Stayed at this hotel recently having already stayed at the Bull Victoria up the road. Amazing spa areas with all the usual sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pools plus the very relaxing Dead Sea Pool. Buffet food was excellent and always had different options every night. We are vegetarian and found plenty to fill out plates! Would definitely go back.

I have visited this hotel three times. Last time this year in February. I really love it, it offers a lot of things to do, such as nice poolarea with Aquagym, very nice SPA-area especially in case of bad weather, nice and quiet solarium area on the roof (could have been more sunbeds though) and lots of other activities.
The food was better the last time I visited, in 2020, but I still could fine very good food most of the time. Fresh orange juice in the morning was delicious!!
The bar had good service, most of the time. Quality brands on alcohol, the drinks where so-so. Some of the personal in the bar was a bit arrogant, but I would like to give five stars to IRINA, who was always kind, serviceminded and very friendly. David was also a very nice bartender. Animation guy was really nice, but he talked a little bit too fast, which made him a bit hard to understand. His aquagym wasn't top if the line, but I really enjoyed it every time, and left the pool with a big smile.
Massage in the SPA was very good and well worth the money.
Wi-Fi was bad though and elevators were small...
Cleaning in all areas was perfect, five stars.
I'd really love to come back soon.

The whole team at the hotel was very nice.
I especially have to praise the team in the kitchen and at the bar.
The staff there were very friendly, attentive and courteous. You could tell that they weren't playing a role (which is certainly also part of service), but really put their hearts into it and did a great job.
A very special thank you to Caty and Elisabeth (Wellness) who brought the sunshine with them.
Best regards ✌🏻

We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, a party of three (two adults and one 3-year-old child). From the start, it was clear that this hotel lacked even the most basic understanding of hospitality. We were exhausted, but the rude woman at the reception didn’t offer us a seat and instead began searching for something on the computer, demanding some vouchers. Is this the 90s? Then, she essentially ordered us to fill out some forms by hand.
After 30 painful minutes, she finally managed to handle the computer and informed us that our room was not ready yet. She handed us a key to the luggage room and sent us off to wander around.
Hungry, we bought food at the pool bar, which was utterly disgusting—do not pay for it. The hotel had very few families with children, so be prepared for older German tourists, who endlessly smoke and drink, glaring at you and your child disapprovingly.
After the awful meal, we returned to the reception, where a group of elderly German tourists were filling out the same forms we had previously completed. Despite us having already done so, the rude receptionist made us wait until all the tourists had filled their forms, received their keys, and left. Some elderly guests tried to cut the line and responded to our remarks with, “I don’t speak English.”
After another 30 minutes of painfully slow waiting, we finally got our room key. Upon entering the room on the 6th floor, I immediately noticed the balcony door was open, which was dangerous as we were with a child. When I tried to close it, a part of the door, along with some magnets, fell out. Additionally, there was a gap between the balcony and the wall that couldn’t be closed.
The most concerning issue was the sleeping arrangement for our child. We had contacted the hotel two weeks prior to inquire about a suitable bed for our 3-year-old. In the room, there was a baby travel cot that clearly stated it was unsafe for children over 85 cm and 15 kg. We raised this with the reception, and the rude woman returned, half-heartedly fixed the balcony door, and dismissed the gap as a construction issue. She didn’t believe us about the cot until we showed her the label.
When asked about the safety of the sleeping arrangement, she suggested adding another single bed, which wouldn’t fit in the room. The two single beds in the room were pushed together but were on wheels and kept sliding apart, creating a dangerous gap. I explained that as a pregnant woman, sharing a bed with my child was unsafe, but she bluntly said they had nothing else.
Housekeeping later suggested our child sleep on a massage table, as it was lower to the ground, which was absurd.
We wanted to leave immediately, but the staff refused to refund us for the first night, despite the safety issues being entirely their fault. There were no apologies—just rude and unhelpful behavior from the staff. The hotel’s disregard for guest safety, particularly that of a pregnant woman and a child, was appalling.
We had no choice but to stay the night to avoid losing money. I had to share a single bed with my child, resulting in a sleepless night. The bathroom had a broken dispenser with something resembling dish soap, and there was a tiny bar of soap barely enough for one person.
In the spa, towels were available only for cash payment, hinting at some sort of money-grabbing scheme. At dinner, expect constant stares from the same elderly guests who seem incapable of polite behavior.
This hotel is not just a zero—it is unsafe, dirty, unfriendly, and lacking basic courtesy. No apologies, no responsibility. I hope this hotel closes permanently to prevent others from facing harm.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Has definitely the best gym, a very large spa and it is free of charge. The service is brilliant, very clean and cosy. The food is awesome. I would give it 5 stars, since it is far better than many 5 star hotels I have been to.
