Bad service, bad hotel state. Some very unfriendly employees (restaurant), however some are friendly, so they get credits. The location is good, nearby bus and beach.
The airconditioning in the room barely works, you wake up in the night because of the heath. The bathroom is very small and the door gets wet since you cannot close the shower. Also you can hear babies crying in the room next to you, which shows how badly isolated it is. Bed sheets had blood stains in it.
Additionally, there was a problem with a rental car where the hotel works together with (this rental company). They did not provide us with information about rental such as gps etc., and therefore we had miscommunication. We tried to solve this with the manager of the hotel but this did not succeed.
Overall, not a good experience in this hotel, however Mallorca is amazing but will never come back to Pil Lari Playa Hotel, Allsun. Also, the personnel of the hotel do not speak English or really bad, only Spanish and German. This also does not help with non-German speaking guests who are also here.

Great hotel!! We stayed here second time and we love it!! Rooms are nice, new and warm. All rooms have a view to the shore - Promenade. Great sunset. Indoor pool is good, there is a Jacuzzi and both saunas - Nordic and Turkish. All waitress are very nice, food is good. Entertainment is really great!! Jerome is cool and doing 👍

With good spirits and high expectations, our family arrived on time at the entrance of the Allsun Pil-Lari Playa Hotel for the Christmas dinner. To our surprise, we were informed that no table was reserved for us, even though I distinctly remember reserving Table No. 74 on the staff registration form the previous evening. What was even more shocking was the absence of any staff to address our issue. We stood at the entrance, observing other guests being led to their tables one after another. After almost 40 minutes, we were finally informed that we would have to share a table with unknown guests. Upon our refusal, we were assigned to a small table in the corridor. Throughout the entire incident, we received no apology, despite it being clear that we were not at fault.
In the days leading up to this, we had a positive impression of this hotel: the rooms and facilities were good, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. However, the Christmas Eve experience left us deeply disappointed. What was even more shocking was that two other Asian families faced the same issue. They had also reserved tables the day before, but today they were told they had no reservations.
Update: I'm pleased that the management was able to talk with us sincerely face-to-face. We are willing to believe that this is just an unintentional mistake in event organization, and we commend the way the management has handled the issue afterwards.

Great location and sea views from the room. Good wifi and easy access to the promenade. Mind we were the only brits staying amongst lots of Germans. Worked OK for us. The All Inclusive aspect was restricted to 6 alcoholic drinks per day with 3 at lunch time in the restaurant and 3 with the evening meal in the restaurant. Bar drinks were chargeable.

The hotel is practically situated on the beach what is a major plus!!
The rooms are clean and neat and the receptionist/ housekeeping is nice.
But there are many downsides to this hotel...
First of all the attitude of the bartenders/ restaurant personnel.
Some of them are rude and don't speak English.
Speaking of food; it is horrible. The menu is not diverse at all. Ex: bread wich is old and nothing to put on ?
The hot food is often old or not well cooked. And not tasty at all!
The salads are old and cucumbers are dried out.
For an 4 star all inclusive hotel this was the worst gastronomic experience I've ever had!
Wouldn't go a second time.
