Just got back from one week half board, thank you very much we had a great time. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops, and bars. The room had everything you need and was clean. The restaurant was very good, big selection of food. A big shout out to Ivan and the girl's from the entertainment team, also the restaurant and reception staff were very helpful and nice people. We will be back one day for sure. Thank you.

We booked this hotel for a week stay and are currently staying here as I write this. This is an honest review of the hotel. The location is great! The sea front, beach and river are all 3 minutes away from the hotel. It is on a slightly quieter part of town but there are several supermarkets as well 5 mins walk away (opp OliBar). They are well stocked with groceries, jewellery, hats, bags, gifts, ice cream etc Cons: We’re in a tiny room. The fridge freezer doesn’t work. There is no cupboards/wardrobes to hang or store clothes. The breakfast options for vegetarians are limited at best. The service is rubbish. They take your plate before you’ve even started eating if you leave it unattended whilst you go to get tea etc. The kitchen and wait staff don’t understand or speak much English. They will not make you other kinds of eggs or accommodate any other requests. They charge a €10 fee for pool towels for the week as well a deposit. If you want a new one in this time it’s another €2/towel. They also charge you to use the safes which are installed in the rooms, which is ridiculous. I would not expect these kind of charges or service from a “four-star” hotel. Housekeeping didn’t change the cups in our room so we went to reception to let them know. He had the audacity to tell us to just wash them ourselves!!! Or that we can buy our own! We also asked for extra clothes hangers on our first night and the same receptionist said maids will bring them up to our room, they have yet to materialise! There is one main swimming pool (and one kiddie pool) with sun loungers and umbrellas around the main pool. However it is too cramped. There is not enough space to walk around safely without tripping on a lounger. Several people tripped and hurt themselves over the few hours I spent by the pool. There is an outdoor bar selling drinks and ice cream etc which is nice but they don’t have all of the items advertised on the menu which was a shame. A bit expensive at €10 for a small plastic cup of cocktails (think of a Small Costa iced drink cup in size). All in all, very disappointed with this hotel.

We went there on a family trip. The hotel is perfect for families, the animation team was great and the food was quite nice but the thing that stood out the most was the helpfulness and the kindness of the staff.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Clean and modern rooms. Sea was only 1min by foot. Will be back
