Just finishing a two weeks stay. My husband and I have had an amazing time. Staff are so nice and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Yes it is uphill but taken slowly it is not so bad. Liked the free bus to take you to and from Puerto Rico and Port Mogan. Always on time. Food really nice Whole hotel spotlessly clean

As at home, you are having your ups and downs but what stays is always caring staff! Ups: - I really like how they genuinely care and all is smoother with WhatsApp support - Welcome home sign! - filtered water at the room and equipped kitchen - every three days cleaning service with towel exchange - best sunsets! - they provided fitness equipment at my terras due to medical needs - hotel provide a shuttle to neighbouring cities for shopping Downs: - my room was located in front of the main street which led to a lot of noise! I would specify this before coming next time to be located in calmer appartment - they are in refurbishment but didn't provide of what exactly. I booked this place due to fitness after injury and they were refurbishing that exact segment during my visit. I recommend to write them prior hand in case you are coming for a specific reason, they are really responsive! - it has a view in sea but the accommodation is located 15 min by walk which was not ideal for my between meetings breaks :) - there is no proper supermarket by walking distance I would put 5* as everything was balanced at the end but the location of my apartment at the main street was quite disturbing my stay! Great staff, very friendly. Clean and basic apartments and very comfortable beds. A very useful curtesy bus to take you to the nearest towns and ports. Its is up on a big hill, but taxi back up is very cheap if you do not want to walk it. A great water park at the bottom of the hill, walking distance.

Great resort, walk-in shower, big balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers. Inside you've got a small kitchen, comfy sofa and TV. Bed is king-size with a comfy memory foam topper. The English TV channels are limited though on the TV, sky news/ BBC news/cnbc. The pool is salt water and very clean and there is a bar, restaurant and small shop on site. Parking is available if you've hired a car, but book that in advance because the alternative is a VERY long walk down the hill.

Quite area, steep hill to hotel, taxi on way back. Lovely apartments very well equipped. Spacious clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Deffo come back
