Stayed at the hotel, location is very good.
Rooms are clean but need some renovations.
Breakfast was good. Room service good and towels were changed daily.
Staff were great especially Johanna at the reception, she goes out of her way to help. Always promptly acted on our demands and is very helpful. She’s an asset to the company! Thank you for being so nice to no we’re not guests!

I've read a lot of reviews about this hotel, both high and low scores, but my experience was just perfect. The room is good, had everything we needed (the only thing was that we didn't have double bed, just two single beds pushed together), we had AI and food was perfect, a lot of choices for every meal. Pool is nice, staff is amazing. Our flight was late at night and we checked out earlier in the morning - we were allowed to use a room to shower and rest before the flight. Staff is very helpful and kind, they helped us get through the island by bus, printed timetable for us... it was a perfect experience. We didn't care about outdated rooms or furniture in the hotel like I saw other people pointing out - it was clean, our rooms were made up every day. It is really well connected to city center and from there you can go by bus to the most beautiful parts of Corfu. The beach near the hotel is ok but I'd advise to look up for some places where you can get in an hour and for 5e experience perfect turquoise waters, the Corfu you imagine.

The hotel is a bit old and ripe for renovation, but the rooms are spacious, well insulated, very clean and tidy, every day the maid cleans the room, changes towels and bed linen. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is professional and maximally at your service. The pool and bar next to the baten is great. I missed better internet, it's weak or no signal in the rooms. A serious drawback is that there is no beach, there is one but it belongs to another hotel. Transportation to the city is excellent. In my opinion, it is still a bit overpriced for its age and location.

Food Experience:
One shocking discovery was that drinks at dinner were not included, even though we prepaid for half board (which supposedly covers breakfast and dinner). We were baffled—how can drinks be unlimited at breakfast but not at dinner? And to make matters worse, you aren’t allowed to bring your own water to dinner. When we did, we were told it was against hotel policy, essentially forcing us to buy their overpriced drinks.
Breakfast itself was average, with the same selection every day—beans, toast, eggs. The coffee was a standout, though. Dinner, on the other hand, was amazing, which was a pleasant surprise.
Hotel Appearance:
We were honestly disappointed upon arrival. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online—it was really underwhelming. We felt completely catfished. The pool was disgusting and dirty. In fact, we overheard another couple canceling their stay because of how disappointed they were. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this is definitely not it. I’m genuinely confused as to how this place is rated 4 stars.
Room and Service:
The room was decent, though the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they fixed it shortly after we reported the issue.
Location:
I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here. If you don't plan to, it might be better to find accommodation closer to Corfu Town. Although there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you’ll usually have to take a bus into town first to go anywhere else, which is a hassle. Staying in town would make things much easier.

To be fair I’ve stayed in worse hotels but I wouldn’t class The Ariti as a 4 star. My experience was that the rooms are very outdated, the Wi-Fi in my room was unusable and the air conditioning was poor. However the main reception area is quite grand and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is also set in a very desirable area, close to the airport and other amenities.
