We are a family of four and we have just finished a ten night stay at the hotel. We had a great time and didn't want to leave. The hotel it self has just transitioned to a family hotel. Over the ten days you could see constant improvements to the facilities. So much to do and the animation club is great for the kids. Gabriel and his team keep the kids entertained while the adults can take part in other entertainment or just relax. Three different pools mean that you don't have to listen to the kids going crazy all the time. The rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning in the rooms are excellent, I had to turn it off at times. The dinning facility was busy but you could get a good variety of food and we never had to queue. I will be booking again next year. Expectations? I suppose it depends on what kind of person you are. A family holiday for me it is to have a good time and expect a few problems along the way.

The hotel was great. Bar staff very good. me and one of my boys didn’t like food but maybe down to taste. But was plenty on offer. To be fair the animation team made our 10 day holiday. Me the wife and the boys had a great time. We don’t usually do activities but the animation team got us into darts pool and other activities so thank you everyone especially the animation team great work thank you guys. Trust me we will be back hopefully see some regular faces. Thank you all

Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone. Drinks are unlimited from 10.30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. All staff were nice and friendly. The beach is a few minutes away, with lots of restaurants, fast food places & little shops for drinks/snacks. The entertainment was fine, the sound system was a bit quiet so couldn't really hear the singers, but it's what you make of it.

have enjoyed one week family holiday. the rooms are modern & very clean, fresh towels daily. the food was good quality for all inclusive, always a variety of dishes to choose from. we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars. only negative is the cues at the bar are too long & entertainment is aimed at much younger children. staff are helpful & polite. jet2 rep on site most days.

Gabriel the entertainment manager was brilliant with the whole family. He is creative and great with the children and adults, encouraging them to take part in activities. Evening entertainment was good, some nights brilliant. The whole events and entertainment team are wonderful and make all the difference to this hotel. Most of the staff are really helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff are great! Room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were helpful when we had an issue on our room. Food was plentiful, some of it lacking in seasoning, but on the whole good. The only issue we had was a leaking ceiling in the suite bathroom, it took quite a few days to fix and the bathroom was like a river, luckily we used to waste bin to collect the water until it was fixed, around 5 days later. I would come to the resort again with smaller children and younger teens. If you have a later flight you will need to leave your luggage in the hotel luggage room. There are lockers that cost €2 each time you open them. If you don’t have a €2 coin you may be in trouble. The hotel reception staff were not that helpful and it took a bit of a stressful conversation to finally get a token in exchange for 2 x €1. It shouldn’t be like that and definitely made for a slightly stressful time for my daughter who was trying to exchange the Money for a token.
