Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of food, so everyone can find something they like. The beach is close, although the walk back is a bit of a workout 😉. A great hotel, especially for families with children. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks for the lovely stay! Super clean, master suite is 5/5, nice cocktails, good variety of food. Amazing sax guy made our night one night, what a surprise! Older gentleman in the lobby bar was our favourite, too. Just would've wished little bit more entertaiment for adults, but all in all great stay - especially for families with kids. Book amazing master suite with jacuzzi and upgrade your holiday :)

Unbelievable holiday from start to finish. Excellent facilities in a very clean environment.
A huge ‘Thank You’ to the efforts of employees behind the scenes that made seamless transitions from one day to the next.
Hotel staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.
The food was Top Drawer - enough choice of quality items to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Staff were always on hand to advise and assist with table setting and clearance.
Can’t fault anything - superb holiday!
Thank You!

A great hotel with a lovely pool. Food and drink on the all inclusive was very good.
Rooms clean but basic. There is a kettle but no coffee tea etc.
Location, hotel is up a large hill but there is a free bus to the beach and also another bus that takes you to maspalomas.
There are bars and restaurants along the sea front. Beach is large with fine sand. Sea a little rough at the time we were there. I didn't notice many shops around the area apart from convenience stores.
Worth a visit if you don't like busy places.

We stayed at Abora Interclub for 8 days in August, traveling as three generations: myself, my mom, and my 1-year-old daughter. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, though there are some areas that could be improved.
What we really enjoyed:
- The staff were wonderful – always warm, smiling, and especially kind to our daughter. The cleaners in particular were so sweet to her every day, which made us feel very welcome.
- The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was quite good for an all-inclusive setup. There was plenty of choice, and although the variety across days wasn’t huge, you could still be creative with combinations. Quality was generally good, with the exception of some fish dishes.
- Our family room was a good size for 2 adults and a child, with enough space to move around.
- The animation team struck a great balance – they were friendly and engaging, but not pushy. You could take part or just relax, and they made a real effort to include different languages.
- There were always enough sunbeds available, which made the pool days stress-free.
- The children’s pool and water play area were fantastic – our baby loved crawling around the sprinklers!
Where we think there’s room for improvement:
- The snack corner looked appealing, but the food there was always the same (fruit, hotdogs, hamburgers, fries) and not very fresh after sitting out. A little more variety or fresher turnover would make a big difference.
- Not everything felt truly “all-inclusive.” For example, you had to pay extra for the safe, for towel changes, and even for bottled water in the room. The lack of a small daily water bottle felt especially inconvenient with a baby who needs clean water for bottles – paying more than €3 per bottle in the restaurant area didn’t feel right.
- The fridge in the room turned out not to be a proper fridge but more of a “cooling box,” which isn’t really what you expect when it’s advertised as a fridge.
- The hotel isn’t in the nicest surrounding area – there aren’t many shops or a boulevard within walking distance.
- The children’s play area could use more shade, as it’s almost fully in the sun, which is tough in summer. Also, the ground surface (sand and small stones) isn’t great for crawling babies as it can scratch their legs. It’s more suited to older kids.
Other notes that might help future visitors:
- The walk to the nearest beach (with a stroller, avoiding stairs) is about 15 minutes. It’s a pleasant walk and once there, you can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €9.
- The hotel shuttle to the beach only runs twice daily (9:00 and 11:30), and seats can fill up quickly.
- A taxi to Playa del Inglés costs €8–9 one way, so it’s an easy option if you want more variety.
Overall:
We had a nice stay, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff, the food, and the family-friendly pool areas. For families with young children, the lack of included water and the setup of the play area are worth noting, but if those details were improved, the hotel would be much stronger.
