My family and I went for a week end of September and we had a great time.
All inclusive was good value for money.
Great selection of drinks and food although I found the food to be a bit bland and lacked in flavour the desserts were amazing.
Resort was great for families, we went in group of 10 kids from 18mnths to 15years there was something for everyone.
Entertainment was great Brian and crew were so good and Brian had everyone involved.
Part of the all inclusive is yhe Water Park which is amazing. We all absolutely loved it.
There is a wee pizza place and a supermarket 2 minute walk outside the resort gate. Highly recommend visiting these.
Also local buses for Old Corfu Town worth a visit and try the Gyros.
Mind tip your servers they go above and beyond for you.

We chose the all inclusive package. We will never return. The water slides and actual water park are BRILLIANT. The hotel is a dump including the food. The wine included in the all inclusive is vinegar and the entertainment is desperate. The entertainment staff are very kind but they have nothing to work with. Front desk staff are fairly good but the management needs improving and courses in hospitality.

Friendly staff, good explanation of what is on site and the different restaurants.
Seating area basic but plenty of it. Small bar also in situ.
Restaurant
Reasonable size buffet, often found something that took my fancy. Children's buffet cart also available. Food not the best by along shot, basic menu.
Pool
Only one outdoor pool bar, swarming with wasps which is a huge problem on site, only one outside for whole complex is below standard and poor. Drink choices are also poor. Wave pool great, very frequent, all sun beds get taken early on, then the occupier goes into the water park all day, often found no sunbed. Very dissapointing.
Room
Family of 3, ended up with 2 single beds and a bunk, not very family like! No kettle which was dissapointing. Beds very poor, and the kids mattress was a toddlers mattress.
Definitely not the family holiday we anticipated. Best take away by far was the weather 27 deg end of Sep.

Food is readily available, simple and well cooked. Basic wine, beer and spirits available morning to night. We have a duplex room with up stairs double and sofa beds downstairs right next to the pool. Rooms are cleansed and beds made almost every day. Staff are friendly and helpful with advice about getting around etc. we have had a great week. You get what you pay for quite simply.

Hotel stuff is very friendly and smiling.
According to my kids it was their best vacation so far. For me, rooms could be renewed and maybe more choice of foods with better quality juices could be served.
