Having read the reviews we were not expecting the quality and choice of the food to be that good. We were totally wrong. It was excellent! Plenty of choice and the food was always freshly cooked and of very good quality. The rooms were clean, a comfortable bed and a great shower. All that we want in a room which we only sleep in. We would however had liked some soap by the sink in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the solarium on the 8th floor had the floor covering renewed as it's very tatty and a trip hazard. I can understand the wind problems but some umbrellas up there would be very welcome. Overall the hotel was excellent and above our expectations. We will certainly come again.

The hotel is more than what you expect for a 3 star hotel. The staff is the best staff I have ever met in a hotel. Super nice and friendly people who will go over and beyond to help you. Very hardworking and professional. Congratulations to all the waiters in the restaurant and pool bar, you are all amazing! Location is perfect, near shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop. The hotel is very clean and it has a good family atmosphere. The animation is really good. I recommend all inclusive, it is worthy! I will come back!

Very run of the mill, but that’s not a bad thing as the hotel as a whole is decent. Pool is good and the drinks/ice cream at the bar is nice to have. The food options though are not great as there isn’t much variation day to day with the quality of the food being edible but nothing great. The rooms get the job done but if you’re wanting a cold air conditioned room this isn’t for you as the room stays around room temperature to warm, with different rooms varying which isn’t great.

When booking this hotel with jet2 holidays it was advertised as a 4.5 star hotel, now our booking was a year before so it is understandable that ratings can change as it was 3.7 as of 07.24. Going off other peoples reviews and descriptions of the hotel we decided to give it a go, however I would not be staying at this hotel again and I wouldn’t recommend it to any friends/family. The only good thing about the hotel was the beds and the turtle pond, it was a standard level of clean however there was lots of broken tiles on the floor(pool area was very clean).The food is definitely not for any fussy eaters as the only thing would be bread or chips, one night the meat was cows liver and monk fish which I know most children/fussy eaters would not eat. The snack bar had cold hotdogs and very burnt burgers, as well as this, all of the food was very bland and could tell it was just a rush to make a big batch. They had broken glasses to use which a child could have cut their lip on if it wasn’t noticed. Barely any of the staff could speak English and if they could it was the very basics like “okay” “thank you” “how are you” and all of the entertainment was in Spanish other than if you chose an English song on karaoke night. The bartenders didn’t know what a straw was called in English. The first night we had music on our balcony and the security guard asked us to turn it off which we did, 5 minutes later he came to the balcony side of the hotel and told us to be quiet(we were having a normal volume conversation and playing cards) to which we said we had turned our music off and that it was the strip outside. 10 minutes after that he came back again and threatened to ring the police to kick us out if we didn’t go inside our hotel rooms(understandable if we were loud but it was a normal conversation). The next day they called up to our room and said “no noise tonight okay” even though we had repeatedly explained it wasn’t our music and it was the bar over the road(they have the same playlist each night and it isn’t hard to tell it was not our music). The meeting bar has no bartenders inside so you have to walk all the way to the back of the hotel(from the front) to get drinks if you want to sit in that area. In addition to this, the pool is mostly very deep and there is only a small area which is 1.1 metres where as the rest was 1.8. I was using the bathroom(see through door) and a cleaner knocked to which I said can you come back in 5 minutes I have no clothes on, to which she replied no English and came into the room and into the bathroom whilst I had no clothes on about to get into the shower. The cleaners also came in to our room as we were in there and screamed “out” while pointing to our feet to get us to leave the room so she could clean- I can understand that is her job and she needs to tidy the room however it could have been said in a nicer manner. Overall, it isn’t a bad hotel if you are on a budget and aren’t a fussy eater but otherwise I suggest staying clear of the hotel.

Nice enough hotel, you get what you pay for. Food is decent enough, no complaints on variety. Don't expect 5 star food for 3 star prices and you'll be OK. My only gripe is not having access to a shower on the return day since we have to be out the room by 12 and dont fly till 10pm. I understand that the hotel is at capacity due to peak season so are unable to extend room, but there should be a communial shower available to freshen up.
