Went there for the Brunch Buffet and the food spread was amazing! The deserts were fabulous ! Although there could have been more options for vegetarians as majority of the main course was focused on meat or Fish!
Amazing outdoor seating by the poolside and brilliant view of the skyline, very chilled-out place. Must recommend for casual weekends!

We are not staying here but had the lovely experience of enjoying dinner at The Beach House. Pavani was our friendly waitress who was a very attentive server. The food was delicious and generous portions. A surprise was the interesting entertainment which included Asian dancers on the beach and flame throwers! Definitely recommend!

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the best hotels ever as a Family ! Our room was with the amazing view of the Lagoon and always clean. We had a great time on the white sand beach even though the water of the ocean was cold in January, but the pools did it justice too.
We thank all the Hotel Crew ! They were all very welcoming and helpful - always with a smile - especially thanks to Madame Love that welcomed us on our first day with an amazing tradition Thai Tea !

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is nowhere near a 5-star experience—I would generously rate it 2 stars at most. I booked two Premier Lagoon View rooms, expecting comfort and quality, but the reality was far from it.
The bed sheets had a terrible odor, and the bathroom towels were old and worn out. We requested a bed for our 2-year-old son, but what they provided was completely unsuitable—hard as a rock, making it impossible for a baby to sleep comfortably. The entire experience felt more like a cheap motel than a luxury hotel.
The walls were paper-thin; we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms as if it were in our own. At 2:30 AM, I called reception to report excessive noise from the room next door, but nothing was done. The disturbance continued until 5 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Being 8 months pregnant, this was especially exhausting.
To make matters worse, I woke up with bites on my skin, adding to the discomfort. And the breakfast? An absolute disgrace. Nothing was fresh, the service was terrible, and the food was beyond disappointing.
I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.
