I've been to this hotel several times but this is the first visit since the upgrade to 4* . Rooms are compact but functional. I found the bed very comfortable, I suppose it's a personal thing. The staff are great and service was excellent. We had an issue with noise on our floor even after requesting a quiet room but the hotel staff resolved this quickly the best they could and moved us.
It was lovely to see the maitre d, Pepe, again after so many years. Pool scene great and no issues with getting sunbeds at any time of the day. For hotel buffet, great food choices too.
Didn't watch the evening entertainment, it started too late for us but overall a great hotel in a good location very close to the beach.

Spent a week here with the family for our summer hols.
Its a typical big pool, big hotel deal. Lots of sunbeds and they don't open the pool till 9 to stop sunbed reservation madness.
Food was excellent and a HUGE range of items each day.
We didn't use the bar or make use.of the evening entertainment however what drinks and ice cream we did have was reasonably priced considering you're a captive audience.
Staff were friendly, room was clean and the whole place was kept clean and well maintained.
Gym is well equipped and clean, all facilities were working and well maintained. Dining hall is large and well staffed. Location is just off a main road through Alcudia and 5 mins from the beach, bus stop is 30 seconds away and the port about a 20 minutes walk along the beach. Our room was small but in good order and suitable for a family, especially as you don't spend much time in your room.
We had a great week and will look to come back.

Superb hotel. Staff from waiters to cleaners to reception all give first class service. Food may not have a high selection like some big hotels, but they are flavoursome and hot. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side, but more than adequate. The location of the great beach is not far at . Local buses are plenty scan credit card on and off, reasonable prices. The only thing not reasonable are eating and drinking out places,,,,well I am comparing with abuferia in Portugal where things were a lot cheaper. Sea was very warm , sand and concrete walkway above beach never too hot you could not walk bare foot. Plenty of trees around you could easily sit and enjoy.

The hotel was ok but not a 4 star, more like a 3 star. Very basic food and not a lot of choice. The room was small and basic. Bedding wasn’t changed. Poolside entertainment was boring. There was a shop near the hotel which was good but for any decent bars and restaurant, it was a 20 minute walk to the port. The pool was lovely and clean but the sun beds were uncomfortable. I would not return.

Arrived to a very warm welcome. The receptionist was lovely, Friendly and informative. The reception area was clean and open - inviting If you like.
Our room was on the 1st floor and was clean, fresh, a good size with a balcony and table and chairs. The shower was fab and the beds were very comfortable. You do get a bar of soap and shower gel and shampoo fixed to the wall in the shower.
I cannot fault the hotel but so not class it as 4 star due to the below;
You have to pay for the safe, pool towels and I think the local tax should be included, but we were aware of these things on booking hence my good rating. You do not get any little extras like I usually get with a 4 star, ie; toiletries etc. the cleaners were excellent and everyday just after breakfast.
The breakfast times are 7.45-10.45 everyday. The restaurant was always spotless and staff
Friendly. You had an array of choice, from cereal, cold meats, breads, yoghurts and the choice of fresh fruit was fantastic. Cooked breakfast was plentiful and there was an egg
Station for omelettes. The plates were taken away regularly and everything was always kept
Topped up.
The pool area was lovely and very clean. You never had to rush for a sun bed which is a breath of fresh air.
The hotel is right by bus stops which is fab should you wish to go out. There are pubs and bars all by the hotel. S’Amfora is a fantastic restaurant and the bar Aqua at the end of the pier was my favourite as it is so Beautiful and you can sit and see the sun doing down the food is lovely as well. There is a little strip of food bars at night about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, just look up Funny Bunny and there is also Mucky O’Maras Irish bar and they have a live singer 5 days a week. The poet is about a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel and the old
