The hotel itself is fine, but the setup leaves a lot to be desired. All the rooms only have single beds, even for two people. If you're sharing a room, you'll get two single beds pushed together, each with its own single blanket or duvet—not an ideal arrangement. The rooms are also quite small, and housekeeping doesn’t seem to replace the bedding unless you specifically ask them. Instead, they just make the beds. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority, as empty bottles or used glasses are left for you to dispose of yourself.
Additionally, we had to pay a minimum of 40 euros just to use the safe in the room and another 30 euros for the iron. I've never had to pay for a safe or iron anywhere else in the world. It felt like every little thing came with an extra charge, making it clear that the hotel is designed to extract as much money as possible from its guests. For example, after a midnight fire alarm—where staff were nowhere to be found and guests waited outside for over 30 minutes before going back inside on their own—we asked if we could check out just one hour later, given that checkout is at 11 a.m. and check-in isn't until 3 p.m. But guess what? They wanted to charge 30 euros for that extra hour. It's absolutely ridiculous.
Apart from that, the location is good.
The late night shows every night are entertaining, and the bar and restaurant staff are amazing.

We have been here 4 times now since 2015 and we've loved every time we have been here. Alcudia itself is lovely, the hotel is always really clean and the staff have always been great! The rooms aren't the biggest but they are clean and well presented, well worth the money.
The pool is lovely and the snack bar is reasonable.
Breakfast and dinners here are still one of the best I've ever had in my opinion, fantastic variety!
You really cannot go wrong. I'll be back again eventually!

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we experienced a significant delay in checking in due to a large number of families with children and only one staff member on duty. The standard double rooms were unfortunately very small. If you have two pieces of luggage and a pushchair, navigating the room is quite challenging. Additionally, the "double bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, which would separate during the night, causing discomfort.
We arrived after midnight and found that there was no water in the room. We had to wait until morning to purchase some. Furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities such as tea and coffee, which is quite unusual for a hotel. When we inquired at reception, we were told that these items are not provided. Borrowing items like an iron, fan, or microwave requires a deposit plus an additional fee of 10-15 € for three days, which seems unreasonable.
We also faced issues with the availability of basic items. When we requested paper cups, we were told we could only get them if we purchased something from the bar. Another night, when we asked for extra ice, the bar staff weren’t very happy to provide us by telling us the manager is watching them and they are not allowed to provide ice unless it’s in a drink bought from the bar. Some of the reception and bar/restaurant staff were quite rude. Their poor English skills and lack of courtesy were noticeable, with some not even saying "sorry" or "thank you." It seemed that a few staff members did not enjoy their jobs.
One night, we found a huge cockroach in our room, which was terrifying. The hotel should take measures to prevent such occurrences, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay.
On the positive side, Yasmin and the two boys from the mini club and hotel activities were very kind, polite, and knew how to make guests have fun. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, although the chef struggled to manage cooking eggs and toasts alone during peak times. The variety of food overall was excellent and somewhat salvaged our experience. Additionally, the hotel not being full meant that there were always spare umbrellas by the pool, allowing us to relax and enjoy.
Overall, the hotel did not live up to the price we paid, but the variety of food and the not-too-crowded pool area were redeeming features.

The rooms are small. No kettle. Have to pay for kettle hire, safe hire and iron hire.
Arrived at 4am and no water in fridge, no kettle to boil water and couldn't take medication . Drinks machine broken.
There are much better hotels for a little bit extra which don't charge for everything .
My room was to the back, and balcony always in the shade constantly. View down below to bins where persons were urinating at night . I asked to be moved rooms as soon as I arrived. Was advised I could have a slightly larger room with no balcony and the pool facing rooms didn't have balcony ( nonsense)
Towards the end of the holiday I got an e mail from manager. I Explained I wasn't able to meet at short notice as I had plans - however then I explained what the issues were - received a few condescending emails which offered nothing to help the situation , the manager appeared to just what to correct me and offer nothing proactive.
This is not a 4 star hotel by UK standards

Very small room. We went for breakfast and the food quality was good, however the noise in the canteen/restaurant is horrendous. So bad that we chose never to go back even tho we had already paid for B&B. The reason is everything is marble, there are no soft furnishings in the hotel and waiters clean tables and sort dishes and cutlery in the same noisy room, crashing and banging on top of noisy chatter. Walking down the corridors from your room you can hear the crashing and noise.
Rooms are clean, the shower would warm up and go cold by itself.
Pool area is nice, and the water was quite warm which was nice.
Would I go back... No.
