We went to this hotel with my school this April. The exterior of the hotel is perfect, but when you stay inside the rooms—which are small and nothing special—you come across various damages. Personally, I even found cobwebs.
The cleaning lady doesn’t change the sheets, and the buffet was awful—half of the food didn’t taste good and there was very little variety. The juice was terrible to

We went there with my school for a day trip and it was really nice. It provided us with delicious breakfast and dinner, clean, tidy rooms with air conditioners and clean bathrooms. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I definitely recommend it!

Stayed at the hotel, location is very good.
Rooms are clean but need some renovations.
Breakfast was good. Room service good and towels were changed daily.
Staff were great especially Johanna at the reception, she goes out of her way to help. Always promptly acted on our demands and is very helpful. She’s an asset to the company! Thank you for being so nice to no we’re not guests!

The hotel is a bit old and ripe for renovation, but the rooms are spacious, well insulated, very clean and tidy, every day the maid cleans the room, changes towels and bed linen. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is professional and maximally at your service. The pool and bar next to the baten is great. I missed better internet, it's weak or no signal in the rooms. A serious drawback is that there is no beach, there is one but it belongs to another hotel. Transportation to the city is excellent. In my opinion, it is still a bit overpriced for its age and location.

Food Experience:
One shocking discovery was that drinks at dinner were not included, even though we prepaid for half board (which supposedly covers breakfast and dinner). We were baffled—how can drinks be unlimited at breakfast but not at dinner? And to make matters worse, you aren’t allowed to bring your own water to dinner. When we did, we were told it was against hotel policy, essentially forcing us to buy their overpriced drinks.
Breakfast itself was average, with the same selection every day—beans, toast, eggs. The coffee was a standout, though. Dinner, on the other hand, was amazing, which was a pleasant surprise.
Hotel Appearance:
We were honestly disappointed upon arrival. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online—it was really underwhelming. We felt completely catfished. The pool was disgusting and dirty. In fact, we overheard another couple canceling their stay because of how disappointed they were. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this is definitely not it. I’m genuinely confused as to how this place is rated 4 stars.
Room and Service:
The room was decent, though the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they fixed it shortly after we reported the issue.
Location:
I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here. If you don't plan to, it might be better to find accommodation closer to Corfu Town. Although there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you’ll usually have to take a bus into town first to go anywhere else, which is a hassle. Staying in town would make things much easier.
