located in front of the main street which led to a lot of noise! I would specify this before coming next time to be located in calmer appartment
- they are in refurbishment but didn't provide of what exactly. I booked this place due to fitness after injury and they were refurbishing that exact segment during my visit. I recommend to write them prior hand in case you are coming for a specific reason, they are really responsive!
- it has a view in sea but the accommodation is located 15 min by walk which was not ideal for my between meetings breaks :)
- there is no proper supermarket by walking distance
I would put 5* as everything was balanced at the end but the location of my apartment at the main street was quite disturbing my stay! Thank you to all staff for your kind service and see you again!

My husband and I have had an amazing time.
Staff are so nice and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Yes it is uphill but taken slowly it is not so bad.
Liked the free bus to take you to and from Puerto Rico and Port Mogan. Always on time.

Always a enjoyable stay here, staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful, never overly busy so no need to get up early to get a sun lounger, good restaurant and bar, food was top class , I will definitely be back
